The Indigo NXT Series ice maker is a cube-style, water-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser. Measuring 30″W x 24″D x 21.5″H, it produces 456 lb. per 24 hours at 70°/50° (395 lb. AHRI certified at 90°/70°). It makes dice size cubes and incorporates an acoustical ice sensing probe to monitor production.

The easyTouch display provides 13 different language options, a date/time stamp display, and an automatic reminder/alert icon, while operators can access one touch asset information, automatic detection of accessories, and continuous operating status with self-diagnostic technology. Programmable production options by time, weight, or day and night help match supply to service windows, and one touch cleaning with displayed instructions and Alpha-San anti-microbial protection support routine hygiene. A DuraTech exterior and R290A refrigerant round out the build, and it is NSF, cULus, and CE.
