NewAge Pro Tool Tray Set (SST, SPT)

Gret Tools. Great Quality, Good Selection. I needed a new set of garage tools and these fit the bill.

No way to purchase singe item replacement. These tools are supposedly covered by a limited lifetime warranty, but it does not compare to other brand warranties. After a couple of years of use in standard DIY home use, the tip on the ph2x100mm screwdriver has broken off, but that is not covered by the limited lifetime warranty (note that there is actually no warranty details posted on the sale site other than that a warranty of some kind exists). Fine, I can see that as a wear and tear item. However, there is no way to replace that specific broken screwdriver without purchasing an entire new set - or purchasing a random replacement screwdriver from a different retailer that will not fit the specific custom foam tray. This completely defeats the purpose of having the custom tools and foam trays that specifically fit the pro series cabinets. These are not pro series tools nor company in general given this lack of basic customer service. As a result, i would not recommend these tools. You're better off purchasing a more recognizable brand where individual tools can be replaced as needed when broken or lost.

okay for the money. I wanted to supplement my other [metric] tools with some SAE. The organization and convenience is pretty good but not as nice as more expensive options for foam inserted tool sets. the finish on these is pretty rough to say the least but its a good option for the cost and priced appropriately when on sale. I chose "Fair" because I think that is an honest review for the quality of these tools in addition to the warranty being sub par in comparison to many other brands that will replace a tool that gets damaged from use and not just a factory defect.

good quality. great product, love how it stays organized with the insert.

Excellent arrangement of tools. Tools are solid and arrangement and labeling is great. A few additional tools which will definitely be used.

Great quality. I had purchased the NewAge Pro Series 12 piece cabinet set and the quality of the cabinets is top notch. Knowing that I purchased the socket set to complete my tool project. The quality of this socket set is amazing so I am very happy with all NewAge products

Well worth it! I shopped around a lot before I honed in on NewAge. I took a bit of a risk not having seen any of their tools and cabinets before, but they are top notch. I can't tell you how many compliments I get from anyone coming in to check out my garage and everything is perfectly organized thanks to this tray

Great product that is very useful. Tools are useful, fully organized and easy to find. Makes it much more enjoyable and less stressful to work in the shop with such organized tool drawers. Looks great! Proud to show off the shop.

highest quality. recently received the tools, highest quality tools I've brought in a long time, thank you

Socket Set arrived and appears to be used. Most of the sockets, extensions and the ratchets are tarnished and scratched. Appears used. It was shipped in it's own box and not in an additional protective box with wrappings. Still polishing the tarnish off each piece after a few weeks. The set is made well and fits perfect in the drawer. Very pricey for a used set. I must have received a set someone else had purchased, tried it out and returned it. I did not notify Newage assuming they wouldn't do anything about it. I hope I'm wrong.
