Cast iron “S” grates support heavy cookware, while a 4″ wide grease gutter with 1-gallon can capacity and a removable crumb tray streamline cleanup. A stainless steel front and sides and a 5″ deep landing ledge create a durable work surface for staging and plating, complemented by a backguard and kick plate to keep the station organized.

A convection oven adds throughput, powered by a 1/2 HP blower motor and finished with a porcelain interior. Three chrome racks provide flexible pan placement, and manual controls deliver straightforward operation. Adjustable 6″ legs help level the unit.
