Had to buy more! This is my second order of cabinets. They are awesome for more than one reason. Sturdy, looks great, and I don't have to put them together!

Garage upgrade. I bought this product on December and I received it on January a month later and all because of the Updike distribution center are a Joke to say the least. And unfortunately my package was damaged , I submitted a claim and Newage Product was really outstanding with their replacement Performance 2.0 DP Black XP - Locker and Project Center  and so fast with a different distributor. Also they made accommodation by adding Bold 3.0 / Perf 2.0 72in x 22.75in Backsplash Kit Backsplash Hook Kit - Small (12pc) This whole time this employee Meaghan was outstanding with their customers service Meaghan H| Customer Service Specialist t: 1.877.306.8930 w: www.newageproducts.com All and all this product its great and I truly recommend it to anyone who need to organize their garage. Couldn't be happier. Excellent company...Excellent customer service....I couldn't be happier with my cabinets...I took my time installing them by myself....took about 6 hours....and they are perfect in my opinion....I will be buying more in the future.....

10 pc Performance 2.0 Exceptional Customer Service. We purchased the 10 piece Performance 2.0 cabinets in black with a bamboo top back in May of 2019, from New Age, directly, so we could have them installed prior to my Sons Grad Party. Initial shipping was reasonably quick and most of the pieces arrived undamaged. Packaging looked fine with no obvious signs of damage. Upon unpacking, it was apparent that two of the tall cabinets and two of the roller cabinets had some minor to moderate damage. This is where it gets real interesting. I contact customer service, end up talking with a nice gentlemen named Justin....who apologizes several times about the damaged product, and assures me they'll take care of it. However, the individual Locker cabinets are back ordered, they only have 1 on hand. After considering my deadline for the big party, they went ahead and shipped a new locker, rolling base and wall cabinet. I'd have to wait until later in June or July for the other Locker. Justin was very pleasant, professional and worked very hard to take care of the problem, at no additional cost to me!!! Talk about customer service!! So, fast forward to the end of July, we haven't seen the last replacement locker yet, so I call and ask for Justin, he verifies my order and info, it appeared that the locker had been sitting in Minneapolis for the last month, apparently stuck on a dock. Again, Justin is pleasant, professional and exceeds my expectations again (helped me order extra shelves for locker, and gave me a super great deal on them for the hassle with locker)!!! WOW, just WOW!! They inquire with the shipper and get it expedited to my house. It arrived with no pallet under it and light damage to outside of the box. Started to unpack in the shop, and this thing was crushed bad, I mean real bad!! Call them up, speak with Justin's supervisor as he's gone fro the rest of the week, she personally get's a replacement coming and puts in order for extra packaging. It arrived within 7 days, in pristine condition. All in all, these really are a great value if you're looking into lockers for your shop, garage, home or?? I been using them since the 1st week in June, they look great , feel great and have held up well. They really didn't cost more than the bolt together style you'd get at Menards or Home Depot....especially if you're time is worth anything at all. I've had several compliments on the fit and finish of these. They fit the space well, and look like they'll hold up in the long run!! Highly recommend!! And as far as the Customer Service of the folks at NewAge, I'm telling you they set the bar and is what other companies should strive to be!!! Overall a great experience!! Thanks NewAge!

Good quality great looking. I researched different cabinets and found the New Age products site easy to use with great options to put together a complete package that I was looking for.

Overall I am happy with the product, although it came packaged very well I still had a small amount of damage, the stainless top had a slight bend creating a slight buckle I the top edge and the large 77" tall cabinet door doesnt close well

Quality cabinets. I recently purchased cabinets and am very impressed. You can’t beat the quality or the price. We had a minor defect in one of the doors but customer service was exceptional and had it replaced in just days. We constantly get compliments on how well the cabinets look in the garage. Very happy with the purchase.
