Nice product. Awful customer service. Sent products with missing hardware multiple times. First issue took a month to resolve. Second issue went back and forth several times. Eventually they offered me a $40 refund to go to the hardware store and buy my own hardware. I had to improvise the custom screws that were supposed to come with the countertop. Sadly, it's the typical modern scenario: top notch sales experience, good product, but then you can't get help with issues from anyone other than off-shore call center contractors who don't know about the product and probably don't get paid enough to care. Attempts to escalate were ineffective. Understandable at a lower price point but I paid $1800 for two small cabinets. I'd expect the service level to reflect that.

Outdoor kitchen. Bought three cabinets, countertops, and covers to surprise my husband with an outdoor kitchen when he returned from a trip. He loves them and it freed up space in my kitchen. So we’re both happy.

Nice product. We really like our new outdoor cabinet/work station to use with our pizza oven. The 2 cabinets fit our needs just fine. Could have upgraded with more bells and whistels, but it wasn't necessary. Used the New Age website to make the purcahse. Wish it was more clear on ordering the cover as part of a bundle. By spending .01 cent more, we would have saved $150 in shipping, which would have pretty much paid for the cover that works with the 2 cabinets. That part I was not pleased about. Sent them an email about it and never heard back. The description for the covers needs have more of an explanation/information. I received the top cover and 2 sides, ordered a left and right side, however, the sides fit backwards.

Prefer not to answer. Great Product coupled with excellent delivery schedule and service! A bit higher price compared to other similar outdoor kitchen products but New Age Product well worth the additional cost due to very high quality of construction and materials used. Would buy again.

Great Product. The product is well maid and packages great for shipping. The sales staff had some struggles getting the quote as we desired it therefore, i went on line and built the package myself and got exactly what I needed. I recommend the product and wouldnt hesitate to order again.

Very satisfied! We are very impressed with the quality of the outdoor kitchen. We didn’t realize that the food containers, chill bucket and garbage/recycle containers came with the set so it was a very nice surprise. The outdoor kitchen came when they said it would arrive as well.

will not fix correctly or replace a defective. the bar drawer was defective when put everything together. the drawer falls out of the tracts and will not stay in. at first not a bid deal stuff happens. i contacted the company about requesting to just replace the one section. not all 3. all they will do is send me a new tract for the drawer. the problem is the tracts are riveted and they are sending screws to fix the issue. you know the screws are not going to last. when i asked what kind of warranty I have when that fails. they replied i will have no guaranty it fixes it or warranty. so basically I am just going to be stuck with a defective product that was messed up from new. I have never wrote a review before but after being told that i figure i better let people know how they stand behind their product. i am usually a easy going person. stuff happens no big deal just make it right. i don't think they are making it right.

Outstanding cabinets! The cabinet pieces fit together beautifully. Good finishes, no dents...easy to assemble. Drawers slide easily and are of high quality construction. Beautiful!

Great set of cabinets! Cabinets are beautiful and well constructed. They went together easily and look great on our patio. We are thrilled with the quality and features offered in this set. The bar cabinet is awesome and we now have a great, thoughtful storage solution! We had a box made to set them on to make them taller (keeps counter surfing dogs away!) and found a really nice countertop to complete the look. Better than what we imagined.

40" outdoor grill cabinet. As I was putting the cabinet together, the leveler broke off. I contacted New Age Products to ask about a solution and they immediately shipped me a new cabinet, which is great, however, now I have 2 cabinets. The broken one is now taking up space in my garage as they don't accept returns, probably due to high shipping costs. I've tried to sell it, however, it is 1/3 of an outdoor kitchen and people have no use for it. I did not expect something this well built, to break so easily. Other than that, the new cabinet is fantastic and we use it several times a week.

Best customer service ever! I have this and 2 other outdoor cabinets on my patio, that I absolutely love! They are functional and beautiful. But what was amazing was when there was damage to one of my doors New Age had the best customer service getting it replaced easily and without hassle. I will use this company again and recommend to all my friends.

Repeat buyer - love them. This is our 2nd purchase - we bought a different style grill set for mountain house. They are excellent. Easy to move in, level, look AMAZING and price is better than custom! The dividers and condiment station, trashcan slide out are just what we need in that area. The aluminum looks high end - I’ll show pics of both sets. They work great. I’m a Realtor & this set adds value to the outdoor space! Love it! (we get custom countertops, so we’re waiting for them on the Gray set)

SCAM BEWARE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I bought this product in 2022 and 6 months later, the countertop began to rust despite being in a gazebo with little exposure to rain. I put a claim with NewAge and they replied that warranty does NOT cover "cosmetic issues. On top of that, there were missing pieces when it was delivered. I usually don't write reviews, but I think it's worth putting this one out so that people are aware of this scam.

