Designed for versatility, the BBQ05SS features three dedicated cooking zones, including a height-adjustable main grate, an interchangeable griddle (when paired with round grates), and S-shaped meat hooks for authentic Argentine asado. Compatible with both round and V-shaped grates (sold separately), this grill adapts to your preferred cooking style while giving you complete control over heat and technique.
Its integrated firebox (brasero) and firebrick-lined interior provide outstanding heat retention and efficient fire management, while the precision elevation system allows you to easily adjust cooking temperatures throughout the grilling process.
