Exceptionally good-looking, these stools are sturdy and very comfortable. We also have a table with chairs but find that we now eat the majority of our meals at the island because these stools work so well there. They don’t seem to discolour even though they are white in colour.

We bought the Aubrey Stool in microfiber leather.The stools are beautiful, solidly built with a great design and we are very happy with our purchase. The only reason that I did not give it a 5 stars is because we did not have a choice of real leather as upholstery material. Although Roves says the microfiber leather is very resistant, it rates in Roves' tests the same as PU leather. I have had PU leather before and it is not resistant at all, breaking off and pealing after 3 years. Hopefully the microfiber is more resistant - but it is a great unknown at this point. The lack of options for a very durable material like leather is the reason I only gave it 4 stars. I want them to last forever!

We love these stools! We bought three for around our kitchen island. They're beautiful to look at and superbly built. I can't recommend them enough.

very nice stool. Some problems with the delivery. I ordered 4 and still missing 1.They are working on it.There was a plastic protecteur missing under one of the leg. I went out and bought one.But overall the quality is excellent.

Very comfortable. Shipping boxes were in good shape. However 1 stool is missing the plastic felt under one of the legs (i checked the shopping box twice already). And another stool leg was scratched when opening the box. I am disappointed with this. If you could provide the missing felt and touch up kit it would be useful.

Fanastic! I love the clean lines without any crossbar on the side. Very substantial and comfortable. Wonderful padding. Looks very cool and modern in my kitchen. Walnut stain looks exactly like my natural walnut island. I chose the grey PU leather and am happy with the warm, mid tone. I wanted real leather, but as that was not an option, I am happy with this synthetic. It feels very nice.

I previously purchased 5 of these counter stools for my basement bar. We had plenty of extra room and always a need for more seating so I came back to order 1 more after putting it off for a while. One of the original stools I purchased got a chip in the foot rest within the first 2 times they were used so be aware that hard shoes will quickly do damage. The seats themselves are also not large if you have larger guests. They look beautiful though and aesthetically were a great choice. The only other item to note is that Rove is now adding labels to their pieces. My original chairs didn't have them but the most recent purchase has a metal tag on the back. I must not be the only one to raise the issue because Rove quickly responded with instructions on how to remove it. Customer Service stated these were added due to counterfeiting issues. I appreciate the why but the inspiration photos don't show the labels.

I've looked far and wide for bar stools that I like. I saw these in someone else's home and had to have them! They are not only beautiful, but the fabric they use is amazing - it seems like a high quality leather. These are beautifully crafted and I know they will stand the test of time. I'm new to Rove but I paid to become a member because I plan to make many more purchases from them!

Nice looking stool. Very sturdy. The two things preventing me from giving it 5 stars are the footrest (high with sharp corners) and the upholstery (leather was not an option). The footrest is a little high and has sharp corners. In sock feet, the sharp edge is uncomfortable on the middle of my feet and it's difficult for me to get my feet far enough up and back to get the balls of my feet on top of the footrest. I wish leather upholstery was an option. I got the microfiber faux-leather which might be great, but I don't know how well it's going to hold up compared to real leather.

We love the look of these stools. They are very sturdy, but the construction has a few details lacking (for example, fabric covering leather on the bottom was not consistent across our 4 stools). Also, the design allows for a lot of crumbs between the seat back and seat.

The bar stools are well constructed, a good weight (not too heavy or light), similar in appearance to their photos online, and I find them to be comfortable to sit in despite being minimalist in style. However, the material doesn’t seem to be as impervious as I was led to believe regarding the “vegan leather made for pets” as it’s already been stained by pink icing from a simple grocery store cookie. I suggest wiping them off immediately after use. Also the Walnut stain is significantly darker in person compared to the photos on the website. I’m hoping they lighten up over time.

We have a mountain home and the chairs flow with existing wood; a comment was made about size and these are for fit humans who are normal size and weight. We searched locally and did not see anything close to the products we have found at Rove. We recently purchased the Aubrey Counter Stools after looking for approximately a year locally. We love the support, comfort and modern look of the chair. We got 5 in total. It's also easy to clean. The only thing is that the Monaco Cream color is surprisingly a yellow tone and exchanges were not possible. Only returns for a very high price.