Sleek, modern and durable! We love our Aluminum grey outdoor kitchen . It is like nothing else. its very stylish and easy to keep clean highly recommend it. we placed the grill in the center thought it was most practical.

Grill didn't fit, NewAge refused to make it right. New Age customer support will not help you! New Age sales assured me that my specific model of Kamado Joe would fit, and I purchased the cabinet set including the kamado cabinet for over $3,000. When it did not fit, they offered me a measly $200 for my inconvenience. I had to get a separate stand for my grill, and I am stuck with a useless Kamado cabinet that I will have to throw away if I can't sell it on craigslist. Also I have two cabinets that look funny on their own, and New Age quoted me another $1000 for a third cabinet to replace the useless one I now have.

Best you will find. These are very high quality and super easy to assemble. My father-in-law & I completed L-shape install in 1/2 day.

Great product, great price. I had purchased my garage cabinets from NewAge several years ago and they're great. They're holding up very well and still look like new. So when I wanted an outdoor kitchen and saw that NewAge was now making outdoor kitchens, it was a easy decision for me. I ordered them and was told that due to supply issues it may take up to 10 weeks to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised when the freight company called my after 3 weeks to schedule the delivery. The cabinets are well made and easy to assemble. It took about an hour to connect them and level them out. I then called my granite company and they came to measure for the top and delivered it within a week. I would stick with a granite counter top especially in winter climates as it holds up better than stainless steel. NewAge Products are a great choice at a great price.

Great outdoor storage. We bought this freestanding cabinet set to complete an outdoor kitchen. It is perfect. The cabinets and drawers open and close wonderfully. The size of the storage is just what we needed.

Simply the Best Affordable Outdoor Cabinets. Having just moved into a new home, I re-bought these cabinets and rebuilt an outdoor set-up that I originally installed 3 years ago. The buyer of my old home was delighted to be left with a quality outdoor product. There are some comments about the grill cabinet not being able to keep out water. There is a simple solution to this as every grill is different... simply make custom closeout panels out of Hardie Board or DUROCK for the front piece under the drip pan of your grill and the back access panel... a cheap and easy solution. a bit of paint and your done and 99.9% waterproofed!

Looks nice, ok quality, bad kamado design. I bought this set as part of a 6 cabinet outdoor kitchen. The grey glass doors are the nicest looking and highest quality feature on these cabinets. Unfortunately, my set had quality issues. The handle for the trash bin pullout was defective, not installed properly and a replacement part was not available from customer support. The biggest issue I have the cabinets is the kamado unit, which is expensive and poorly designed. Buyers should be aware that because this cabinet is only 23" deep, it isn't suited well for large Kamados, such as a large Big Green Egg or Kamado Joe. These kamados require up to 31" of depth in order for the grill top to be opened. Because the cabinet is designed for the kamado to sit in the center of the cabinet (rather than toward the front), this makes it difficult for medium or small-sized Kamados to fit with their lid open, especially if the cabinets are place near or up against a wall. This issue could have been resolved with a smarter cut-out hole design. I'm now stuck trying to figure out how to jury rig the cabinet to fit a smaller size kamado than I'd prefer.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN 3 Piece Cabinet Set -- We love it. We purchased this set in early June 2020. I bought a grill separately, the Lion L75000 32-Inch Stainless Steel Built-In Propane Gas Grill fit well in the 33" grill cabinet.

Fantastic Outdoor Kitchen. These are a bit on the pricey side but so is the quality. It will transform the surroundings,make the place look like a million bucks. The finish is excellent and the added features like soft close, stainless and wine racks etc deliver the sophistication in discerning clientele. So it’s not just about looks, it functions top notch too. The stainless steel does scratch very easily as in drag a heavy plate and it scoffs. If your OCD is pretty bad, best to stay away. Otherwise the set nails it on form and function.

