Each zone includes thermostatic controls spaced every 12″ to allow fine temperature adjustments, ranging from 150°F to 450°F. Cleanup is hassle-free, thanks to its removable drip tray, splash guard, and front grease trough. Designed for flexibility, this griddle includes a pressure regulator and LP conversion kit.
