NewAge Pro 3.0 Grey Utility Cart

Great Cart, Excellent Customer Service. I originally left a 2-star review because my Pro Series 24" Mobile Utility Cart arrived appearing to have been previously opened. Most of the protective film had already been removed from the stainless steel trim, much of the Styrofoam packaging was broken, and the back panel had a slight bend. After posting my review, NewAge reached out and took my concerns seriously. They investigated the issue with both their warehouse and carrier teams, maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and ultimately provided a goodwill credit even though I wasn't asking for compensation. Their customer service was professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in improving their processes. This wasn't my first experience with NewAge. My original Pro Series cabinet set included a damaged cabinet, but they promptly replaced it. Despite those issues, I can honestly say the products themselves are outstanding. My garage is now fully outfitted with the Pro Series cabinets, and the quality, fit, and finish are excellent. While I still believe NewAge has opportunities to improve its quality control and inspection process, I also believe it's important to recognize a company when it stands behind its products and treats customers fairly. Because of that, I'm updating my review to reflect the overall experience (I was not asked to, I'm doing out of fairness). If NewAge can make their quality control as good as their customer service, they'll have an exceptional product line.

Not worth $300 at all. Poor quality. I purchased a bunch of products to finally set my garage up so no product purchased was used. After putting the utility cart together, I moved and locked/unlocked the caster wheels 3 times at most and the step lock broke when unlocking. Very concerning for a $300 product. I'm afraid of the quality and longevity of the other products purchased.

Utility Cart and Cabinets. Top notch! The cart and all the cabinets were delivered in perfect shape and went together flawlessly. Highly recommend them- you get what you pay for.

Buyer Beware. Pro Series and Bold Series are not compatible and you will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% for an item you are unable to use. Also, items say fully assembled but you have to assemble it all.

I like this little kart. It came as a bonus. Cool little kart, I did not think I needed it but it does come in handy

Nice little cart. Nice utitily cart once assembled. I am a very hand guy, but the instructions on this were so poorly drawn, I had to uninstall and reinstall a few things (back) twice.

Sturdy and Simple. Bought this to hold my vintage combi saw. It's perfect. Sturdy, substantial, and the perfect height. I love the bins that attach to the shelves and the casters are solid and smooth.

Very solid build. I bought this to add to my already fitted out garage with other New Age product, absolutely first class, well built, solid, garage cabinets. Highly recommended

Handy mobile cart. This little cart is very useful. I love that it matches the NewAge wall cabinets but I can roll it to my project. I also love how the little parts bins work with the bins in one of my wall cabinets - I grab what I need from inventory, hang them on the rolling cart, and off I go. This cart is very sturdy and high quality, like all the Newage cabinets!

Useful Cabinet. I have had this utility cart for a few weeks now and find it very useful. I really like the easy access and the fact that it is easy to move from room to room. The only slight negative is the rubber mats for the shelves. They have a very strong odor that does not dissipate with washing.

Smooth roller ! Although I haven’t really had to use this rolling tool cart to work on either my truck or boat, I’m very impressed as to its rolling ability. Great wheels allow it to traverse over concrete and rugs without dragging or bunching the rugs. Very sturdy, great rubber on top and on shelves. As for the assembly process, I was a bit challenged with aligning the holes for the bolts and nuts. I understand that tight specifications result in a sturdy structure but I found the assembly somewhat difficult. Great finish on all parts.

A must have!! First I would like to start by saying I’m not one to write reviews but this product went up and beyond my expectations. Before ordering, to be honest I was concerned about getting these items delivered and them not be dented up. Big shoutout to newage and there packaging, I bought 7 pieces and not one was dented or scratched. Now to this cart, it was super easy to assemble all hardware was shipped and they even gave extras just Incase you lost one. The cart is extremely durable and stable and as I said before has completely out done my expectations. I highly recommend this item along with anything else in their pro series.
