New age Platinum Grill. I purchased this 2 months ago. Installation and set up was very easy. they grill is amazing and has everything you need. I purchased it with an entire outdoor kitchen set and have been pleased with my purchase and the quality of the set. I have purchased garage cabinets from them a few years back and have been pleased with the quality of those as well.

New Age Kamodo. Beautiful Grill that everyone compliments, very heavy (takes two people to lift) and well built with quality stainless hardware. I’ve had it for about 3 years and love cooking on it. I did need to adjust the lid to stay open when new as another review stayed but that’s why it’s adjustable and easy to do. It’s not cheap and I wish it came with the accessories package like heat deflector and pizza stone but overall I’m very happy with the purchase and quality.

NewAge Grill & Windguard. I love my NewAge grill. I have used it many times now, and it performs well. The windguard works really well, I recommend that as well.

Nice product. Awful customer service. Sent products with missing hardware multiple times. First issue took a month to resolve. Second issue went back and forth several times. Eventually they offered me a $40 refund to go to the hardware store and buy my own hardware. I had to improvise the custom screws that were supposed to come with the countertop. Sadly, it's the typical modern scenario: top notch sales experience, good product, but then you can't get help with issues from anyone other than off-shore call center contractors who don't know about the product and probably don't get paid enough to care. Attempts to escalate were ineffective. Understandable at a lower price point but I paid $1800 for two small cabinets. I'd expect the service level to reflect that.

fine, but leaks in rain. The counter top looks fine, not too difficult to install. However, we had some bad rain for multiple days here in socal and the drawers under these counters got filled with water about an inch to 2 inches deep. So a cover will be necessary in inclement weather.

Perfect finish to my drawer/2-door storage cabinet. I purchased three cabinets, with this storage cabinet going between a sink cabinet and grill cabinet, neither of which needed a countertop. This countertop exactly matches and makes my set look built-in. I'm glad that it is not, as a built-in would have been a nightmare to accommodate the water/drain and natural gas plumbing that came up through my patio slab. I like the finish on NewAge's stainless steel.

Platinum New Age Grill Exceeds Expectations... This BBQ is a superstar as far as barbeques go with a high caliber burning grill for large parties of friends/family!

Counter cutting. In one of the post it says that custom cutting is not recommended. So I have a bracket that gives a 24 inch space between two cabinets that doesn’t need countertops the smallest counter you have that would fit the 24 inch space is 32 inches, how can I make this work

Poor product. Worst Costumer Service. Platinum stainless steel 5 burner infrared LPG grill. I purchased this product 2 years ago. For this price point I expected not only great quality but also excellent costumer service. Well was I mistaken? I got neither. The burners have disintegrated. The metal brackets that hold the stone brickets have all rusted away as well. Mind you my BBQ is under a roof. Well covered in my outdoor kitchen along with my smoker(different brand) ice maker, fridge and side burners. And the BBQ is the only appliance that has rusted away miserable. I'm not near the ocean. I keep my BBQ clean as expected. Etc. And to make waters worse the costumer services tells me they can't honor the warranty that's supposed to be 10 years because they don't have the parts nor do they know when they'll have it. Please do yourself a favor. Stay away from this company and its products. This is unacceptable the way they treat their costumers. Do not buy. I've had to cancel gatherings at my place due to their incompetence. Father's Day the same. And with the summer here there's no hope of being able to use my kitchen as I intended when I designed it and built it mostly with their equipment.

Buyer Beware of Warranty Items. Purchased BQQ with outdoor cabinets in March of 2021. Recently the brackets that hold the briquette trays (previous model) have broken. Due to the product being discontinued, apparently the parts are too. Before you spend $6200.00 please beware that this can happen. Most companies that discontinue a product, maintain parts for X amount of time. As the BBQ is unusable due to this issue, my options are limited. Definitely not spending 2,500 dollars on a new BBQ, when competitors offer substantially better warranties for a similar product cost.

Platinum Grill: Design Problem with Lights. We ordered the 3 piece kitchen with the wood grain look. Bar cabinet, sink cabinet and Platinum Grill with cabinet. The outdoor kitchen is installed in a screened lanai. Cabinets are nice, work as intended and look good, however there were many problems with the grill. The igniters had to be replaced, the lighting system was replaced 2x and finally the grill was replaced. Regrettably the new replacement grill has the same issues with lighting after a few minutes of use. The blue LED lights which light the control knobs quit working. Grill cooks fine, but the lights not at all.

