Char-Griller THERMOMETER WITH WINGNUT

Great part! Exactly what I wanted and needed. Char-Griller had the best replacement pieces.

These are for small grills only. After purchasing pro temp gauges off amazon for my new grand champ smoker, for the extra temp gauge fixtures, they were too big and didn't fit. So i purchased these from the maker and they were too small. Any know the correct size?

Gauge. Great. Love the product. Got here quick with no issues!!!

Great. Worked great. Easy to install. Shipping takes too long.

You'll keep your temper with this. Exact match for replacement and no fuss or problems with it.

Fit this into your annual budget. Lasted about 2 years, as did the chip pan. Need to find one of better quality.

Thermometer. Was shipped rather quick once they got it. Am still waoting for the rest of my order.

Mercury's rising! Great quality product! New thermometer reaches 200° hotter than the original thermometer.

Char Griller grills are king. I bought a new Pitboss 1150Pro to replace my aging Char-Griller. After one use and a phone call to the Pit Boss tech support, I quickly returned the Pitboss. Nothing beats a Chargriller grill for smoking meats and grilling great tasting food.

No. This thermometer was listed as an original replacement part for my grill but it did not fit the grill design. I had to make modifications with scrap pieces of metal to make it work. Although the thermometer works fine and seems to be accurate, it would have been useless and I would have had a hole in my grill where I removed the old thermometer without some additional parts to retrofit it to my grill.

Everything I've ordered, I've been most satisfied. Excellent online service, speed of delivery, I love it. Thank you, thank you thank you!

Nope. Tested against three other thermometers and it was WAY off calibration...just like the one that came with the grill.

I'm concerned about refund process. I originally ordered the thermometer for older style grills. This was a wrong thermometer, so I returned it for a refund and purchased a new thermometer which was correct. Shipment was quick. Packaging was great. Concerned about the refund process.

Not quite the same. This part is a bit different than the one being replaced..... but I made it work

all of the other parts I've bought for this have worked fine. The thermometer would not fit my older Super Pro #2121. The thermometer on my hood fit in a large hole and was held in place with a snap ring.

Meets expectations. I've had my thermometer a few months now and been pleased with it. Meets expectation.

Thermometer works fine. The thermometer is working fine! I would have given 5 flames except the original thermometer had an additional small know which fit into a hole to hold the it in place. This was missing on my replacement thermometer. Only a minor inconvenience though. Thermometer works fine.

Great thermometer. The thermometer works as expected. Easy to install. Great products.

Not as this time. Currently am having a difficult time getting the old thermometer off.

Not sure. Fogged up with water on the inside before it even rained. Probably going to shorten its life. Other than that it arrived on time and fit perfectly.

Great to know the temperature. Replaced rusted parts. This old grill was rescued from the trash. Cleaned up well

Great replacement part. Old thermometer died reading 220° when cold replace with new and works perfectly.

I hope this grill lasts forever! I've had my grill for 14 years and I love it. To show my appreciation, I'm replacing a few things that aren't working or are worn out.

Damaged/Broken Thermometer. One of the thermometers I ordered doesnt work properly

THERMOMETER WITH WINGNUT. Replace my old thermometer with this one. I have a dual fuel grill but mostly use gas side. Works great and looks better. no issues. I will buy another later for the Charcoal side

would buy again. Bought this item to replace one that came with my 5650 , after i over tightened the wing nut and pulled the threads apart oops my bad . Tried it out for mom's day and can report it works fine ! good to know where to get replacements lol

I would not buy this thermometer again! I purchased this thermometer because my last one got water in it. Unfortunately one rainstorm and the new thermometer has water in it. Waste of my money.

pretty small for us older backyard grillers / smokers. Pretty much a stock replacement. I'm getting up there in years and eyesight isn't what it use to be, so I use it to fill the holes in my lid and use an 8 probe digital thermometer while smoking meats.

Heating up and Char Grilling. I have replaced these more than once, but love my grill

I'll buy it again if needed. I like this new thermometer. The original only went to 500 degrees the new one goes to 700 degrees. Since my grill get super hot when I first get things rolling it is much better for tracking the heat.

Yes. Expensive in my opinion for what it is. Works as it should.

Probably will have to if I keep grill. I love my grill but the thermostat keeps getting condensation my first one literally exploded scary when u have kids around!!!

Easy Installation. Easy to remove the defective thermometer and install the new one. Works like a champ!

Everything old is new again. Great to refurb my 1624 grill. Looking forward to using it this weekend

great customer service. Quick shipping. Exactly what was needed. First order came short by 1 (ordered 2). Quick email and the second was here in just a few days.

i would but it again. the thermometer works great especially for smoking my beef .

Looks different. Little different than the original but much easier to read. Seems to be working fine.

Fit perfectly. My old original thermometers were 30 degrees off. Realized this after several overcooked meals. These fit into the bezels and are accurate.

Perfect fit. Was able to get the right thermometer after talking to customer service.

Perfect part for a great grill. It was the exact part that I needed. I really like this grill because I can grill with the heat at various levels and add some smoke with the side box.

I would buy this product again. Replace one that quit working. It was easy to replace, and is working great now.

The real deal. Looks to be exact copy of the one I broke. Came factory with the side by side grill and smoker series. I assume it works as such, but will adjust as needed.

I would deffinitely buy again. I have a dual grill with a side burner and smoker attachment. Sometimes I use all three when I am bar-b-quing - the sauce is going on the burner, chicken is precooking on the grill, and I am smoking the precooked chicken on the smoker. Unfortunately, my thermometer quit functioning on the smoker making it difficult to control the temperature and correctly smoke the chicken without burning. I attempted to serve myself on the web site and unfortunately bought an incorrect part. Char-Griller customer service was super when I called and explained what I had done. The correct part arrived in a few days and I was back in business. Thatks go to the polite, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service representative that helped me. If the day comes to replace my grill, you have a customer again.

I will definitely buy this product again! Love it! Can keep grilling my food at the right temp!

Hope I don't have to buy this part again soon. Its just the right part for my smoker. The other thermometer was stuck at 500. I only had the smoker 2 yrs.

Have not used thermometer as of yet. Will review after use

I would buy from here again. Everything is exactly like the original parts. The grill is back to normal.

Thermometers are faulty. Grilling more than twice a week.

Condensation is an issue. Purchased a used Model 1624 Smoker Pro. Previous owner bought it one year ago. Will be buying a replacement thermometer due to excessive condensation inside thermometer gauge. Manual says condensation is normal and will clear up when grill is hot, but this is not the case here. It is still functional and quite sensitive, but for smoking, I would like more precise hash marks instead of dots every twenty degrees and numbered hashes every 100 degrees.

Good thermometer. This is a pretty basic grill thermometer but it gets the job done. When shipped to me it was included with other parts I had ordered and the interior "spike" was bent over a bit. I straightened it with no problems and it works fine.
