On/Off Switch Nightmare. The new on/off switch solved the problem. The original switch never worked properly and was the source of frustration and buyer's remorse since the beginning. I hope the new switch will perform for an extended timeframe. The quality control is lacking; the original switch should never have been put into service.
Poor, just use a rocker switch or buy from amazon. Re placed the lid on/off switch. Paid a pretty good price. After looking on Amazon I could have gotten two cheap one for a fraction of the price. 1st smoke with it lasted 3hr. It's a safety switch but it's not safe when your fixing the issue with a hot fire box. Poor quality
Once shipping problems were solved. works every time I open and close doors on 980. Great service!!
