The bed is greatly designed, although colors might be not what it looks on website, or maybe my vision sees it different. I would suggest first ask for actual sample before you buy to make sure color is what you want.

Very impressed with the quality of the wood and hardware used. The shipment came in 3 boxes (Bed slat, side panels, & back-board). Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. The legs for the base are made out of quality steel and are adjustable so that the bed frame sits flush with the ground. In total, there are 7 legs that make contact with the ground, which makes this bed solid. This is my first time purchasing from Rove Concepts, and will not be my last purchase. I look forward on continuing to complete my apartment furniture setup with all of Rove Concepts products.

The bed is a very good product for the price. The velvet is beautiful however could have been just a touch higher quality fabric. It does not feel luxury, very nice but it is not luxury! I have purchased from Rove in the past online, this time went to the Miami Showroom to finalize my purchase and was very happy with the service. The staff was kind, informative and overall was an excellent experience. Will definitely purchase from Rove in the future!

The Ophelia bed is exactly what I wanted - modern, minimal, and easy to assemble. The entire process took 30 minutes which exceeded my expectations. The quality of this bed is great, the only downside is one part of the bed came slightly stained - which is something to consider.

I Ophelia Bed is beautiful. I am happy with our purchase. I will say that delivery took several weeks longer than expected, despite the courier that delivered the bed being fantastic. It did take me an extra hour to assemble because of poor quality control. (See video) Support holes in the center leg did not align with the frame, as a result I had to hone / enlarge the bolt holes by ¼.

Delivery was smooth, assembly is very straightforward, and the bed is great. I echo what others have said about a pillowtop type mattress sitting a bit higher than anticipated, which impacts the look of the headboard portion a bit. Otherwise, great bed.

LOVE our new king Ophelia bed. It was easy to put together and looks just as good in person as online. Deducting one star, not for the product, but because of the delivery service. The contracted carrier only delivers to our area on one day of the week twice a month. Because we were on vacation the first available date, our June 22nd order did not get delivered until August 9th. For the amount we paid for delivery we had hoped for a better delivery option.

This is an amazing bed and worth every penny. Our mattress fits snuggly within the frame therefore doesn’t move. I also love the back resting headboard. It is made very sturdy and is easy to assemble. The delivery went smoothly and was on time, as they estimated.

I hesitated to spend so much on a bed frame I'd never seen, but I couldn't be happier. My partner and I agree that this bed is comfy and worth it. We have a Casper mattress, and the bed frame-mattress combo has been great. The frame is solid and provides good support so far. The linen is soft to the touch and feels expensive. We haven't experienced any creaking yet, but we'll see how it holds up in the next year. Plus, the frame was ordered and delivered in less than a week (LA-OC area), which was amazing! I was deciding between this and another slightly cheaper frame that would have taken 10+ weeks to be delivered, and I am so glad we went with this choice. I would spring for the White Glove delivery upgrade for the packaging disposal convenience alone (it's a lot of packaging to get rid of yourself). My husband put it together in about an hour, and it wasn't too difficult but def not 15-min. He did mention the screws could get overthreaded, but hopefully it won't be a problem in the future if we have to reassemble.

I LOVE this bed! Its beaufiful, soft, feminine & is not as low as it seemed online (a good thing). It was easy to put together (with the help of a friend) and so far, seems pretty sturdy. You can tell its quality construction.However, for what shipping costs, I do feel like White Glove Service (assembly) should've been provided, but again, with 2 people, it didn't take long.My only complaint is that the back of the headboard arrived with a dent/bend near the bottom right side that I cannot seem to get out. By the time I discovered it, most of the bed had been assembled so I didn't bother to try to get it replaced. Its on the back & bottom of the headboard so its likely no one will ever know it's there but me anyway.Overall, highly satisfied with this beautifully bed & would certainly recommended!

Bed itself is wonderful, I love it. Unfortunately I was not 100% happy with the service, I paid $175 for a membership and still had to pay more than $400 for full service delivery. I had to build the bed myself. Full service should be included for members.

It looks exactly on the website. My 1st order from Rove Concepts but I am very please with the quality. The shape of the bed is very modern. The stitching is very well made. The main thing I concerned was how the color look and feel in person without having swatches. I gave it a try chose the color Alesund ( modern felt), I’m more them happy with my decision. Alesund is creamy beige with the look of linen wave but softer and stretchable, and it is also the color on the display photo on their website. I am planning to get more furniture from Rove. Only complaint is the website runs slow, please upgrade your website that will help customers a lot. Thank you!

