Very pleased with function and looks. Works as advertised.

Customer Service is a Joke. Parts for the jets came broken and I am having to jump through hoops for the warranty. It is ridiculous. If I would have known this was going to be a nightmare, I wouldn’t have gotten the additional upgrades. My husband is a disabled total and permanent combat veteran. We were doing this to help his back that he got shot in while in Afghanistan. He has had 3 VA appointments this week because of the stress and extra back pain he is is enduring because our whole remodeling project is delayed.

Nice Tub for Disabilities. I'm glad I bought this for my disability needs. I can still use our walk-in shower, but when I want to soak this is the best thing. Yes, you do need to sit in it to fill it up and drain it when you're done. But, you won't fall getting out when you're wet. I do wish I didn't have to hold the dial to keep the tub draining. That is a needed design improvement. Clarification on two things that confused us: 1. The access panels are held by magnets. They will hold on to the darned access panels until you pull hard enough - it feels like panels will break, but they don't. 2. The aromatherapy option makes it seem like you can diffuse essential oils. That's not exactly right, and aromatherapy beads aren't the best option. When you turn on the air, the vessel with a filter it gets air blown through it. No water will enter to dissolve anything. I now add any salts I want to use in my bath directly to the water. I could add essential oils there, but then I'd have to clean them out. I'm more likely to add a scent that is water-based for easy cleaning purposes.

I have a small bathroom, but the tube was able to fit. I really enjoying the safety aspect of the tube and don't have to worry about pulling myself out of the old standard tub. The jets are wonderful to have also when I want a little extra. Great value for the price.

Just what I needed!. I bought this tub a month ago and I feel so comforted when I use it. Im 59 yo and recently had a car accident which cracked 3 lumber vertebrae with a bulging disc. This tub with the jets, aromatherapy, aromatherapy, and pillow give me a relaxed mind & body at the end of my day. Love it 😍

Nothing but the best FULLY LOADED. Perfect for my mom that is in a wheelchair I might even give it a try.

Best tub ever. This tub is great, much cheaper than the advertised ones you see on tv. Installed it in a couple of days, had to remove the door to bathroom to get it in, but well worth it.

Great features. Love the lights, and the fan.. Gifted to me a month ago, after the first 3 times using it the blower stopped working. Since I didn't have the original paperwork, I have to get it fixed myself. But it is still great, I just use the fan and the heater. I wish the headrest was taller, for taller people.

Relaxation!!. We bought this almost a year ago for our new home and we have finally moved in and are so excited to use it! Due to a heart condition my husband can't use a hot tub but as a retired member of the CAF he loves the body relaxation and comfort this tub provides
