Great for Cruises. We rented one of these for our cruise and it was great! We couldn't get an accessible cabin since we booked the cruise last minute, but my husband has mobility limitations so with this folding scooter, we were able to stay in a standard verandah cabin and could easily fold the scooter to get it on and out through the cabin door. If prices ever come down substantially, we will purchase one.

It’s a game changer!! I have stage four osteoarthritis in my right ankle, causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. My Journey So Lite scooter has given me the ability to live my life as best as I can!

French Delight. We took our scooter from Los Angeles to Nice, France. Multiple airline flights, gate changes, long hallways. The scooter never failed. We even got to use as a carryon on the flight home. When in Nice, long walks(rides) to shopping, dinners, etc. The scooter was a godsent. Never could have survived without it. In and out of the car trunks with easy lifting. Love our scooter.

New Mobility!! I have MS, use a walker and unable to go long distances to get around. My new Journey So Lite scooter has changed all that. No assembly required, my husband is able to move/lift the scooter without a strain. I have a new found freedom, thank you Journey So Lite !

Flies too. I use my unit to get around the neighborhood; however, recently I joined my family for a plane trip to SC for a graduation. TSA was easy and the airline tagged the unit before boarding. I left the folded scooter just before entering the plane after taking out the battery and it was waiting for me when we arrived.

Steering column adjustment knob. The Steering Column Adjusting knob. I have difficult time tighten it. The adjusting knob has worn out over two years of usage. Is there any replacement to replace the adjusting knob. Otherwise the scooter runs great.

Barbara M. I purchard a Journey So Lite Scooter about a momth ago. So far i am very pleased with it. However, all of the credit goes to Tyler my salesperson. He was patient with me. He was not pushy in explaining necessary information. I imagine he left work a little late that day. I asked him if he would do everything possible to have it deliverd to me the week of Thanksgiving. For that I am truly greatful.. My scooter is easy too handle and has some speed to it, I am very happy with my purchase. I would like yo check with customer service to see if there is a cover for it? I also need to check with customer service to see if there i a cover for it. I also hope to add a photo next time.

MR. Mobility Scooters

Mobility again! This scooter is lightweight and easy to use. I can get it in and out of the car by myself. I purchased this scooter because it folds rather than having to take apart/put together as required by other scooter brands. I am enjoying the freedom it gives me to be able travel around.

Journey scooter. I got my scooter for Christmas from my family Because they know how I like to go from sun up and down I need two knee replacement But I am not going to get them done. I love the Journey Scooter and can go anywhere with it and I am going places that I couldn’t go before and I don’t have to pay all that money to rent a electric scooter I took my grandkids to the beach and Kings Dominion last week and I couldn’t rid all over the park and my scooter stayed charged for 10 hours I really did enjoy going where ever I wanted to go I felt so self sufficient that I had to cry of joy!!!! Scooter review. Does what it was purchased for. Shipping not so good. Box was torn, delivered on it side despite labels indicating THIS SIDE UP FRAGILE.

The beast! Took it to the lavender festival and Cherry Valley and it did everything I asked of it and more. It handled every service with the exception of freshly spread and quite deep large gravel. I wasn’t concerned because I saw that people trying to walk on it were having difficulty, the photo is me at that festival.

Off to graduation. I found it easy to use, smooth riding, and saves me a lot of steps. I have 3 grandchildren graduating in different places and with the scooter, I can attend all of them.

Enjoying my new ride 😁. I absolutely love my journey so lite scoòter😁It is so comfortable to ride on and I love the the speed control . My Husband is happy that it is so light weight as he is the one who gets it in and out of the trunk. I am so happy with this and I am looking forward to going many places now .

Keep on moving. Received my scooter Solite 1 about a year ago and I’m so impressed. Powerful, nimble, and opens and folds for transport in seconds. Traveling can be very rough on scooters traveling along with luggage. The plastic fenders rip off on the first 14 day trip, haven’t really missed them as I have only been caught in the rain once. This scooter opened the world of travel back up for me. 🙏🏻

Loving my new scooter! A perfect light weight scooter to take out to the park. Allows me to get out more than I had been. Even great to use in those grocery stores that don’t provide mobility scooters.

Walk the Dogs. I use a cane for walking and still have a hard time. We have 2 acres and my husband has built trails for me to "walk the dogs" All of us love it!

First day. Currently charging the battery. Easy to put together. Will really help me get around better.

Journey of my life. very good

full turning radius. Typically with my triangular SoLite, I can turn around in a 4 foot wide hall with some room to spare. Example:If a person stands about 6 Inches away from my side, I can turn a circle around them while staying just about six inches from them. I have even performed demonstration square dancing on my "SoLite" at the National Square Dance Convention. It's turning radius turns almost 50% tighter than rectangular four wheel scooters.

Great quality. I am an EE. I have troubleshot products for many years. We bought your S1 scooter for my wife. I have had the opportunity to use it myself. I have looked over the product and find that your engineering dept. has done a wonderful job of engineering. I could not find fault with any of the design. So Lite Journey Scooter - Backup alarm is entirely too loud. - The scooter handles easily and has made getting out of the house easy because it is light weight. However, the backup alarm is entirely too loud and cannot be adjusted. It is extremely distracting at a restuarant or closed setting. Annoys other patrons. - The scooter is not designed for terrain that is not a flat surface.

Exceptional Solite Scooter. I suffer from neuropathy. This scooter has given more opportunity to scoot around outdoors without doing much walking. Folded, it fits in my automobile. Easy to fold and set up. It is quite durable and attractive. Thank you Journey.

Life is Easier. I was having trouble getting around my apartment building due to my COPD. My scooter lets me do more activities now. Should have bought one before. My friend bought one, too. Here’s a picture of us.

Scoot! Scoot! The scooter definitely has some get up & go requiring dome practice to master. Easy to transport !

I strongly recommend this scooter!! I bought this scooter because I have a lung problem. Now I can go out in yard, use in my house, and go to doctor's offices, and carry it with me in car, as needed. It can even carry a small oxygen canister. Love it!

Best money I've ever spent. Love my scooter. Easy to fold up and easy to use. Right out of the box it's ready. Takes no space and the folding in restaurants has given me more freedom. Can go places I never could with just a walker or even wheelchair.

i would buy this product again. i use the product for all my walking, i wish tha i could get another battery pack to have as a backup, the front wheels could have been made more cushiony, but they work fine the way they are,, iasy to fold and lift up to put in back of my vehicle,,,, wish i could find some information on getting another battery pack
