Jackery [Add-on] Battery Pack 2000 Plus

[Add-on] Battery Pack 2000 Plus

Thank you for a good product. My only dissatisfaction is the older Jackery systems are not compatible with the newer smart technology

Good product. Well worth the money.

I didn't realize that I had the Jackery 2000 V2, and that it was not expandable with batteries. Once I realize this, I contacted customer service and they're charging me $49 to return it. I guess I can see it was my error, but I also don't understand electronics or what I was reading. I literally contacted them the same day it was delivered and explained the problem and they still denied it. Waiting on a return label as we speak, it's been 2 days. I hear Eco flow is better. With a 7 year warranty instead of a 3 year warranty with Jackery and poor customer service. If I hadn't already purchased the V2 and the window closed from Amazon two weeks ago. I would've returned that as well. I went with an Eco flow but now I'm stuck with it. Do your due diligence and research research research before spending 1000+ dollars on something with poor customer service and no returns.

Love this expandable Jackery unit. Perfect for the small appliances I need during power outages.

It's awesome! It's great! It performs exactly how I expected it to.

I have not used the power pack yet (still have power!), but choosing, buying and setting it up were very easy. The website and "chat" were very helpful, as was the user's guide that came with the pack. Very well packed, arrived quickly, and appears to be a sturdy piece of equipment.

Seamless addition in capacity The only drawback is the connecting cable sticks out a long way—90 degree plugs with a shorter cable would get it to five stars

Good product with a funky connection. Seamless addition in capacity The only drawback is the connecting cable sticks out a long way—90 degree plugs with a shorter cable would get it to five stars

We experimented with plugging in the refrigerator for a day. We have 3 backups. Hardly any charge was lost in the batteries. Then we used the solar saga 500x to charge everything the next day. They were almost fully charged with out limited sun and cloudy day. Very impressive!!

This brand has by been by far a great product for the needs i need it for to power my appliances as back power and works great ..however I wish there was also an adapter connection to connect and power my Jacker 1500

Love it

As advertised and would recommend to everyone.

[Add-on] Battery Pack 2000 Plus

I have 100% charged it , but have had a use for it , but I know I’ll be ready for the upcoming storm season here in the south.

Added a few more hours of supporting the house. Total 6 kW on Jackery Backup System.

Yes, what a surprise! This battery improved my setup by 50%. Now we can run our shop comfortably. I recommend this product and I would gladly make a video if the company reaches out to me.

I’m still waiting to hear about the cable I want to return. The Jackery connector.

Trying to return b. I’m still waiting to hear about the cable I want to return. The Jackery connector.

I purchased it as a backup to my power supply. I have used it when peak pricing starts as well. Charges very fast. I actually slowed down the charging to extend the life of the unit.

Jackery 3000W home Generator. I purchased it as a backup to my power supply. I have used it when peak pricing starts as well. Charges very fast. I actually slowed down the charging to extend the life of the unit.

Happy so far-just waiting for an outage to test the system

Super easy to set up. I figured it out on my own, and I’m ready for anything this winter.

A great addition to my system.

Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus

It’s well made, easy to install, and very user friendly. Love my new solar system !

Jackery products. I'm satisfied with my Jackery products. I don't like how hard it is to speak with a real person. when! have questions or need assistance I want a real person, not texting or emailing.

Explorer 2000 Pro. The generator works great for my RV, after I installed a soft start module on the air conditioner. The 30 amp outlet only supports a 20 amp load. Anything higher than that drives the generator into overcurrent protect. The solar panel cables are too short for my needs and the only extension cable Jackery sells doesn't work with the Explorer 2000 Pro. This detail also severely limits using the generator as a backup power source for my home since I can't place the generator anywhere near my breaker panel and still hookup the solar panels. Overall, its a nice generator for camp outs and for using with my RV but you have to modify your air conditioner to use it.

works well. really helps with capacity

ADD ON,S

Jackery Battery for the Jackery 2000 Plus Generator. My husband and I love our extra Jackery battery! It stacks very neatly on the generator. It looks very nice, is functional and will be easy to add more batteries.

Great addition to make the generator last longer

Add on. What a great addition to my Jackery 2000 plus. Camp has never been better since the add on for my generator. No worries about running out of power! So glad I purchased this, when I can save enough money I'll be buying another one.

My Jackery is Awesome i will order 2 more batteries soon!

Works well. Easy to add to my 2000 plus base system. Doubles the power output. I really like the add on potential of these batteries to customize the sydtem according to changing needs. Great for basic backup for essential electric power.

Great company! Shipping was a little slow but consistent with the season. Product works great. The devil is in the details. From communication to construction to packaging everything has been well thought out and it shows. Works as promised.

Love expandable capabilities as you grow solar garden.

Love it. Love expandable capabilities as you grow solar garden.

Excellent power supply. lots of extra power for all home devices.

Customer service. Although it took longer than anticipated to get an issue addressed through customer service, they were definitely responsive and did get a billing issue resolved to my satisfaction, which was much appreciated.

Great Backup Power. We used our first solar generator 2000 plus kit to keep the refrigerator, fans, cell phones and tablets running when we lost power during hurricane Beryl here in Houston. After that, we purchased a second kit and extra batteries, so we are prepared for the next storm and a potentially longer power outage in even hotter weather. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for convenient, reliable, quiet, clean backup power.
