Ecotric Explorer 26 inches 48V Fat Tire Electric Bike with Rear Rack

Poor Service support. They sold my bike to someone else because I was out of town, and the bike was returned without contacting me first.

Your product does not work. The bike does not turn on after being fully charged, and it takes days to get a response from you organization

Electric bike. I need help with error code 002

Explorer bike. Somewhat dissatisfied. The bike assembled easily. Appears to be good quality. I charged the battery fully(green light illuminated on the charger). I am unable to get the screen to light up.

Quality. My front brake rotor is not flat, so it clicks and scrapes. Also, my back tire is wobbling. The metal rim itself appears to be warped, bent or out of shape- I've tried numerous times to calll and e-mail merchant for a replacement without success. I have gone ahead and disputed the charge on my Cc.

DOES NOT WORK. It has NEVER worked, and trying to work with customer services has not been good. They dont respond or call, they only work via email and its been over a week and no response.

Once it does sell out…. I purchased a bike that ‘sold out.’ Now there aren’t parts to repair the bike! 1/2 stars…

ECOTRIC Hammer. I’m compelled to write this review -I bought a used and abused 2nd hand ecotric hammer -beast with 26 x 4.0 tires with 3300 actual miles on odometer I’ve put an additional 1500 miles on it over rough terrain and this thing has never let me down- only work i have done is oil the chain and replace front and rear pads on it it is a beast and better suited for tall people but I’m 5’7” and have adapted to it- i highly recommend this company because of the durability of this one- i’m in the process of purchasing a new one but haven’t decided which one stay tuned!!

It's a monster, but I like it... This bike it's awesome, it's bigger than I imagined, but it's exactly the bike to my necessities. I love how works in different grounds, the battery duration (almost a week each charge) and the durability. Thanks!

Company is trash,/do not waist your momey. Bike was not operable out of the box. Customer service is by email only which is trash!!. Still waiting on my return label to return per the return policy. Trash!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Big bike, feels solid and huge to ride. I had a little trouble out of the box, but Ecotric customer support was right there to help me out. My first impressions on my first ride was that the bike is solid. I felt a little high up on it but it feels like I can control it well. It is a cruiser! The fat tires feel like I can take on any terrain. Unlike the Seagull, in that the key locks the battery and can control turning on the bike, on the Explorer, the key only locks the battery. My suggestion is to not leave this bike alone and to buy a sturdy lock. I am happy with my purchase.

Awesome bikes! Reliable tuff e bike. I love it. It gets you outside and enjoy bikes again!

New e bike owner. Ok, I am a first time e-bike owner and was recomended to look at ecotric by a friend. I recently wrecked my car and needed immediate transportation for work. It arrived via ups very quickly (I live in wash. st. it ships from ca.) and this sucker is BIG. I dident know what I was getting into. I only use it two miles a day but it has exceeded my expectations. I have to ride in the rain sometimes and have had no problems although I allways keep a can of WD-40 to spray on the battery contacts. More to come.
