Power through peak service with the Jade Range JHPE-3-336 Supreme step-up hotplate. Its 36-inch countertop footprint consolidates high-output cooking into a compact station, ideal for sauté lines, pantry stations, and tight back-of-house layouts. Chefs can stage pans across two levels to sear, simmer, and finish dishes without breaking workflow.

Six 27,500 BTU open burners three front and three step-up deliver the intensity needed for rapid recovery and consistent heat. Infinite manual controls let operators dial in precise flame for pan sauces, reductions, or batch prep. Standing pilots provide ready ignition to keep tickets moving during rush periods.

Adjustable 4-inch stainless steel legs help align the unit with existing equipment and simplify cleaning underneath. Built for demanding foodservice environments, this gas hotplate supports efficient line organization and clear pan visibility, helping buyers and facility managers optimize throughput without expanding the cookline.