Great set overall-a long read but very detailed. Looks great and the price was right! It came packed extremely well, was delivered on a few pallets and the shipping company loaded it into my garage. It took longer to get it unpacked and remove all of the protective film than it did to set it up. If you opt to buy your own grill there will likely be a gap between the bottom of your grill and the shelf the New Age grill sits on. I only bought my own grill because the one that fits this set was out of stock until the end of July. It has a slide out shelf for the propane tank if you go that route. I installed a gas line and it was a bit tricky to retrofit my grill to fit but my awesome handyman made it work. The pre cut holes on the shelf for their grill differed from the one I had installed. They do supply you with spacers to help with fit if your grill isn’t the exact width. Another thing to note is that if the unit is going to be in direct sunlight the stainless steel top gets HOT! I suggest keeping it covered until you are ready to use it to keep it cool. The top also scratches easily and gets water spots that I’m finding difficult to remove. I may eventually add a piece of granite at a later date. The sink basin isn’t sloped enough for all of the water to go down the drain without assistance. I have to use a rag/sponge to move the remaining water to the drain which is a bit inconvenient. A faucet that has a sprayer function would solve that problem. There is a rack for knife storage built in behind the sink and a folding dish drainer included. The sink cabinet has a adjustable shelf which is great for storage. In addition to that it has punch out holes for the drain and faucets on the back and the bottom so that you have options for installation. I do love that the faucet folds down when not in use. I would suggest leaving it slightly up when it’s covered to keep rain from collecting in the void that’s created by water sitting on top. The built in dual trash cans and ice bin are handy additions in the bar cabinet. It would have been much better if the ice bin had double wall insulation to keep the ice from melting so quickly and keep the bin from sweating. I found that water pooled in the bottom of the cabinet beneath the bin as the ice melted. A drain plug would be useful to mitigate standing water under the ice bin. I’ll add a towel underneath until I can find a insulated bin that’s similar in size to put in its place. (Perhaps they will offer one in the future for purchase) The wine holder is nice but I doubt it will get much use simply because it’s not cold enough to use in the summer months. It is removable along with the adjustable shelf that’s very useful. I LOVE the removable bins for condiments in the drawer of the bar cabinet. Although it would have been SO much better if they were insulated. I wish they offered a cabinet that holds an outdoor fridge. The soft close drawers and cabinet doors are a nice touch and there is a magnet to keep them closed. There is a lip on the left door that I imagine is to keep moisture out. My only complaint about that is you have to open the right door before you can access the left door. It’s not as much of a big deal on the grill cabinet or the sink but it’s kind of inconvenient on the bar cabinet. I tend to use the trash bins quite often and have to open the door to the ice bin every time I need to throw anything away since the trash bins are on the left. They should consider making the doors on the bar cabinet open independently. The finish has a teak wood look but is actually a vinyl film. Only time will tell how it holds up over time. The cover that was included is heavy duty and I plan to keep it covered whenever it’s not being used to protect it. My grill is taller than the one that’s made for it so the cover for that part doesn’t quite fit. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and it will get lots of use. The price, ease of installation, quality and look are fantastic! It arrived quickly and they provided instructions and a video of what to expect prior to delivery. The bar cabinet was the heaviest of the three pieces but if you remove the accessories inside before moving it to the final location it’s a lot lighter. You can level the feet if your surface is uneven or even add casters (not included) if you choose. I like that it’s modular so you can add pieces at a later date if needed. The slight design quirks are the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Great Product! We have just put pieces today this week and are eager to use. We purchased two sets, one with the bar cabinet and double doors and one with the drawers and double doors. We are amazed at the amount of storage and how updated our patio is looking. Very excited to have this modern, updated additional to our outdoor area.

High Quality. I love these cabinets. They make the pool patio look beautiful. High quality and we had no trouble putting them together. Since the stainless tops were backordered I had granite put on the top. Well worth the cost. Old cabinets of wood paint chipped off. These aluminum cabinets should stay new for a long time.

Outdoor BBQ set. I bought this outdoor set after looking for months for a modular set that would hold a gas grill and Kamado grill.

Not so heavy duty. I guess I expected these to be heavy-duty, since they are outdoor cabinets. They are a lot flimsier than expected. We've had them about 2 months and already the sink is coming loose from the basin. Also, the attachment points for the countertop didn't match the cabinets (which seems like a perfectly reasonable thing to expect), so we had to make-do with only attaching them in two places. Thankfully, the countertop is pretty heavy. These are also difficult to lock up. We've been using a chain through the handles, but you can still open them enough to cause damage. It would be cool if there was an option to purchase built-in locks. Third, they made it pretty impossible to purchase any grill except their own. Even though it says you can use any grill from 28 1/4 inches to 33inches, you can really only do 28 1/4 OR 33, and nothing in between. Customer service also would not assist me in finding a more affordable grill option. It looks like there used to be a list of alternatives, but they claimed that was no longer valid (not sure why). So, plan to purchase their very expensive grill. To add insult to injury, they don't recognize Washington, DC as a "State/Province", so I had to select Other.

I bought these for my barn which I am turning into a pool house and I love them! I did a kitchen side and work space side and I was very impressed with the quality of the units. Customer service team was also amazing!
