Exair Model 1699 VariBlast Compact Safety Air Gun with Model 1103 Air Nozzle
VariBlast Compact Safety Air Gun is a uniquely powerful gun which produces variable force with the simple adjustment of the trigger valve. You decide how much force is needed for the application by squeezing the trigger a little or all the way for maximum force! This cast aluminum gun can be equipped with any of our 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles. The VariBlast Compact Safety Air Gun is small, comfortable and powerful while remaining light and ergonomic. Extension Pipes for hard to reach areas are also available.

Materials
Durable cast aluminum with ergonomic grip.
Nozzle Options
Type 316 stainless steel nozzles provide excellent corrosion resistance. Maximum temperature: 1000°F (538°C).
Zinc aluminum alloy nozzles are good for general purpose applications. Maximum temperature: 250°F (121°C).
PEEK thermoplastic nozzles offer protection from product scratches. Offers excellent chemical resistance. Maximum temperature: 320°F (160°C).
Accessories
Aluminum Extension Pipe – extends the reach of your VariBlast Compact Safety Air Gun. 1/8 NPT Extension Pipes are available in 6″ (152mm) to 72″ (1829mm) lengths.
Coiled Hose with Swivel – Heavy duty compressed air hose that’s coiled to conveniently store it when not in use. Available in 12′ (3.7m) lengths. Use Model 900750 Coiled Hose for VariBlast Compact Safety Air Guns.
Chip Shields – durable polycarbonate shields that protect operators from flying debris often associated with blowing chips off machined parts. They are also great for controlling splashback from drying operations.
