Misleading marketing (1of 5). Not "Main" Grate. I purchased "The Main Grate" which turns out, isn't a main grate at all. A Main Grate consist of (1) large piece, spanning the entirety of a cooking area. This apparently, is (1 of 5) segments, that encompasses the cooking area. No where on the website does it state such, leading customers to believe they are purchasing a single Main Grate. A single grate is accurate to say the least. There is an exploded diagram, which is a view of all the parts, with nomenclatures depicting what is what. There is a picture of a Cooking Grate with (5) arrows pointing at grates. Once you click on that part, it states that it is a Main Grate. My ignorance, because it's on me and not CharGrill, will cost me, literally. I ordered (1) other item and my shipping was $17. Now in order to fulfill my mistake and order (4) more Main Grates, my shipping will be $44 @ $14 per item, equaling over $100 just to get other segments of a Main Grate. Basically, over $60 just for shipping because there are no vendors that sell these parts. Highly frustrated and disappointed and not to mention, it took 25 days from the purchase date for me to receive my misinterpreted order.
