Beware there is no warranted from Ecotrec. Your customer service is nonexistent. You need to replace my controller on my bike I purchased in May 2021

Password Bike Lock. I ordered a password lock and couldn’t get it to open. The code must gave changed before I got it delivered. I contacted The Ecotric team and they replaced it with a working lock for no charge. I’ve used it a few times Alan’s it’s a great lock. Ecotric is a great and fair company to work with. Thavks

Amazing & strong lock!. Very easy to set/reset combination lock. Heavy weight lock that does the job perfect

Combination Lock. Good lock, stores neatly, somewhat baffled by the included keys...please tell me where they go. Directions are limited

Too industrial. I think it’d be better if the metal was covered with some type of rubber or plastic to avoid scratching my bike

Good lock but it's marked up. The lock itself seems solid and secure, a little cheaply made, but I was able to find the exact same lock for $20 on Amazon which is extremely disappointing

The lock is somewhat short, it could be longer.
