Problem resolved. First review has gone., second is below. Customer service was pretty good and not too slow. Without an oven for about 6 days. First world problem!! But they sent a new gas safety valve and a new igniter quickly and agreed to refund the tech fees of $385 yet to be received at this date. So if it works trouble free for the next few years I am okay with that. You should get 5 trouble free years but this is a cheap unit so you take your chances. $4-6k and beyond will get you longevity. Basically it works and it's basic!! Very simple despite the stylish appearance. If they had not addressed the problem I would say zero minus stars. But worth a shot at this price range. 3.0 out of 5 stars Watch this space. Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2025 See the above review. Okay, so 4 months later the oven has packed up. 4 months!!! The rest works but the over stopped working mid cook and ruined a meal and a dinner party for friends. CS has come back to me in a slow fashion and the warranty is parts only. I presumes they will replace the gas safety valve and igniter. If they don't workk then Amazon is getting this back and paying for removal. I am prepared to give it one more try. Oven tech charges $300 to come out and look. Fitting new parts another 500. I can do it but why should I??? We bought a new range as I was fed up with repairing the old one. BUYER BEWARE. I'd say do not bother. Pay more and get what you pay for. Something that lasts more than 5 yea