We love these stools, we have a very industrial space and wanted something to help soften it and these worked beautifully. The walnut is a lovely neutral colour, we ordered them with the chiffon suede and they have a nice off white seat (not yellow at all but they do reflect the artificial light on the sheen). Reasonably comfortable, and the backs are so elegant. Its a beautiful chair.

Aubrey bar stool has a modern casual look which is what I was going for. The color which I picked a grey tone blends extremely well with my neutral decor. I love the warm walnut with the cool grey against my espresso and quartz island. Your eye roams over it well. I bought online and the chairs were packaged so they would not get damaged. I love that I was able to just remove from the packing and put them in place without attaching any parts. One thing to be aware of is that the seat isn’t very deep. I’m six feet and felt it could have been a couple inches deeper for added comfort. That said I love them and have no plans to send them back. For me they are not used as much as our dining chairs. I have an open concept room but where I was considering matching the dining chairs I won’t until I can try them or study the measurements. Note that my husband fits well on the seat so take my input as something to consider and measure before selecting this style. Please excuse the mess and the cat in my photo. We’re still moving in and well… you cat owners know they have a mind of their own.

The seat length is slightly shorter than I expected (and also shorter than the shorter side chairs), but nonethelss they're amazing quality :D

After our kitchen remodel we were having a hard time finding white leather counter stools. Found the Aubrey stools at Rove and we absolutely love them. They are made of high quality materials. The vegan leather is easy to clean…just wipe it down and spots come right off. Had to put and extra pad on the bottom of one of the legs to even it out but the other 3 stools were perfect. They’re very comfortable with the back giving good support. We are very happy with our purchase!

We love our new counter stools. they are super sturdy and really beautiful. These were the first pieces of furniture in our new home, and they are perfect. highly recommend and cant wait to show them off!

The stools are beautifully made and of excellent quality. As mentioned in another review we did notice a slight feeling of slipping forward when seated. We offset this by extra felt furniture pads on the front two legs.

In an era where it can take 6-8 months to receive furniture that you've ordered... Rove shipped these to us within 2 weeks and they are exactly as they looked online! The white leather/fabric cleans easily and the seats are comfortable! They do position you a bit forward, as another reviewer had mentioned, but with the foot holder on the bottom it's not noticeable. So far so good!

Love the warmth and shape of the legs, these counter stools make an attractive transition between the cool cream/grey of my Caesarstone “marble” waterfall countertops and the wood plank flooring. The back is supportive and cushioning is comfortable. The seat length is a little short, so perhaps not as good for people with long legs! Very happy with the product and delivery.

These stools are exactly what I have been looking for to add a modern look to my kitchen. Best of all they were in stock and shipped very quickly. Unfortunately when I received them, I found a small cut in one of the leather seats. But Rove’s customer service took care of it immediately. I received a response to my claim within 3 hours and to top it off I received my replacement stool within 3 days. That is customer service! Plus I don’t have to return the damaged stool. I love my Aubrey counter stools! I first got the Aubrey dining chairs in the Trento Taupe and Walnut and I love them so much that I got the counter stools to match. The quality is excellent and I love the style. I have gotten lots of compliments whenever we have people over!

Firstly I like the look and the style of this chair. It is also very comfortable.I just wish your website and customer service was more user friendly. The website is super slow and takes a while to get to where I would like to go. Also getting to talk to a person for customer service is nearly impossible and getting the furniture took 6 months to get to my house. Your delivery system could use some work. I couldn't track my furniture and also their customer service is lacking.

They’re perfect

This may be a higher price point for a stool, but the quality and service was excellent. The colours where exactly what we were expecting and the seat is comfortable and easy to clean. I would definitely recommend Rove Concepts to anyone who is on the hunt for high quality furniture pieces.

Solid, sturdy and well made. Easy to sit in. The seat is slightly curved on the sides, making it easy to sit in. The back is low enough to look good as a counter height stool, but high enough to provide support. There is a footrest in the front (and back) that is comfortable to use.

