High-grade 304 stainless steel is beautifully and seamlessly welded together with a heavy-duty weld to eliminate gaps where grease and moisture can collect. The adjustable 3,000 BTU ProSear 2 infrared burner can provide the perfect sear or turn it down to cook more delicate items. Two 23,000 BTU cast-brass burners deliver superior heat retention so that you can lift the hood to check on the progress of your burgers without having to worry about losing much heat. The three gas fueled burners combine to put out 73,000 BTUs of total cooking power on the grilling surface. The primary cooking surface is 640 square inches and the warming rack is 295 square inches combining for a total of 935 square inches of cooking space. Viking Professional grills come equipped with a hot surface ignition system, stainless steel cooking grates, and ceramic briquette trays to ensure reliable and even heat across the grilling surface. You will also have two options when positioning the heavy-duty, 3-speed motor rotisserie, as well as a premium smoker box to help craft the perfect meal.

Warranty

The Viking Professional Series 5 grills are covered by a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel body housing, solid brass grill burners, and the ProSear burners. A limited five (5) year warranty covers the structural integrity of the interior grill parts, exterior, and drip pans. All other grill components are covered by a one year limited warranty. The warranty applies for normal domestic use and to the original purchaser.
