Good oven. Oven is made well being mechanical controls means less to break. Would have given 5 stars but there is a with spot (Styrofoam bead) stuck between the door glass.

Excellent Compact Oven. I searched high and low for an oven bigger than a large toaster oven, but smaller than a typical oven, because let's face it, they tend to be too big. This oven is PERFECT. Heats up fast, is energy efficient, and cooks food very well. Also easy and simple to use. I love it

It's nice to have a bigger cooling rack. Oven/cooling rack came well packaged. The weights are a nice bonus, but I've never needed to use such an appliance when I make pies. The oven rack doesn't fit in my oven, the rack is on the small side, its main purpose is cooling rack for cookies. When I run out of room on my current cooling rack, I use chopsticks that are spaced out about as much as this cooling rack. It will work just fine for me.

I’m not impressed. No matter what setting I try everything is burned on the top and raw on the bottom. If I cook biscuits I have to let them get brown on the top then flip them to get brown on the bottom also. I only see one heating element and it is on the top. What’s in the back of the oven gets more done than what is in the front of the oven. It also sets off the smoke detector almost every time just by trying to heat it up. According to the instructions you can use any setting to cook anything bit but no instruction on what they do… other than cook. Preheat should be for getting the oven up to temp before you put anything in to cook but you can’t tell if it is preheated. Maybe I need more detailed instructions to be able to understand how it works but I totally DON’T like it at this time.

Nice cooling rack. I ordered this to use as an additional cooling rack for sourdough bread. I think the space between the slats is too large to cool cookies, or other smaller baked goods, but would work nicely for loaves of bread. I'm not a pie baker, so I think I will use the pie weights at a trivet for my Dutch oven. You can mold them to any shape, which is nice.

Sturdy replacement rack. I purchased this as an extra rack for my vintage stove. Unfortunately, it's 1/2" too narrow, so I won't be able to use it for that. However, if I place it over a sheet pan, I will be able to use it to cook bacon, pizzas, or anything else that needs to bake on a rack. It is definitely a sturdy rack and will hold it's shape. The pie weights, however, feel too flimsy and light weight to be of use.

We did not realized it is smaller than a regular oven but it fits perfectly under the microwave. Overall, very happy. We do not know how reliable will be but for right now it's a good addition to our gas range.

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. I did not inspect the packaging well enoug the oven had been dropped and the rear of the oven was caved in. I had to remove the cover and pound it out. Not the end of the world but it's a shame that people aren't more careful and if there is an accident that you make someone aware so the damage can be resolved prior to reaching the end user.

Not a good oven. We have had the oven for 1.5 years and it doesn't get above 425 deg. F. The knobs are strange and the oven doesn't work unless the timer is on. Really, look for something else.

Nice but small. After being without an oven for 6 months it was nice having one again. I am not sure if it is heating to temp but all is cooking so I am happy about that. What I am disappointed in is the interior size. I cannot use my full size baking sheets, they are too big. I have to use the only 2 small cookie sheets I have. This is very disappointing since I like to make cookies during the winter. I also noticed that the oven racks don't fit evenly in the oven. It is not a bad oven for it was all that I could afford but wish I could use my larger cookie sheets.

Its exterior is smaller than the oven we had to replace but inside will take a full sized baking tray. I love the convection settings. This is the second one we've purchased for different rental units. The tenant and both her daughters just love this oven. It bakes thoroughly and evenly. It was easy to install. Be aware that it hooks to a ground ( usually green or bare) and black and red. If you have a white common wire coming from the wall, just cap it. It's not needed.

Great small wall oven! I have been extremely pleased with this small wall convection oven. At just 20A it was easier and less costly to install than a higher amperage oven. It works extremely well for baking crusts, breads, cakes, cookies, pies, and sheet pizzas. I love the simple mechanical controls which should be far more trouble free over time. The build quality seems to be quite good. It has several combinations of the 4 available heating elements. My only complaint is the names of some of the settings don't really make sense compared to usual American oven setting descriptions.

Nice, but expected more. Pros: It fit the particular space I have. Competitive price. Installed without a problem. Cons: You would never want this oven in the reach of a baby or toddler. No insulation, so energy waster and all of that 300-400 degree heat immediately radiates into your kitchen. Any touch to the front of this while you're baking will instantly burn the finger. Fingerprints from the install do not come off, no matter what soap/water I use. Only comes with one wire rack.

A nice little oven. Heats evenly. I can't figure out how to have the light turn on except when oven is on. It doesn't turn on when you open door. Perhaps that's by design.

Empava wall unit oven. The unit is simply a joy to use and is very easy to learn and keep clean.

Consistent. Decent oven. Main drawback is that the temperature reads 25 degrees lower than it should. But the adjustment is made when using the oven. It doesn't fluctuate. So on that end, it is very consistent. Just not accurate.

It looks nice.. I purchased this oven for a small rental studio. I haven't used it too much yet. So far, I like how it looks, it heats fast, and I like the timer feature.