Matches perfectly and the design is elegant - Although terrible customer service: One of the stools had a stain on the seat right out of the box that I couldn't remove - tried to get it replaced (just wanted a new stool that I paid for!) Asked for a replacement and just got a small blemish discount. Sad about that but very happy with the stools.

The chairs are really sturdy and comfortable, which were our main priorities. The fabric feels durable, and wipes clean easily. The stitching is high quality and I am not concerned about ripping with use. It feels like I am sitting at a bar counter in an expensive restaurant - love!

The fabric and counterstools are great

As I am a decorator I am quite familiar with this product. I have ordered it for clients several times but always in the walnut finish. I just love it in the black for my space specifically. The design is sleek and modern. The detail on the back of the chair makes it ideal for a place to pull out the chair without compromising the leather from soiled hand marks. It’s padded enough to make it very comfortable to sit for longer periods of time while eating or socializing around the island. The leather is soft and warm to the touch. This chair is very sturdy for both my husband and and I. We often find it difficult for both of us to feel comfortable in the same seating because of our height difference. I can honestly say this hasn’t been an issue. I was excited to use these chairs in my space and they have exceeded my expectations. I would decently keep recommending this product and I love that it is customizable for specific design spaces. The only reason I gave it a star rating of 4 is that there is a deep crevice on the seat that crumbs find there way into. I am aware so I just ensure it’s cleaned out on a regular basis. Other than that the leather is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. They look as new as the day I got them. I love ❤️ these counter stools.

They took a few weeks to deliver but pandemic times call for patience. These stools were definitely worth the short wait. They are incredibly elegant yet so comfortable, contemporary but timeless. Each stool came in it’s own box, no assembly required, which was quite the relief. Thank you Rove!

Initial impression was very good. The stools came fully assembled and well packaged to protect them against damage while in transit. The only negative thing I have to say is they used silicone floor protection on the legs which do not slide at all on the flooring. I removed them and installed felt pads. I also noticed that the end of the legs which sit on the floor are not machined parallel to the floor. Instead of silicone you might look at using UHMW polyethylene as it slides very well and is non-marking.

Absolutely love!! These stools are even nicer than pictured. The quality of the wood and the fabric is phenomenal. I suggest ordering swatch samples because they are very close in color. I was able to choose the perfect one. Lastly, they are super comfortable.

I went with the trento caramel leather and it is super soft. The seat also has a ton of cushioning so its not just a hard surface with leather on top. the chair looks stunning.

I ordered swatches for both the material of the seat and wood leg, I loved some colors but they don't really have them (then why gave me the swatches...) so I'm rating it only 4 stars. The stools I have are Monaco cream with natural wood color. They turned out to be very comfortable. Besides they look so elegant and pretty in the living room. Also came in packed very well, I didn't find any quality issues or scratches. I was a bit nervous for ordering them without seeing displays in the store, but I'm pretty satisfied with the products. If you like counter stools with wood legs (instead of those tiny metal legs) and a bit picky about the look besides the function of the furniture, (and that's probably why you are here browsing Rove Concepts), you would not be disappointed.

The stools look better in our space than we could have imagined. An added bonus was that they were preassembled in the box.

The counter stools are beautiful and just what I was expecting. Unfortunately, one of them came with a tear in the leather. While Rove has been very accommodating regarding replacement, it will take 14-20 weeks before I'm able to receive the replacement item.

These chairs are classy, contemporary and beautiful all rolled up in one!! We have 5 boys, that love to play in the dirt and Georgia RED mud…and don’t always get cleaned up well before coming in. Build is good.

Custom ordered 2 stools in walnut with microfiber eggshell leather. They arrived undamaged and easy to unpack. They look amazing at my counter height white quartz peninsula. Comfort-wise, they are good, but wish they were just a bit deeper. Overall very pleased.

I love the overall styling and wood stain of the stool, which we purchased for a remodeled kitchen. However, the light gray was more beige in tone so did not match the gray hue in the room. I returned the product in exchange for the darker slate gray. The Monaco Slate stools were a much better match.

We like the seat, very comfortable, they look great at our counter. Not sure if the wood is veneer but when my husband placed his foot on the back lower crosspiece, a chip came out! That was disappointing.

