Char-Griller SIDE BURNER DUO (only side burner – SOLD AS UNIT)(3072

Side Burner Duo Chargriller. Side Burner Duo replacement was easy to install next to the main grill component. Not ready for a new grill. Excellent customer service who answered and recommended part number.

Side burner. After 10 plus years my side burner finally rusted beyond use. Glad to have found it back in stock.

Replacement side burner. Easy online ordering. Prompt delivery. Easy installation.

Still not here and hasn't shipped. Been waiting almost 2 months for this product. They still have no idea when it will ship even though it's in and has been in stock since I ordered it. I've reached out twice, both attempts have been no help (they've been nice enough to let me know I can cancel though lol). Just received the second email asking me to review a product that hasn't shipped and that I obviously don't have.

Order never delivered. Purchased in Feb 4 but had to cancel last week because the order was never completed

Replacement part failure. We waited for two weeks only to find out it could not be delivered. The part was shipped two states away for return. We shopped for a replacement part from a competing company. We have a new burner now it is attached to a new grill. Thanks for your support in this matter.we have learned our lesson. Dont buy a cheap grill.

Marty’s grill. It was delivered quickly and bolted right on. Perfect fit.

Light up my life! All I can say is it's hard to live without it, although there's many uses, my main use is for a charcoal chimney lighter. It is fantastic, the trouble is I always forget to clean the Ash off it and it holds moisture on it and rusts it out. Hence this is my second replacement of it. Totally my fault.

Older grill good as new again! Perfect replacement piece, everything included. Very nice quality.

Perfect Replacement. It was easy to install and fit perfectly. Took only a few minutes.

I would buy again. Quick delivery, seems to be better than the original , easy installation and would not be without it. probably use it 2 to 3 times a week making dinner.

Easy replacement with a small caveat. Same as original quality, however it has a small design flaw. (See Note) Overall it works as intended and with the new one the flame is better. We use it to fry outside to keep splatter and odors out of the house. Very happy overall with our Chargrillers Duo. We brought it with us from Dubai back to the USA when we moved. Note: The igniter was too far from the gas jet to ignite it. It did not work at first, and after contacting customer support they advised to try and bend it closer, which I was worried about as it is encased in what appears to be a ceramic fitting. In the end it did fix it, but a very small design change in either the location of where it is mounted or the length of the igniter would solve this problem. Something this simple should work without it needing to be bent or the customer adjusting something that is not meant to be adjusted.

I would buy from this company again. Perfect fit for my old side burner. Delivery was not real fast but acceptable.

Very easy to install. The side burner assembly was the exact replacement of my original burner. After heavy use over 4 years the burner started having a yellow flame and caused the bottom of the cookware to turn black. The new burner was very easy to install. It also came with new mounting screws

Side burners. Works great hope it last

Reasonably priced replacement unit! Perfect replacement! I've owned my Chargriller Trio for over a dozen years. After many, many, uses the side burner finally wore out. Luckily Chargriller had a replacement unit that was easy to replace and reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend this product. Very Easy Installation! Perfect fit...Fast delivery

easy replacement would recommend. Had to replace the gas side burner, my bbq is over 10 yrs old and I use the side burner to light the charcoal chimney. the part fit great easy to install and glad they include new mounting bolts. would recommend this part.

Yes. Maybe. I was able to bring my house cooking outside an enjoy the weather at the same time.

Great replacement. the original burner center rusted through due to a leaky cover which I already replaced. New installed easy and worked after installation.

Poor Quality. This is a replacement part for a grill that is just 3 years old. It works well now but the old one rusted through due to inability to withstand the heat. Char-griller was no help in providing any kind of customer service. This coupled with other parts simply deteriorating away mean that I will need to look elsewhere when it comes time to replace the entire grill which will be sooner rather than later despite the fact it's only 3 years old.

I would possibly buy again. My husband loves using his grill. The side grill only lasted three or maybe four years. We tried keeping a char-griller dual grill cover on it but the Velcro closures were rather poorly done and the wind would catch it and ripped it up.

They changed it. I had a side burner attached to my grill to light charcoal with a chimney. It rusted through after 12 years and was time to replace it. The new one doesn't alllow you to use the little 1lbs canisters anymore. I will have to buy a 20lbs tank or find an adapter (I'm not having luck finding an adapter). Also, the screw holes are in a different spot so I had to drill new holes. Just an fyi. Also, it was missing the ash tray. I reused my original one.

Great value. It was easy to install and it works great. Now I can get back to cooking outdoors which I love doing

side burner. The side burner was as expected. Of course it works great. Found it on 2 different websites for drastically different pricing, both claimed to be Char Griller. Not sure I understand that. Just be sure to shop around and check multiple websites.

I would buy again. Perfect replacement. My unit works like new again.

If you need it, buy it! Super easy to install. Love having a new side burner!

I bought this to replace my burned out side burner. Easy bolt on replacement for my rusted out old burner. This one has been upgraded with a lower heat shield my old one didn't have. Lit and worked perfectly out of the box.

Replacement Parts are Perfect! Exactly what I needed! It was so easy to install. Thanks for making all these parts available.

yes if i had to. It work well fit in just fine. Char griller has to be the best grill I've ever owned.

Definitely buy again. A no brainer easy replacement for heavily used 6 yr old original. Mostly used for charcoal starter... works perfect!

I would order products again. The side burner was just like the picture and the quality was good

Quick fix! My burner rusted out after 9 years and I did not need to replace the whole grill. I was a bit surprised how simple it was to install this new one. I sure missed having one especially when lightning my charcoal chimney.

Keep up the good work. Perfect. When you need anything from wear and tear char griller is great to order and receive quickly. I have enjoyed being a grills owner for Many years.

Old rusted out unit is now good as new. Exactly as advertised. easy four screw replacement. Old rusted out unit is now good as new

A must have. This is a replacement. Looking forward to using this. Hope I fires up when I am ready

Yes. Fit great, old one rusted out, my fault let ashes stay on it

I will shop at Char Griller again. Totally rebuilt my unit. I received the unit fairly quickly; there was a part missing, called the vendor and had the needed part in a few days.