The Alesund fabric however catches every single speck and particularly hair around it, so I would not recommend this bed for anyone with pets. It was easy to assemble.

Shipping was a bit confusing, but unrelated to Rove. I wish they offered white-glove shipping, especially for how expensive shipping is and the furthest they would take it into the house was my garage :( It was very heavy but other than that, I love my new bed and it looks beautiful in my new home. The ophelia bed changed the entire vibe of our bedroom. The lines are simple, the fabric feels luxurious, our room feels so calming & tranquil. Also everyone is right, the bed was so easy to put together which was an added bonus. The bed came in 3 large boxes, each ranging from 70-99lbs. It was a little awkward to carry them to the second level of our house, but otherwise no complaints. This is our third piece of furniture from ROVE and I expect it won't be our last. Great bed, very solid construction and the leather is holding up nicely. The only issue and it is partly our fault, but we have a thick mattress and with pillows on the bed you really do not see much of the headboard at all. The picture must have a very skinny mattress.

The product came exactly when it was intended to come, super easy delivery service. The bed is gorgeous however came with a little bit of smudging

The fabric used for this bed frame is really nice and high quality, however I'm only giving 4 stars because the bed frame came dirty to us and the delivery people didn't leave the screws. Rove did give a credit to us since it was dirty, however I'm removing a star because it took over a week for customer service to send the screws, and a ton of back and forth emails. For this price point, I would've expected quicker customer service.

This bed is modern and well constructed. Although you do have to assemble it yourself, it is doable and we were able to manage it on our own. The color is beautiful and sleek and this is a happy medium between a traditional higher level bed and a more minimalist low-level bed. Would recommend!

Ordered a sample and bed frame matched the sample. Was a bit difficult to assemble as it didn't seem like the holes were lined up exactly how it should be. However, I like the look of it. I wish the mattress inset was deeper as my mattress is 13 and looks too high.

Fairly easy to put together. The velvet isn't uniform in texture. Depending on how the light hits it, you're able to see some marks or patterns that have developed in the velvet, perhaps during shipping. It's noticeable, but not terrible, and maybe it'll go away with time.

The time it took between order and delivery was 5 months. We received the bed today and are very pleased, especially with the quality. This rating is for the item only, not the service which was our first experience with Rove.

This bed is outstanding!! I will, however, explain the rating based on the overall experience as this was our first time dealing with Rove. The quality (so far) seems to be very high. The fabric and construction (and definitely design!!) are beautiful and we love the low-profile bed and the full fabric look. So far this appears to be the quality that we had hoped for in terms of price point and the ability to shop locally. We bought the Ophelia bed (in Aselund fabric) and the Hunter dresser and two night stands. The only things I would add in terms of cautionary insight are: 1. Delivery and prep time: when they advise you that shipping (even just in this case from Vancouver to Victoria which we thought would be fairly straightforward), this is definitely accurate! It took nearly 6 weeks and much of that was shipping. They also use a third party for shipping which is likely pretty standard. 2. White Glove/Delivery: This is far from white glove and cost nearly $700. We added this service because my spouse was having surgery and we knew we would not have the time (or ability) to assemble all the furniture and feel confident doing so. So we splurged for the white glove. Because we had ordered a very pale fabric, it ended up with many black glove prints all over it that we had to deal with. The delivery crew (two guys) had very dirty gloves on and we asked them (once we noticed) to remove them which they did. We had about 3 or 4 stains we had to remove on day 1. Part of white glove is also that they remove all the packing materials which caused more issues. They left styrofoam and pieces of packing debris all over the front entrance of our condo building and it absolutely filled the landing on our floor. While they worked and as soon as they left, we went out and vacuumed the common areas to pick up the mess and also had to pick up all the residual garbage from outside. I would say attention to detail for the white glove is a solid 1/10. Beyond that, however, we were happy with the installation although they did not do anything beyond that, including help us get the mattress on the frame. I would say try to get some friends to help you, don't pay the extra. All told, we would so far highly recommend all the products we bought and we hope they are very long-lasting! The only negative comment so far (for the dresser only) is that the drawers are very hard to open so we hope that over time, these loosen up. The handles are very modern and tough to grip; once you do, they are very stiff to pull open. I can report back after a bit of time - so far just getting moved and settled in!

