Great cabinets—- Poor service…. The product is great. Beyond expectations. They seem to sell you products they don’t have in stock. When you order it it’s in stock and 7 to ten days out to your house. I have ordered several times from them and both times after you order. Out of stock and 4 to six weeks before they ship!!! Why can they just be honest and tell you the correct time frame??? All in all I still would order and wait for these cabinets again.. Just be very patient..

Hi quality spacious 42" garage & laundry cabs. I purchased two of these 42" garage wall cabinets, in addition to the twelve NewAge 28" garage wall cabinets and one large garage storage locker purchased in December 2023 and delivered in January 2024. The 42" cabs are roomy. I had space for one in my garage and installed the other in my laundry alcove. The quality of these Pro series cabs is excellent and the delivery of both the earlier 28" cabs and the more recent 42" cabinets, although the latter having been delayed until March 2024 apparently due to supply chain issues, was without any hitches or "dings" in the cabinets. Worth the wait!

Damaged wall cabinet. Product arrived damaged. After waiting over 4 months for a wall cabinet the product was damaged. Very unsatisfied with the service I got from company.

Great cabinets with a few small issues. Cabinets are great! Packaging of the interior shelf could be better, in all but one of my cabinets it had bounced loose and scratched up the interior a little. Also the light valances are difficult to get to match seamlessly without gaps. Would be better if they had some sort of gap filler or clamping piece to join them together.

Great Cabinets & Great Service. We’re very happy with New Age cabinets. They arrived early, the driver was very helpful, and everything was in great condition. Cabinets are up and our garage looks great!

Pro 3.0 Wall Cabinet. Such nice cabinets with soft close doors. I bought 3 of these so i have plenty of space for cleaning items. Easy to install also. New Age customer service is great. Called me a few times to let me know about when to expect my items. Some were on backorder but it was worth the wait. 18g metal makes them nice and sturdy. Pricey but worth it.

The garage wall cabinet. It’s a real nice piece but When I got it the whole thing was shifted causing the left door not to close on its own like the right door it looks like it wasn’t a perfect square and that’s what caused this issue . I guess I just have to deal with it because I am not paying for shipping it back for a new one and I waited months for this item .

Do not order directly from this company as they only use carriers that deliver on the road curbside. If you have a long driveway as I do which is 600 feet they were not willing to bring it down to my house. As I work 12 hour days I wasn’t willing to have $5000 worth of garage storage equipment sitting down by the road for me to deal with when I get home at 9 o’clock at night. However, I do have a big turn around down by my house for a big box truck but obviously not for a tractor trailer to turn around in. I went round and round with New Age and two carriers that were supposed to bring my order to get a box truck and they were not willing to so I ended up canceling my whole order. they mentioned to me that I should’ve paid a lot more for white glove service. I do not need white glove service I just needed them to deliver my order to my house. It’s unfortunate because I probably would’ve ordered many other things from them.

Best Design. We bought this item along with many other Pro series cabinets for our garage, the neighbors call our garage the club house! Not only does it look great, it has great functionality and is extremely durable. We used this as our kitchen during a remodel and it's now back to housing our cars etc. These cabinets can work in any environment they are so versatile. We love them!!!

Decent Value for the money. I bought Saber cabinets for most of my shop. The size didnt work so we used NewAge for one area. If I hadn't had my hands on Saber I would have given the NewAge 5 starts - but the Saber quality and design are much better for not that much more money. Overall the NewAge are a decent product at a good price and are a nice cabinet.

Solid, easy install. Got this wall cabinet with a larger order of lockers and I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The wall cabinets don’t have as much self closing power as the floor lockers, but that’s the only negative I have found. Excellent quality build and good value. I installed myself.

Great Quality & Extra Space. I worked with the NewAge team to design a layout for my garage. They were extremely helpful and also responsive when we made a few changes due to space considerations when we added a refrigerator. We received three large pallets a few weeks later. These Pro Series cabinets were packed well and immediately re-enforced my confidence in buying from NewAge. The installation instructions were easy to follow. The 42" wall cabinet provided the extra space we were seeking for a few larger items and fit perfectly on a side wall. Exactly what we needed to complement the rest of the design. I love the sink and the easy close doors and drawers. I am very pleased with the quality of these cabinets. They look great and feel great. My neighbors are jealous.

Excellent. I have a whole set of cabinets, work tables and wall cabinets. I am completely satisfied with all of them and would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible Service. Where do I start... I ordered some NewAge Pro garage cabinets. First, my order took over a month to ship as some items were out of stock without the website indicating this. I finally received a phone call from a nice mine a few weeks later explaining the situation. He indicated they would ship part of my order first and I would need to wait for the rest of my order later (it's been 10 weeks). When I finally received the shipment, this is when more issues arose. First, the pallet was dropped off in my driveway with two more pallets on top of it, completely shrink wrapped. There were three visible boxes on the pallet, two large boxes with my NewAge tall cabinets and a small box of parts. Upon removing the shrink wrap, I heard a thud as the worktop fell onto my car, denting the fender. There was no warning label or paperwork indicating there was a worktop located in this position or to take caution. It was also not strapped like the other boxes were. There was no paperwork indicating how many boxes were on this pallet. In addition, one of the cabinets came in with a perfectly fine box but inside I found the cabinet doors were crushed in. Another cabinet had the hinges drilled in the wrong position which I had to address. It's been taking 4 weeks of back and forth just to get this resolved. I'm told a new cabinet is being sent but nothing will be done about my car and I'm still left with an incomplete set because Garage Giant can no longer get one of the cabinets. Horrible experience as NewAge and Garage Giant continue to go back and forth with no solution. I should have bought from somewhere else.

Worth the wait... Worth the wait. Almost 3 months of waiting to ship, had proven well worth it. Tough and sleek looking Pro Series garage cabinets from NewAge. Deliver a grand appeal while maintaining total garage agility. My selection included the new 42" series cabinets, that come with pullout ball bearings drawers in shining platinum. Thank you NewAge !

Good solid cabinets. Lost my workshop to a fire. During the rebuild, we decide to install manufactured steel cabinets opposed to the wooden wall cabinets in the old shop. Did a lot of research prior to purchase. New Age Pro Series won the debate. Easy to install. Everything was packaged properly and complete. One negative...the door handle trim have some extremely sharp edges on them. I am using emery cloth to sand off those edges. Cut my hand one one during installation. Overall, this is a great, sturdy, reasonably priced steel cabinet
