The Toastmaster TMGM24 countertop griddle runs on natural gas and features a 24″ W x 21″ D cooking surface. Two independent cooking zones with manual controls support multitasking on the line, and a 3/4″ thick ultra smooth polished steel plate provides a polished cooking surface. Grease is directed by a front trough and chute into a removable drip tray, while side and rear splash guards help contain splatter. A pressure regulator is included. The stainless steel front panel with bullnose and 4″ nickel plated steel legs are built for daily service. Delivering 40,000 BTU, the TMGM24 is cULus and UL EPH listed and made in the USA. Units are shipped with an LP conversion kit.
