A standard oven adds baking and finishing capabilities within the same footprint.

For smooth service, this model includes a 5″ D landing ledge along with a backguard and kick plate. It stands on 6″ legs with adjustable feet for straightforward leveling. Rated at 70,000 BTU (21 kW) and listed cETLus and NSF, the IHR-PL36 arrives ready for line use with one chrome rack in the oven.