Love the bed. Very nice, clean, modern design. The only issue was the spring was damaged. One wood piece was slightly broken but still usable. I called to mention it and a ticket was made but I never received a call or anything regarding it. I wish I could just get a human on the phone and it would be nice if a showroom existed. We wanted to replace our queen bed with a modern style king size bed and Rove has a very good selection of custom styles and fabrics. We settled on the Ophelia bed with grey plush fabric. We were pleased to find it was available and shipping time was very reasonable. It arrived in good order, easy to set up and good quality. We are very happy with our new bed.

My Ophelia bed arrived today! The delivery was well coordinated and items were very well packed. The assembly was extremely easy and took a me (alone) about an hour. During assembly, you will notice the construction of the bed is high quality, solid and very sturdy. I ordered the bed in grey ice and expected the color to be darker than it actually is. The website shows a darker color (almost black) when selecting this color. I was nervous that it would be too dark but it is more of a light icy grey rather than dark at all. However, depending on how the light hits the bed, the color changes from light to dark(er). The velvet is lush and very very beautiful. I'm happy with this purchase.

We are so in love with our new Ophelia bed by Rove Concepts! My partner and I discovered Rove Concepts online a few years ago and this piece became our dream bed and we were excited to finally order our own.We chose the Ophelia in the 'Glacier Gray' velvet and it's even better in person! Our order was well packaged and the bed was easy to assemble; we were able to complete within an hour (and we're not that handy). The upholstery on the bed is perfect (stickler for detail here) and the actual bed frame with wood slats supports our mattress well. We're a same-sex couple with two guys who are terrible sleepers / roll-around in our sleep and this bed has solved a number of our sleep problems. One of us can roll-around without the other noticing, minimizing sleep interruptions.It's sleek, but classic - a statement piece that we hope to have for years to come.Our first purchase from Rove, but it won't be our last.The only negative would be the amount of shipping material / foam. We understand the need to protect pieces during shipment, but would love to see some greener options!Cheers & thanks.

We are so happy with our purchase. I love it! We've only had it for 2 weeks, so if anything changes I hope I can edit this. We went with the Messina Beige, but were hesitant due to the felt/velvet feel, but it's very subtle. It looks and feels beautiful. We live in a loft so I was also scared we would have to hire someone to help us bring the pieces upstairs, since white glove was not an option, but my bf was able to manage while I was out of town and he set everything up on his own. I will post pictures on my insta and tag rove once the room is completely ready. We could only find ONE picture online of this bed material and it made all the difference when we finally settled on Messina Beige.

I was worried about the quality due to some damage on delivery, however customer service replaced the broken parts and it arrived almost sooner than the original delivery. I put the king size frame together with ease. Instructions for assembly are easy to follow. The slats that the mattress rear on seemed flimsy and I was worried they wouldn’t hold my incredibly heavy mattress but it’s held up great. My kids even jump on the bed and there are no sounds or movement with the frame. It’s looks nice although not like the color on photo but you can order fabric swatches which I recommend. I’mHappy with it.

Bed is beautiful and feels very comfortable so far. The installation is super easy. The only thing is the odor of the new bed is a bit strong so I recommend to leave for a few days before start using.

Design is beautiful and platform feels solid; price point vs overall quality/experience seem fair.There were quite a few points which drew down the overall rating but was not enough to take away more than 1 star. Bed came in with minor damaged due to the shipping company, however Rove CS were quick to take action and remedy. The material itself is a bit thin feeling, would prefer thicker fabric, but to be fair need to see how it performs over time. The platform although sturdy, I think the design could be improved by flipping the side on which the hinge is, it would make installing and removing easier. Finally the hardware to put together the bed is robust but the corners feel somewhat weak until the platform support is added; would prefer an update to the way the corners are put together, perhaps bolt-less, that would create a stronger joint.

Bed is very well constructed and easy to assemble. It was our first purchase from Rove and gave us the confidence to buy more of their items online that we like in the pictures.

A beautiful, solid (i.e., quiet and not creaky) bed. Only complaints are the height of the headboard (much, much shorter than either the pictures or the measurements suggest) and the absence of a gap under the bed (resulting in many a stubbed toe).

I love this bed! My husband and I assembled it ourselves and were impressed with the easy-to-put-together design. The bed frame looks beautiful and is so soft to the touch. No more banging shins into sharp bed corners. The frame is not as deep as the photo makes it look and our mattress does sit much higher than I thought it would, but this isn't visible when the comforter is on the bed. Very happy with the purchase!

