The tub was received and installed by the plumber. The control valve on the tub is faulty and the tub faucet has a continuous leak. The screw was tightened as suggested but faucet and hand wand continues to leak. Called Empava, left a message as no one ever answers, also sent two emails, finally a response stating to sent a short video of the issue. I sent the video and was informed via email that a replacement control valve is being sent. Tracking indicates it should arrive Monday. I hope this fixes the issue or back the tub goes!

Nice tub, but…. I loved this tub when I bought it in Feb 2025. By May the faucet had become discolored/tarnished and Hone Depot told me to call the vendor directly. Customer Support at Empava told me to send a photo of the discoloration and my order number, which I did, and they would send me a replacement part. Nothing. After several attempts to email my dissatisfaction over the next 6 months, with no response, I again called Home Depot. They explained that I was outside of the return window (duh) and that I should have returned the product while I was still othin the 90 day window — really? Return a whole installed tub for a tarnished chrome piece? I've since been round and round with both companies to no avail. Very disappointed.
