Jackery Solar Panel Connector

$70 for a cable sent in a crushed box

Worked as it was designed to do!! Convenient way to have two solar panels enter one input on your generator, frees up the other input. Well made with excellent instructions.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but it'll come in handy when i do

Does exactly what it was made to do.

It’s great to have it but I still don’t know what caused the overheating either the connector, the cables , the panels or the generator. The generator shuts itself off when it’s getting hot or sometimes it’s still on but no power comes in. Otherwise it is great

Our connector last for 2 uses b4 giving up the ghost. Most recently using it to run 2 panels to our 2000 Pro generator we had no input and an F7 fault code. Removing the connector from the system all together and plugging the panels individually directly into the generator*NPUT charging resumed. Not sure if there's a fuse or some other breaker inside the connector but whatever happened it has failed to connect 2 panels onto 1 connection to the generator

This part does what its supposed to do and does it well. It remains to be seen how it performs over time outdoors, but from a functionality standpoint, it works as its supposed to. One note I have to deduct a star for is this part is ridiculously overpriced for being a relatively simple component. Even with ruggedized, over-engineered parts - which is a good thing - it should not be priced so high.

It performs as advertised. I use it to connect 4 SolarSaga 200W panels to my 3600 Plus

Works great as expected.

Jackery Solar Panel Connector

Great! Should I buy another solar panel since a third one can be connected. Would the third one put to much current into the Jackery battries?

I own two systems. First a 3600 that has not been any issues, works like it should. Second, is a 6k with 1 2k battery with control unit and two 2k battery units. One of the the battery units has two of the display percentage lights out. This was fresh out of the box. Also there are no AC and DC labels on the 2k control unit like there is on the 3600.

It works almost like you'd expect the only thing is i feel it should be sold in pairs since if you use one youll need to use another otherwise itll shut off panels to compensate

Get 2 of them. It works almost like you'd expect the only thing is i feel it should be sold in pairs since if you use one youll need to use another otherwise itll shut off panels to compensate

Solar panel is way too big.

These connectors are fragile. If you use two panels, keeping checking on the button that covers the third port. that little cap does not stay on securely. I've have had TWO connectors that burned the third port up because the cap loosened.

Camping will be great hook up more solar panels works great

Camping fun. Camping will be great hook up more solar panels works great

This makes connecting multiple panels easier

The panel connector is just what I needed. I can charge the battery twice as fast now.

One of them works perfect and the second one has a socket that seem to be on the weak side and the plug comes out if you are not careful. I just have to take a little more care.

If the sun is out power is coming in, jackery, it's a win-win.

Off grid. If the sun is out power is coming in, jackery, it's a win-win.

This connector enables multiple solar panels to charge generators simultaneously, significantly reducing recharge time. Customers praised its quality build and effectiveness, noting it "works as described" and "sped up the recharge time." However, some experienced compatibility issues with dual input controllers requiring manual resets, and a few found it confusing that it needs 2-3 panels to function properly.

What can I say except ALL my jackery products are the BEST!

It works, kind of. It seems to confuse the dual input controller on the Homepower 3600 Plus and needs to be manually removed and plugged back in to correctly detect input when the sun comes up. I am using a 500x in one main port and two 200x panels connected to the connector, which goes in the other main port. As with many Jackery products, it works, it's good quality build, but it's finnicky.

Better Innovation, Better Products, Better Pricing. We have been heavily involved in generating solar power for about 8-10 years. We have switched all we purchased to Jackery. Better all around. Glad we changed brands.

It works as described. However the Home power 3000 can only accept 2 panel inputs.

Very good product, wil come in handy.

Dope I’m learning allot with is such as when it comes to solar panels less can equal more. In my experience anyway it seems keep it simple and the thing works super good.

My last order said there would be a free gift. I received no gift. I don't even know what the free gift is.

I used it to connect my solar panels and they worked fine.

Love it

Perfect if your extension cable had a female DC8020 connector

Jackery Solar Panel Connector

Makes it all work. Love everything from Jackery!

Well made. Works as it should.

Adapter worked as promised. Ordered the series adapter so I could hook up more than two solar panels at once. Worked as expected and really sped up the recharge time.

Excellent product! Excellent customer service! Very happy with my purchase. We also purchased the jackery 3000 Pro . We live in south Florida so we are ready for hurricane season

Works perfectly!

Customer service. So far I have placed two orders and I have submitted a couple questions. The orders have been processed quickly and Jackery knows where the package is and when it arrives. For my questions, they responded timely and with great information. It’s wonderful to deal with a company that is responsive.

Peace of mind. I already have the 2000 Plus an extra battery to make 4k of power but I wanted more. Adding a 2nd extra battery gives me extra piece of mind that I will have enough power when it goes off. I plan to eventually add the maximum amount of extra batteries by getting 3 more of them.

Jackery 2000 w/solar panels. The central unit is user-friendly and straightforward to use. The app is a clean and basic format that has all the information mentioned in the user manual. I think the Jackery customer service is excellent and answers your questions promptly.

