The self-contained R448A system provides a 32 lb chill capacity, taking product from 160° to 40°F. Storage is configurable for (4) 18″ x 26″ or (8) 12″ x 20″ pans on four epoxy coated wire shelves. A standard food probe tracks internal temperatures, and a stay-open, hinged solid door simplifies loading and unloading. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, door, and interior, the unit is easy to clean and built for daily use. Four 4″ casters enable quick movement for cleaning or service access.
