I would buy part again but with hardware and instructions. My Chargrill is 5 years old. Still works great. Left outside under carport. The shelf bottom was rusted so bad it was pitted and breaking apart. I gave it 4 stars because there were no instructions (or hardware) as to the best way to replace with new shelf. Sure, the manual is available, but that's for a new unit. Don't follow the new assembly instructions or you will make more work for yourself. You don't need to turn it upside down. Keep it upright, take off two rear wheels and remove axle, then the front wheel. Save bolts, hubcap, nuts and cotter pin since the new part does not have the hardware. Take off old shelf and replace with new shelf. Just be careful you don't tip the grill. When putting the rear wheels back on, don't try to lift the grill or it will strain your back. Just rock it to the side and you can put the wheels on one at a time.

Great Selection of Replacement Parts. I have had a komado grill since 2013 and am very satisfied with this product. However the shelf bottom is prone to rusting out despite a grill cover always being used. I intend to put a thick coat of exterior oil based enamel on this art before assembly.

Nessessary parts to keep the rust bucket going. I am required to purchase this part every two years. My grill is always covered and it still rusts through in no time at all. This year I had to purchase the ash collector bowl as well since it rusted out completely. The smoker was a gift and works fine, but now the main body is showing signs of rust so when it goes I'm done with this smoker for good.