It is a beautiful bed and looks as same as the picture. The one star is taken away due to the white glove services is missing and required to reschedule. The bed is assembled with some dirt fingerprints from the delivery men. Luckily, these can be removed. The online chat from Rove Concept responded timely and able to resolve my issue.

When my frame arrived I found a tear in the fabric. Other than that it’s great quality and beautiful. Just wasn’t happy about the cut in the fabric. Not gonna send back for that though.

Our King size Ophelia bed just arrived today and I couldn’t be more happy with it! It is very true to colour as well as feel. I opted for the Alesund Modern Felt and it is very luxurious. I cannot wait to buy bedding for it! Ordered Nov 5 and it arrived Dec 1.

The design is perfect, the assembling was easy and we are pleasantly surprised with the quality of the materials. That said, the charcoal felt fabric is not what we expected; it does not have the wooly touch we were looking for.

We love the Ophelia Bed so much, we've purchased two! We originally got a king size for our master bedroom and then later on got a queen size for our guest room. The bed frame is really sturdy and quality is top of the line. The bedframe is heavy but tells me they use good solid materials.

The bed arrived a bit ahead of schedule which was welcomed so we could get the mattress off the floor. It was well packed, the instructions are pictures only but fine since it is very easy to assemble when you have the right tools handy. It took me 20-25 minutes on my own. Looks great, love that we don't have to worry about cleaning under the bed anymore.

All the style of the RH slip cloud bed for a fraction of the cost. I am absolutely in love with my new Ophelia bed, it's exactly what I was looking for. It's stylish, high quality and looks like it belongs in a high end hotel. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Purchased this bed for my daughter and it looks great and is well made. The time from purchase to delivery was just a few days. I would purchase more items from Rove Concepts.

I love the bed. The headboard is basically a giant very dense foam. It’s super safe for my baby to stand there with supervision. I wanted to get a bed that would have cushion all around to prevent my baby from getting hurt. I wish the frame around the bed would also be covered in the dense foam too but it’s not. It is slightly padded though. The fabric is very nice too.

good quality -very solid. higher than a normal platform bed which is nice. no side slats to hit your shins which is so common in platform beds

The product color was not as expected, but the bed overall is great. Would recommend if that's the look your going for.

The quality of this bed is fantastic, both the construction of the individual pieces and the whole set-up. Very solid. They also did a really great job packaging it for shipping. We got the dark blue colour and in person it’s quite a bit brighter than expected, with the reflection of the light. It works out though because you can still the dark from different angles and now the colour is a lot more dynamic. Overall, extremely happy with this purchase.

This bed looks amazing !

I love this purchase. The bed was very easy to assemble with the provided Allen wrench. It weighs over 200 lbs and therefore required two people to move the boxes and pieces, however this was not cumbersome nor difficult. The material is soft and represented very well in the photos. I do worry it will show dirt and stains easily and therefore will like apply a protectant. VERY happy with this product!

Love my Ophelia king bed! It's sleek and low profile. I do plan to get the fabric treated as it does look like it could pick up stains and scuffs. Great quality for the price. I already ordered more bedroom pieces and plan to get a few more items for other rooms.

Loved the bed. We got two of them for our teenage kids. They both really love it. I really also appreciated the responsiveness of the team while I was waiting for the delivery. Already ordered another product (sofa) from the Rove. Can’t wait for that to be delivered!

Wow. This bed is stellar. It looks fantastic and is extremely comfortable. The headboard is perfect for watching TV in bed. The white glove delivery service was impeccable, I would highly recommend that option.

We are happy with the bed but the colour is not nearly as dark as it appears online. Online it is almost a black-grey but in real life it is much light and bluer. I certainly prefer the color depicted online. Otherwise the product was good. The legs that hold up the middle are adjustable but it would not touch the ground.

Beautiful modern bed. Looks like a custom made high end bed. The quality is great. very substantial. I ordered in the stock light tan color material, it has a beautiful look and feel. I bought a 14 thick mattress which brings the bed to the perfect height for us. We had minor assembly that took two of us about 25 minutes to unwrap and assemble. Still waiting on my coupon towards next purchase, have not received that yet.

A solid product that is rather pricey but so far it seems like a fair value. Fits together well and is comfortable with only a mattress (no box spring required).