Barn two. Planning to use temporarily until a decision can be reached on a larger solar system. Barn built for storage of ATV’s, historic car, tractor etc. for trickle charging batteries.

Works Great, easy to use

Remedies the Issue. With previously stating a one star, Jackery Support Team redeemed themselves. I received our replacement Generator and works great! Would buy again!

home power 3000. units charged quickly and quietly

Ordering online with JACKERY was easy and they provided fast shipping and delivery.I ordered a pair of these after U discovered that they were a necessary adapter to connect my solar panels to my JACKERY EXPLORER 2000 solar generator.

Good

Great generators.

What a great opinion to be able to add more panels with this product. Great product instructions for use provided.

Product shipped quickly with good packaging. Quality product at a good value. Works great with no issues. Jackery always makes a great product. Will be back for more. I highly recommend for any solar power needs.

Be prepared for anything with a Jackery, smart 🤓. Love my Jackerys, this hurricane season , I'll be prepared

Jackery Your the Best. Your customer service and products are nothing short of professionalism and quality. Thank you for being a wonderful business.

Everything came in as expected, I love Jackery!!!!

Great generator. We have 2 Jackery generators they are really easy to use & the solar panels work great.

Jackery Solar Panel Connector

What We Needed. We lost power today due to a brief blizzard wintery storm. It kept our refrigerator powered for the day & food was just fine.

This is the second one I purchased and work fine but the first time I bought one of these it arced at the generator connector and burnt away most of the center pin before I could get the solar panels disconnected.

Quality products. I always give it some time before making a decision on judgement for products but you can tell from unpacking the quality the product brings.

Needed this!! I had purchased a power bank that came with 2 panels, but no connector. I've enjoyed using the larger yet very portable power supply and wanted to be able to charge it on solar, quicker...so I got the connector! Now to wait for sunshine!!

It works but required yet another adapter for the Jackery 1000v2. I think it should have come with it.

Nice Appearance and Long Battery Life. I purchased two solar generators Explorer 2000 Pro and 2000v2 after spending a lot of time researching alterative power sources. These devices fit my financial choice and offer the widest range of possibilities in this power class. They did what they advertised and helped me out a lot during power outage. The built quality is very good. They charge quickly and the LED light is pretty nice. Good value for money. The customer service from the support team was outstanding. I had no issues with shipping, it was very fast and on time.

Great. Even tho the delivery company did not get signature I still got mine

It works. Works great

A Must Have. This connector is must when looking to connect multiple panels together for a faster recharge or pass through charge.

Missing solar panel. So far, I have received the Jackie battery and associated charging cord, the DC extension cable and the solar series connector. All arrived separately on different days. I have yet to receive the solar panel, which I understood was part of the purchase package. I assumed it had gotten caught up in the Christmas shipping rush, but I have not yet received it

product and service. great customer service and thus far i love my solar generstor

Second order. The first time we ordered it was forever before we received all our order. This time everything came in when we were told it would.

DELIVERY TIME ! I LOVE MY ITEMS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED , BUT THE DOWN SIDE IS THE SHIPMENT TIME?. SOME ITEMS HAVE TAKEN A LONG DURATION TO GET TO ME. I NO IM NOT REAL CLOSE TO YOUR MAIN WHAREHOUSE BUT I AM STILL DISAPPOINTED IN THAT LONG SHIP TIME. THAT IS MY ONLY NEGATIVE. I DO LOVE YOUR PRODUCT !!!! . WILL PURCHASE MORE IN THE FUTURE.

It's not just the power bank and the panels . . . I'm loving my Jackery 2000 Pro power bank, but one of the things that mallee Jackery standout it the quality of their accessory cords and adaptors. Maybe not the least expensive but quality worth spending a little more.

Works perfectly on my Jackery Explorer 600 Plus!

New Customer. After viewing the informational video about various Jackery products that’s user friendly. I invested in 1000+ generator and solar panel. As instructed, I charged the unit to 100% and stored in a safe dry place in the original box. I ordered some accessories. The customer service department cares about their customer base. I’m glad I made the purchase.

perfect product. I bought 2 of these for my two Jackery Solar Generator 4000 Kits, Explorer 2000 Plus and 1X PackPlus E2000 Plus Expandable Battery with 2X200W Solar Panels so I will have 240volts with the (240v kit) for my well pump and water pumps for emergencys and adding of more solarsaga 200w panels for quicker charging of the 2 units. Worked great and great quality of product. Highly recommend 👍👍

Need to read. Don’t do what I didn’t do. You should read the directions. I connected the connector to one of my solar panels and the generator didn’t charge. I bypassed the connector and it charged. After pulling out my hair I wrote to the support team to figure out what I did wrong. The answered about 15 minutes later saying I needed to plug in two or three panels. Guess what? It worked as designed. Thank you support for answering so fast.

Quality cables for the price. Wish there were more choices in lengths

solar extension. works as expected

Havent used it
