Engwe EP-2 Pro Combo

Bought the gray & orange bikes, grey stolen. We bought the gray and orange combo sale in October 2022 and have loved the bikes, but the gray one was stolen 5/7/24 even though chained to a tree outside of store. We filed a police report and had a hidden tracker on it, but by the time we tracked it to the Sacramento international airport Car rental Center, it was gone they must’ve found the tracker and destroyed it. I think it was an employee of the Car rental Department because it was tracked to an employee only allowed shop area. Oh well, we still have the orange one which we will still enjoy, but I’m not letting it out of my sight!

I love these bikes! I bought two of these bikes and they were definitely worth the money. I love the feeling when I am riding. I haven’t gone on a long trip yet but I am so excited. The bike is bigger then I was expected but since it folds it is fine where I wanted to put it.

We love these bikes! My husband and I ordered bikes for our 25th wedding anniversary from another seller and were scammed. We ordered another set of bikes from a different seller and were scammed again! Then, we ordered from Engwe. Not only do I believe we actually got better bikes than what we originally tried to purchase, they were delivered in less than a week. I am a shorty (5'3"") and I can ride the bike easily. I gave it 4 stars for comfort because of the seat. That may improve as I get used to riding more or I could easily replace the seat. These bikes are so much fun! I've been riding to work and have taken them on trails and up hills. My teenage kids love them, too. It seems like the bikes are always in use. We plan to go camping in a couple of weeks and can't wait to take them with us. I think this was one of the best purchases we've made and I'm looking forward to lots of adventures!

Divine investments 💜💙💚💛🧡❤️. Just buy the damned ebikes. Most awesome wheels, to this day I have purchased. Have some fun enjoying nature with these ebikes. I have two, and might even buy more in the future, for my future employees of my business that I am in the process of opening.

Very Impressed! I bought two of these bikes to take with me on RV/camping trips. The build quality is great and the fat tires make them perfect for the type of dirt roads I often find myself on when camping in more remote areas. All around they are great value for money. I am also very happy with the seller's service. I had a minor problem with a part that got damaged when pulling one of the bikes off the rack. I reached out to the seller. They were very responsive and they quickly sent a replacement part.

No regrets! 1st off, I do a lot of research before buying anything at this cost and fun level. I found this bike to have what I was looking for. Something my wife and I can throw in our SUV and do some exploring. I took a risk even though the brand was not local and if I needed any assistance, I might have problems. We'll, I've owned it for about 2 weeks now and I've been finding excuses to just get on that bike and ride! Made a few mods as others have with these types of bikes. I don't regret 1 bit my decision to purchase these. What made it easier was that it was on sale! Only issue out of the box is fhe shifting. I YouTubed on how to adjust or at least troubleshoot the issue of staying in certain gear. Just simple adjustments a local bike shop or someone experienced can do.

Assembling the bike. I had several issues assembling the bikes. There is no guide on the steering post to know where it needs to be prior to tightening the screw. It was trial and error to set it, unfold the post and hope it is straight. To install the handle bar, the monitor must be removed. However, no Allen wrench was provided of the correct size. The worst part of all, the back rack does not fit without major bending and twisting. Very difficult process that should be easy to fix. Enjoying the bike, just too much trouble to assemble.

Great e-bike! I have been riding mountain bikes for exercise for years. My brother gave me the EP2 pro with the 500w motor. Because I bike for exercise I wasn't sure I would like the bike. I did my first ride with the power off just to see if I could handle the extra weight. I was surprised at how well it rode with the fat tires. After getting used to the peddle assist I wouldn't trade this bike for anything. I'm 69 and this bike will allow me to enjoy bike riding for years to come. This is a great product with all the features you could want.

Amazing. Bought the EP2 for me and the wife. What a Blast. Great so far in sand pavement etc. look forward to more rides with the Wife! PS I’m 6’2” 240lbs. She’s 5’2” 125lbs. Yes she gets a little more battery life so I just take hers if it gets low. Lol!!!

Great bike! We received our two Engwe bikes all in great condition, no scratches or dents. Took about 1 hour to assemble 2 bikes and most of that time was taking apart the Great packaging job they did. These Great looking bikes are fast! Did not expect how fast they are. Had one problem but Engwe helped solve the problem within hours after I sent my email. One suggestion, the print on the instructions are so small it was easier to go online for instructions. With everything going up in price, we got these 2 bikes at a great price, free shipping and No sales tax! Thank you Engwe! I'm one happy customer!

To the one star review person. Dispute the charge with your credit card company I did it got my money back. It was from a different company but they misled me told me it was a buffeting motor it wasn't no hydraulic brake so I just disputed it sent me my money.