Good wall oven for the price. So far we love this oven. Not as fancy as the more expensive ones but all the functions you need to be able to cook and bake!

Replaced a 50+ year old GE wall oven. About the only oven I could find that fit into the cut-out for my mother's 50+ year old wall oven, without spending an arm and a leg at least. Installation was simple, no problems with the wiring. The manual is virtually useless, but I'd look up enough online to expect that. My mother's biscuits came out perfectly, so it passed the ultimate test.

Needs specs up front. Cutout dimensions fit great (after I found them way down the description).

The Oven has done very well so far.But ask me again at this time next year.

Wall oven. Love the oven. The screws to secure the oven to cabinet frame went through oven hole had to find washers.. a real inconvenience the 2nd time around.

Electrical connection. Product seems to work well. The location of the electrical connection is poorly placed. It is on the top of the oven and this makes the cable higher than the front face of the oven. Because of this, it was difficult to slide the oven into the cabinet that had been framed out to the specified dimensions.

Great Compact Oven; Beware of Dimension Guide. This is a really nice compact oven. This replaced a 1950s Thermador wall oven where there weren't a wide range of choices that could fit in the same cabinet. Beware of the cut-out dimensions in the installation sheet -- they aren't correct! I widened the opening width and narrowed the height with a filler board to exactly match the specified dimensions. The specified width is slightly too wide such that both mounting screws can't grab into solid wood. The specified height is too small to allow the unit to fit into the hole with the electric supply coming out of the top of the chassis, as its supposed to. We had to drill a hole in the back of the chassis to run the electric out the back to fit. Once in and hooked up, its been great! It heats up quick, temperature is correct and even, and I love the convection and timer features. Note this is the mechanical dial model; I think many of the criticisms about not holding the correct temperature are for the electronic control model. All-in-all a great compact oven at a great price, just measure for yourself and don't follow the dimension guide. (One star off for the bad instructions.)

Love it!! I needed a new oven for a while but kept putting it off. But finally had to give in and so happy I did because I love my new oven!!! I love the way it looks in my kitchen and had great features. Bakes great as well. My daughter-in-law just built a new house and said she wished she had my oven! Love it!!

Awesome Oven. This is not only the prettiest oven I've ever had, it's the most efficient. Perfect chocolate chip cookies from bowl to husbands mouth in 7 minutes. It's quiet, quick to heat up and cool down and is quiet during both! Definitely not what I'm used to. I'm looking forward to many years with this oven.

Great oven. This 24 inch oven replaced a 30 inch unit with all the bells and whistles. The computer failed and was no longer available. I like the simplicity of the Empava oven. Pick the temperature, choose the mode, set the time. Done. My only complaint is the simplicity wasn't available in a 30 inch oven. Otherwise I am very pleased with our new Empava oven.

Great oven. Cooks fast and doesn’t heat up the kitchen when cooking.

I feel like I should bake something. Kitchen remodel after water damage and replaced a stove with a wall oven and a cook top. The Empava oven makes you feel as if a chef needs to live in your house. Ive only roasted vegetables, made beer bread and baked frozen lasagna so far. Everything is great, the controls are user friendly.

Surprising Performance and Appearance. Initially, the cabinet guy advised against buying this brand due to bad experiences, but I bought it for its look and was pleasantly surprised with its installation, appearance, and performance. Empava makes a decent product.

Great little oven! Love the oven it works great, fits my space and cooks evenly. Only issue I have is the timer started losing time. Though it’s easy fix, I just turn it to “on” and set my own timer. It slide in so easy, and looked beautiful. I ordered a Empava Wall Oven Appliance from Empava Store on Line. Received the item so fast and delivered to my door. My wife was so excited to have a wall oven that is so simple to use. The controls are turn knobs, instead of digital. The wiring was so easy install. I built a custom cabinet for the oven, and it slide in so easy, and looked beautiful. The temperature reached the degrees set so fast. My wife can't wait to cook a meal in her new oven. It would recommend this wall oven to anyone wanting a simple and easy to use oven.

replaced a 30 yr old wall oven with the Empava convection oven. Measurement are exactly a perfect fit compared to other models I researched. Appearance is great (I got Stainless). I found a way to shut the timer off despite reviews saying you "had" to use it to operate, not true! The oven light stays on while cooking, which I like a lot! Food cooks quickly and evenly (maybe it is normal, but my other oven took twice as long to do so) So far I love my oven! I am building a small cubby above the oven I installed to hold bakeware. This oven is much shorter than my last!

Unfortunately I have to return it and will try to buy again UPDATE: Ordered the oven for the 2nd time and looks beautiful. No damages and no shattered glass this time. Hopefully will work good once contractors come to install. Update: Oven looks beautiful when installed and cooks well so far. Fits perfect in my kitchen. I love it! Hoping the letters don't fade as I've read in a few reviews.