The chairs are beautiful and perfect for my island table. Well made! I ordered 5 of the Monaco cream color but they made a mistake and set 4 Monaco cream and 1 Monaco grey. Hopefully they will make it right asap so we can truly enjoy them.

We ordered these stools online and loved the design aesthetic. They appear to be very well made, however, we found the scale of the stools to be smaller than what we had envisioned. The depth of the seat is relatively shallow and does not provide much support under the legs for taller people. We were torn about whether or not to return them because we LOVE the look and design. If they were scaled slightly larger, we would have kept them for sure. Design and quality is a 5, but scale is a 3. Split the difference and gave it a 4.

I’m anticipating liking these stools. Sadly I have not received them yet. The carrier has been very difficult to deal with. The stools arrived in NJ two and a half weeks ago. They have informed me that they don’t have a truck coming to this area until the last week on November. It’s not like I live in the most northern part of Maine. I would certainly reconsider your carrier.

We love the style and quality of the chairs but unfortunately the Monaco Grey color has blue undertones and does not go well in our warm color palate. We have returned the chairs and have ordered swatches of the other available colors to see if any of them will work in our space

Perfect height. Smaller seat than the Aubrey side chair allows for great placement at the kitchen island. Soft and supportive leather. Sturdy legs keep the chair upright and grounded. Three at the counter make for a perfect contrast to the dark kitchen island.

I love this kitchen stool, it's modern and has a classy look. The downsides are shipments take a very long time to receive, cannot get thru to customer service with questions, and you don't receive any replies on-line either. So, they really need to improve their customer service if they want to be successful, it must go hand-in-hand. The other concern is there is no free shipping or free return shipping, or any discounts on their furniture. It's a very long waiting game, but if you're not in a hurry for the furniture, you'll eventually get it.

Love the stool. Very well made and comfortable. I went with the Vegan leather but you would never know it’s not regular leather. The Walnut wood legs are a little darker than I wanted but you can still see some nice woodgrain finish in them. But the contrast of the white vegan leather with the walnut legs is stunning. These stools are perfect for our kitchen island. The colour is as perfect a match as we could ask for without going completely custom. They are solid, but not extremely heavy - the kids can move them out just fine. The size is great, small enough to fit under the counter and be out of the way, but still big enough to be comfortable to sit in for extended periods. Even our dog approves!

Very confortable and good sitting position. I can sit in the Stool for 2 - 3 hours without having back pain.

Super nice! Perfect for our island. They came pre-assembled so very easy to get out of the box and just use.

Seems solidly constructed and leather seems of a good quality. The chairs did arrive rather dusty though, so needed a good wipe down. Also the plastic feet on the bottom of the legs were of a cheap quality and did not allow the chairs to slide at all on my floor so I had to replace with felt pads and that made all the difference!

The quality is top notch. The leather is beautiful. Delivery was perfect and they came assembled. Well worth the money.

Extremely versatile style wise and very comfortable!

Looks good in photos but or order took so long that we ended up canceling it. They appear to have great products but their logistics and shipping is not so great. We also ordered a table but so far they have canceled two deliveries and are not able to schedule a new delivery as the table appears to be somewhere in transit

The stools are very beautiful and comfortable. Charging for delivery at a time when most companies are not charging for delivery is not necessary, considering the price of the stools.

I ordered one to verify the quality before ordering 2 more. The leather is gorgeous. I added a good oil to the wood once I knew I am keeping it. Quality is good. it is sturdy, yet light, The seat is is not deep, but cushy, as my space is small. For me, I require a small scale but sturdy, and this fills both requirements. Love love this chair

I call this my ‘sexy back’ stools. The entire stool is well designed but the back is stunning. It adds visual contrast against white cabinets. The cream white vegan leather looks nice with quartz counter and white cabs. Excellent quality, solid craftsmanship.

Comfortable to sit in and good to look at.

These stools were the perfect height for my counter and looked great with my Aubrey side chairs! The wood legs are sturdy and rich in color - I got the cream color and it was a bit more yellow than I anticipated but it looked great!
