Jackery Solar Generator 2000 Plus

I purchased the 2000 plus with two extra batteries and the extra accessory wires and 2 of the 2 hundred watt panels about three weeks ago. We had the storm here in central kentucky yesterday and the power went out in my area . For the first five hours until we went to bed, I just ran the tv internet and charged our phones off of it. It had only went down to 96%. When we went to bed and it had been five hours or so since we had had no power.I plugged in my upright small upright freezer and my regular refrigerator freezer combo and I ran an extension cord to run a fanso we could sleep. It did excellent, exactly what I purchased it for. The power came back on about 12:30 AM. I got up and plugged everything back into the wall and started to recharge my jackery unit. It said it would have ran the freezer, the fridge and that fan for about 24 hours without a recharge. I am very happy with it. We'll be adding on to it in the near future. We may get the 3600 next. Of course , worth every single penny.. Great product.

We live in a golf cart community. My wife called me and said her battery in her cart was too low to get home. I told her not to worry... Jackery to the rescue! I put it in the back of my vehicle, drove over to her, and began charging it. In less than 30 minutes I had charged it enough and already had it parked in my garage. Because she had pulled over safely in front of someone's home, I had no hesitation to use this since it operates silently, but if I had a gas generator it would have been loud and surely attracted the attention (and possible ire) of neighbors. I was pleased to be able to use this in a real-world scenario, and it worked effortlessly as intended. I feel more secure knowing I have this for situations that can come up unexpectedly.

Solar Generator and Spare Battery work fantastic powering my garage opener, four 200watt led lights and four quad electrical receptacles. Solar panels recharge battery everyday as needed. BUT the solar panel design is terrible. Holding it up at a 45 degree angle is two small flimsy fiberglass stands per 200w panel, similar to your picture frame sitting on a table. Very disappointed, 5mph winds kept blowing them over or they would collapse. 2hrs later I discover them flipped over, lost 2hrs of charging. I had to just lay them flat until I finished building three solar panel skids to hold them up and secure them. (Many places sell them online if you don't want to make them)

Our new Jackery Explorer 2000, extra batteries and Solar Saga 200 panels work as expected and perform well. The system is able to power a heat lamp for our chickens overnight reliably. The only improvements we would want would be longer cables for the solar panels and better WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity over a longer distance.

Like many reviews prior to purchasing, pulled the 2000 Plus out of the box and it displayed 48% charged. Then unwrapped the 200 watt solar panels and plugged in, set in full afternoon sun, and watched the input wattage go to 340! Very impressive since it was late in the afternoon. Everything works great! Very satisfied with the entire package; it will do exactly what I need it to and highly recommend this unit to everyone. Super easy to use and maneuver. The solar panels did not come with storage bags, so I will stow them in the double wall cardboard boxes each was shipped in. Very strong and will minimize damaging. A padded bag for each solar panel would be nice. I did plug into house power to finish charging to 100% capacity (the sun went down) to complete the first full charge. Ready to rock and roll now!

Plan is to use it at my home for emergency situations if/when power goes out - which is thankfully not typically very often. Have not had to use it during a power outage yet, but during a a day of testing- it performed well running our kitchen refrigerator, home Wi-Fi, lamp and fan… plus separately an air fryer and coffee maker. The air fryer was the biggest hog reducing battery life, followed by the coffee maker I forgot to turn off. The first charge to 100% was with the home outlet and was very fast to charge. The solar panels were used after the test and worked well until I ran out of daylight… then finished with the outlet. It stores neatly in a closet both I or my wife can easily access to setup. App works well too - easy setup. Overall very happy and feel confident it will perform when needed!

Amazing it was expensive definitely but I did appreciate the coupon definitely I went off grid with it and we love it we live in camper and power up everything at least for 2 days with out charging but using everything so I'm very happy that we got it we have a small jackery that we relied on but now we have no problem with power

I purchased this for my camping needs when power is not available at camp sites for use with my Class A, Pop-up and truck camping. To date I have only used it with my Class A which has an on-board gas generator (which is not useable during quiet hours at parks). In conjunction wile running appliances on propane, the 2000 Plus powered me through the night with heat and general lighting with power to spare the following morning. Once noise restrictions are lifted I was able to recharge plugged in to my RV with the generator running in less than the 2 hours expected and or recharge and maintain with the 2 panels that came with my system. I am very much liking the system and contemplating purchasing additional panels to supplement the charge rate I already enjoy.

I am so disappointed. Have purchased Jackery products for years and they are usually great. This time I hate the charging cables. The connection to the panel is difficult and not secure. It comes apart at the least movement and has even burned wheni tried to plug in. The panels are unwieldy for one person to set up. When I am traveling that could mean every day. We hen I get to a more permanent location I hope I can set up and leave alone. May need to tape the connections. Poor charging from the panels to the 2000 Plus.

The handle in the Jackery 2000 Plus is a bit delicate. Seems like a cheap luggage extension handle which will become flimsy with use. You need to improve it to handle such a heavy battery.

Definitely went above our expectations! We are initially using it for the camper -- it is able to run so much: A/C, TV, 120 lights, and microwave without even sputtering. Off season we will be using it for our out building which currently does not have electricity. Very happy with our Explorer 2000 Plus!!

I like it, I think it will power my cabin. I’m in the process of relocating my solar panels so the get both morning and afternoon sun .

Really like the system. Giving 4 stars only because the charging cables can be longer so you can charge the battery with the solar panels without having to take the battery out into the field while the camper is parked in the shade.

This is an awesome product! It is reliable energy that is clean and quiet, and user friendly. We have frequent power outages which have been stressful and uncomfortable. With the Jackery solar generator providing energy during these outages, there is no worry about food spoiling in the refrigerator. We can run portable swamp coolers to beat the heat outside, as well as having some lights on or heat up some food, or water for coffee or tea. It has reduced the stress of dealing with power outages.

Love it I was mistaken I thought it came with panels. Can u forward a price list and availability please

It's early yet in my experience with it I could not get it to power up the extra batteries when I had it on my generator. UPDATE, I contacted jackerey, they responded quickly asking for video of the unit in operation. I sent it. Jackerey reccomended to get hooked up to my wifi so it could be redonloaded so I did and that my friends is what repaired my unit jackerey has followed up with me, To acseed my greatest wishes with with true customer care!!!!!!! Jackerey support is 👍

I upgraded from 2000 pro to the 2000 plus. Keeps my Iceco fridge running all day/night, only uses 10% daily. Powers all of my camping lighting. Chargers faster with the 500w solar panels then the 2 200w panels did. Its an awesome setup for my Jeep Gladiator Overland setup. Would definitely recommend to everyone that going camping/overlanding a lot.

Was packed securely nothing damaged. Arrived quickly. Unit had 65% charge, hit 100% is short time. Haven't used can't wait to go camping and put into use. Will be ideal for our style of Boondocking
