The Imperial Range IHR-GT24-2-C is a 36″ gas heavy duty range designed for high-efficiency line cooking. It combines (2) open burners on cast iron “S” grates with a 24″ thermostatic griddle featuring a 1″ thick plate for reliable heat retention. A 4″ wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity streamlines grease management, and the convection oven with (3) chrome racks expands production capability.

Built for workflow and fast cleanup, this unit includes a stainless steel front and sides, a 5″ deep landing ledge, backguard and kick plate, plus a removable crumb tray. Level placement is simple with 6″ legs and adjustable feet. Delivering 175,000 BTU (51 kW) with a 120v/60, 6.0 amp connection, it provides consistent performance service after service and meets cETLus and NSF requirements.
