Good design, solid structure. Very easy assembly. Needed a counter stool that had a narrow base. Also really like the bent wood style. Wood is quitr soft so will scratch and dent without care.

There is some risk to purchase an item of seating without actually having tried it out, but the stool exceeded my hope for comfort and ease to get in and out of the stool. I find the workmanship and materials and the overall stool to be of excellent quality and am very happy with this purchase.

This stool is gorgeous. It is very sculptural in its design and is the perfect height for a kitchen-counter eating area. The metal supports are at just the right spot for resting one's feet. And the seat is designed to comfortably cradle the sitter. I purchased two of theses stools for my soon-to-be renovated kitchen. I think they will be a beautiful complement to my kitchen's new look.

Really contemporary style that suit our kitchen island. We love them!There's a small splinter my wife found at the leg of one chair, but it's not a big deal. Otherwise they are excellent quality.

The chair is beautifully crafted and a perfect complement to our remodeled kitchen. It's a sleek look but not overly modern due to the curves.We had some issues with the condition one of the Charis arrived in but Rove is working to help resolve.

We are simply delighted with nour new Norman Counter chairs.,They arrived intact, well packed on time with no damage -exactly as we ordered them. They are beautifully designed, solid structure, comfortable and blend beautifully our newly designed kitchen., (see enclosed phoio.This is despite the fact that one of the chairs has am slight flaw in the finishing lacquer spray .This is only testimony to the poor quality control of the manufacturer not Rove Cioncepts...However our only comment is for the delivery company.mThey placed professionalism and were simply short of being arrogant and rude. They were not willing tomatest forth damaged boxes ( which ultimately had no impact on the chairs) and refused to dispose of the packing materials more0ver did not leave us any documentation for the delivery of nthe chairs.This fact gives us pause and consider whether to order more furniture if nthe bsame staff/company will deliver nt. will deliver it.

We loved them so much we ordered extras to have on hand when our entire family is in town, so we can all sit around the island. Beautiful wood look, comfortable, feel sturdy. I like the colour. For the price I think the quality seems really good. Only small critique is two of them feel a bit rough while the others are perfectly smooth and I can’t tell if that’s supposed to be that way.

I ordered 4 Norman Counter Stools on November 10th and they were delivered November 26th. No assembly required and they look great.

Couldn't be happier with our new Counter stools! Against my better judgment I ordered chairs ONLINE without sitting on them! I just loved the look of them and they look even smarter in person. They are sleek and beautiful and incredibly comfortable to sit on. I get so many compliments. I chose the walnut finish as I just liked it better and with the light and darker woods it matches my new kitchen perfectly (mainly white with hickory island and dark hardwood floors) I did place some felt on the bottom just to ensure no scratching. The only difficult part was the WAITING. It took a full 2 weeks for delivery- a bit painful when I paid $200 for delivery. They were delivered in separate large boxes and were perfect. I would consider ordering more from this company if they removed the prohibitive shipping fees.

The Walnut veneer is a bit lighter than expected but overall the stools look light , modern and blend well with my modern kitchen. Seating comfort could be improved with a round padded cushion.There was a complete mix up with the order as two dining chairs not stools in different veneers arrived. Rove concepts corrected their mistakes promptly with proper ones within one week , however I had to make an extra trip to their warehouse . Would have been nice if they offered delivery for their error in the shipping department.Hugh T

We received the Norman counter stools. First off they were packed with a lot of care. The craftsmanship is incredible on these chairs and we love them. They are also very comfortable to adults and kids.

We love the design of these stools and gotten so many compliments. The colors make it really easy to coordinate other pieces with. There are some variations in the darkness but that's expected with natural wood. Also, very comfortable.

quality of the product is very good, you can tell its well made. it is just as seen on the picture. however the logistic company is bit hard to deal with. i had to contact them multiple times in order to get the items delivered. Overall still would recommend the product.
