The Imperial Range IHR-2HT-C is a Spec Series heavy duty, gas, 36-inch unit designed for busy commercial kitchens. It combines (2) 18-inch hot tops with a convection oven so cooking and baking can be staged on one station. The oven includes (3) chrome racks, and manual controls keep operation straightforward during service.
Built for daily line use, this model features a stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge backguard & kick plate and stands on 6-inch legs with adjustable feet. Rated at 115,000 BTU with 1/4 HP, the IHR-2HT-C supports high-volume production and a clean, professional presentation. Certifications include cETLus and NSF.
