Thank you for a good product. My only dissatisfaction is the older Jackery systems are not compatible with the newer smart technology

Good product. Well worth the money.

I didn't realize that I had the Jackery 2000 V2, and that it was not expandable with batteries. Once I realize this, I contacted customer service and they're charging me $49 to return it. I guess I can see it was my error, but I also don't understand electronics or what I was reading. I literally contacted them the same day it was delivered and explained the problem and they still denied it. Waiting on a return label as we speak, it's been 2 days. I hear Eco flow is better. With a 7 year warranty instead of a 3 year warranty with Jackery and poor customer service. If I hadn't already purchased the V2 and the window closed from Amazon two weeks ago. I would've returned that as well. I went with an Eco flow but now I'm stuck with it. Do your due diligence and research research research before spending 1000+ dollars on something with poor customer service and no returns.

Love this expandable Jackery unit. Perfect for the small appliances I need during power outages.

It's awesome! It's great! It performs exactly how I expected it to.

I have not used the power pack yet (still have power!), but choosing, buying and setting it up were very easy. The website and "chat" were very helpful, as was the user's guide that came with the pack. Very well packed, arrived quickly, and appears to be a sturdy piece of equipment.

Seamless addition in capacity The only drawback is the connecting cable sticks out a long way—90 degree plugs with a shorter cable would get it to five stars

We experimented with plugging in the refrigerator for a day. We have 3 backups. Hardly any charge was lost in the batteries. Then we used the solar saga 500x to charge everything the next day. They were almost fully charged with out limited sun and cloudy day. Very impressive!!

This brand has by been by far a great product for the needs i need it for to power my appliances as back power and works great ..however I wish there was also an adapter connection to connect and power my Jacker 1500

I have 100% charged it , but have had a use for it , but I know I’ll be ready for the upcoming storm season here in the south.

Added a few more hours of supporting the house. Total 6 kW on Jackery Backup System.

Yes, what a surprise! This battery improved my setup by 50%. Now we can run our shop comfortably. I recommend this product and I would gladly make a video if the company reaches out to me.

I’m still waiting to hear about the cable I want to return. The Jackery connector.

I purchased it as a backup to my power supply. I have used it when peak pricing starts as well. Charges very fast. I actually slowed down the charging to extend the life of the unit.

Happy so far-just waiting for an outage to test the system

Super easy to set up. I figured it out on my own, and I’m ready for anything this winter.

I purchased it to add-on to my 2000+ Great!

This purchase completes my home package and needs. Well satisfied.

I added it to my 6000 watt setup and now have backup power for refrigerators, A freezer and some lights for 48 hours..

Great product, have not used it in an emergency as yet, but that might change next week, as we have a storm brewing, have tried out the complete system which- which is the explorer 2000 plus kit 10kwh. Work as advertised- good job Jackery Team