Expensive grill made cheaply. We’ve had this grill (operational) for about 20 months now. The nice blue lights on the front of the grill went out within a few months. Newage sent replacement parts but its impossible to actually install them except before the unit is assembled in the factory. Now the ignitor on the first burner doesn’t work and a week later, the interior lights stopped working. Dont recommend this product especially for the price. We’re just waiting to see how much longer until the whole thing quits and we have to spnd another $2k on a grill.

Backyard Oasis. Beautiful state of the art grill with multiple components for all types of grilling. Great for searing steaks, incredibly hot temps!

Outdoor Stainless Steel Kitchen. Outstanding Quali. Great affordable outdoor kitchen components. Have wanted an outdoor kitchen for years. Installed under the eaves of my house. Keep covered with two covers when not using. Stainless steel if covered, will not rust and last forever. I have a Dynasty stainless steel grill on wheels next to new age sink and bar components. My stainless steel natural gas grill has lasted 25 years, no rust and will last forever because I use two covers on it.

Sturdy counter top. This was the only issue I had with the whole package did not realize this was meant to attach to another cabinet I bought this to cover my refrigerator so I will have to figure out a way to use this

Great countertop. Very happy with this countertop. Great price and the only place I could find this!

Mold inside grill. I bought the grill less than a year ago- I definitely like the way it cooks but beware the inside does get mold when not use over the winter. I even took all the inner parts indoor and cleaned the grill well prior to place the waterproof cover they sell. Apparently the warranty doesn’t cover mold -so definitely not worth it. I have never had an issue with my regular bbq

Perfect. Big and Beautiful Perfect for our Sunday dinners. No more burning the meat. Lights inside help with the sun going down early in winter months. We cook steaks, chicken, ribs for 12 people every Sunday and it is the best addition to our Sunday dinners

40 inch Platinum grill. I really like the 40 inch Platinum grill. My most favorite part is the sear section where you can sear at a higher temperature.

Great product. Easy to install, looks great. You will most likely need a tile saw for your install, I rented one from Home Depot for mine. Order an extra box because some arrived broken or chipped

Buyer Beware. We have a NewAge Signature Series outdoor kitchen and it has been a nightmare to say the least. The instructions are terrible, the cabinets have a plastic coating you have to take off and it literally took us a week just to remove it. It is partially assembled with the plastic in between screws and seams(it makes no sense). Everything has been a guessing game putting this together. Make sure you have a tile and skill saw because you will be doing a lot of cutting. We are DIY people but this was absolutely ridiculous and way too much work for the money. The other problem is nothing is ever available, it’s either out of stock or back ordered for months so forget putting together a custom kitchen if you want the refrigerator or the frame. Very frustrating.

Great cabinets but do your research on tops... We really love our NewAge cabinets but the addition of a top was a so/so experience. First, there only appears to be one depth of stainless steel top that's available in different widths. We assumed, maybe incorrectly, that a NewAge top would fit any of the NewAge cabinets; however, the top for our door cabinet unit was deeper than the one that came with the Kamado cabinet. Also, none of the holes aligned so none of the included hardware could be used - we ended up using JB Weld. Finally, the top is already showing some minor pitting whereas the other one is not. Love the cabinets, they're aluminum - would probably opt for a granite top but then it would not match the Kamado...

Be ready to build on your own. I was surprised that I was responsible for putting the stones on my grill and putting it together. Since I was not able to get the White Glove service due to location. I was on my own trying to figure out with ok instructions. Be ready for an entire wknd job. Make sure you factor this into the cost.

Perfect fit and aligned. The countertop fit perfectly, and the pre-drilled holes aligned perfectly with the cabinet.

Great smoker! This smoker holds heat very well. It’s solid and heavy, well constructed. Great product.

Be careful on initial burn-in. Got mine built this weekend and while doing the initial burn-in I noticed a rubber burning smell, but since it was the first burn thought it was the smells that they describe in the book. After about 5-7 minutes the LED's and the internal lights went out. I believe that rubber smell was the wiring burning. Now no lights. Not worth paying the shipping cost to get a new one. These wires really should be insulated from the heat much better than they are. Also the knobs get very hot being that they are metal also, don't assume they are plastic.

Excellent product. Only issue was minor. The rotisserie motor extended out beyond the cabinet and created a conflict with the adjacent manado smoker.

Almost perfect need slight improvement. A fer minor upgrade would have helped. Power cord for burner; grill and rotesserie are very short... should be at least 5-6 feet long. There is a design flow on the door cabinet where the trash containers are... it forces me to open both doors before I can access the trash buckets, and that is due to the lip on door on the trash container side.

Great grill -- needs a second searing burner. There needs to be TWO searing burners instead of ONE. The grille is well built, similar to all of their cabinets.

Only time will tell. I purchased the 36-inch grill, base cabinets with sink cabinet, side burner cabinet and accessory bar cabinet. It looks amazing and I received lots of compliments and requests as to where I purchased the units. I had a problem with the grill LED lights not working. Their customer service is responsive but a little slow on deciding what to do and very slow on sending out replacement parts. Overall, only time will tell how well all the units will hold up to our AZ heat and resist rust etc.

Impressed. I was able to share my measurements with NewAge and they put together a CAD rendering. We moved some pieces around until we got it right. Everything turned out great.

Love my NewAge Kamado!! I got the NewAge Platinum Kamado to replace my old Kamado from another brand because its fire bowl started cracking, and both the top & bottom vents were hard to open & close as they rusted. I like this NewAge Kamado which has lots of great features like the vents are stainless steel material that I am not worried about the rusting problem and the unique design of the Ash Bucket that can contain a large amount of ash but it doesn’t block the airflow. The Cart is very sturdy and stainless steel with solid wood folding side-tables, and the castors are large I have no issue with moving the Kamado around over my bumpy patio. Cooking with this Kamado has been so fun although I also love cooking with my NewAge gas grill when serving a big party of friends and family with plenty of food, or on the weekday I need to quickly prepare the meals. During weekends and holidays, I very enjoy my time using this Kamado that is so chill from lighting the charcoal, manipulating the temperature, smelling the burning charcoal aroma, watching the smoke coming out from the top to enjoying the delicious food with a smoky flavor that are such a wonderful leisure moment and artisan experience. All the accessories I have were working perfectly, I smoked the beef brisket at low temperature for hours, seared the steaks, roasted the chicken and turkey, grilled the lobsters, and made pizza on the pizza stone. This is a great Kamado grill that I would like to recommend it to everyone!

Food tastes amazing! So I've been considering something like this for years, and I've had some Newage outdoor kitchen cabinets for a couple of years now that I've been really happy with, so when I saw that they now offered a kamado I had to give it a try. I really like the included charcoal divider so I can have two zones to cook which allows me to sear on one side and then move to the other side for indirect heat. This is actually my first charcoal grill so I never knew what I was missing out on, but let me tell you the flavor you get from this is amazing! Probably the coolest thing with this kamado though is their ash bucket which looks like it has a chimney built into it which funnels air up directly in the middle of the unit and makes the charcoal burn very evenly without any cold spots. Never seen anything like it!

So far very pleased! This grill has been great so far! The sear burner gets incredibly hot and can sear each side of a steak in about 30 seconds flat, and the grill itself easily gets up to temperature in about 5-10min so I don't have to wait forever for it to preheat. I even had a chance to test out the rotisserie a few days ago to cook a turkey and eveyone was very please how juicy it turned out. I actually removed a couple of the briquette trays and was able to fit a large drip pan underneath and even threw in some charcoal on the side for added flavor!

Light switch is broken/stuck. I bought this and after a couple of months' use, the light switch (to turn on the inside lights) got stuck and cannot be turned off :(

incredible grill. Bought this grill and now have installed it into my outdoor kitchen. not hard to install but needs 2 people. fits perfectly in my Newage cabinet.The quality of the grill is awesome. Has a large cooking surface, beautiful briquettes, gets super hot when it comes to sear function. Lights are a nice feature, though not sure how much I will need them in the city! Highly recommend this grill. I've owned a number of different brands in my life, this seems to be one of the best.

My new favourite way to grill! I got the Platinum Kamado earlier this year and have been using it almost daily, even for weeknight dinners. I have done ribs, brisket, chicken, sausages, pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork, steaks, and yes... even vegetables. It takes very little planning - as long as I light up the coals before prepping the food (15-20min), the grill is hot when I am ready to use it. (I haven't used my gas grill in months!) The ash bucket is incredibly easy to clean compared to other brands I have used in the past. The cooking grate is SOLID, very heavy duty, but not a problem to lift it with the tool that comes with it. Very efficient use of charcoal. I've done +10h cooks (low and slow) without the need to add charcoal during the cook session. The temperature remains very stable even on cold and windy days, thanks to the thick ceramic body. When done, I close the top and bottom vents and I know I will have some coals left for the next cook. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
