Was a happy owner. Was all good till it's time to replace the batteries. The way they wire the pack. You can not buy separate replacement batteries. This is a blatant money grab as the new packs they sell are well over twice the cost of ne batteries.

It does everything it says. The product is excellent for the money, it will do 5mph, and it holds up to 30 mpg. Very good for the price.

Its wonderful. Best money I ever spent. Love this. I do not like the back up beeping. I dont need it and want it disconnected. I feel like Im working in Home Depot every time I use it. Need to figure out a way to disconnect it. But otherwise I LOVE IT. Battery is incredible!!

Safe & Comfortable. Purchased this for my mother in 2022 and she loves it! She uses this when we travel to restaurants and shopping and its very easy for her to travel in tight spaces. The battery life is AMAZING! love how I can take apart and store in my truck.

Everything it is advertised to be! Easy to assemble/disassemble, user friendly, & plenty fast. My wife was apprehensive about Owning a Scooter, versus renting or using the Mart-Carts at the supermarket. This unit has totally changed her mind and has given her a new sense of freedom. It breaks down into easily managed pieces to load or unload from the car and goes together just as easy. Just beware that in "rabbit" mode (speed turn dial) the unit is very quick even at the top of the 330 pound load rating, and care should be taken to familiarize the user to the handling before venturing into "full speed" territory. She has used it a few times so far, for maybe 4-5 miles max, and it is still reading as a full charge. We are eager to see how it does longer term with longer distance trips and multiple uses before taking the battery in the house (easy to pop off) and charge it.

Don't hesitate to buy. Bought this but it had a problem during shipping and the Steering wheel was cracked so I notified them and they replaced it immediately. Great customer service! Also by the way, the scooter is Awesome !

Good scooter but customer service not good. Good medium weight and strength scooter. Easy to assemble. Nice breaking down my ramp. Parts fit my trunk. Came with two defective arm rests. No predrilled holes and no pins to attach it to the scooter. Called company number for customer service..got a salesman. He said he'd pass on my request. I did get an email timely and described defective parts with pictures sent to them. Week later received pins only. Emailed them again. Reply was they sent parts needed. I again sent detailed email (no phone to talk to a real person) with pictures again. Reply was parts sent, if problem email Amazon CS. I again emailed and stated I'd get a complete refund if arm rests not sent. Email received that arm rests sent. Week and a half finally got arm rests. Nice scooter. Fits in my Ford Fusion but will NEVER buy from this company again.

Very reliable and built like a tank ! Elegant design and sturdy complexion. This scooter was bought in order to take my mother on a trip to Europe. It works flawlessly ! Made the difference for us, she was able to feel free and independent during the trip. Highly recommended.

Documentation leaves a little to be desired. Once together it is everything it is advertised to be. Getting it together the first time was a little challenging since the user manuals were not very helpful. This is often true if products from overseas. But it can be put together without the need for any tools. Now that I know how it goes together I will be able to take it apart to put in my trunk and reassemble it quickly when I am ready to use it. 5 people found this helpful

Great custimer service by Israel. I got this scooter for my daughter. It was great- Rey light weight and easy to put together. There was a problem with the brain-it kept jerking to a stop for no reason. I called Comfy Go, and they they said they would send out a brand new scooter, and we would have to return the broken one in the same box and call fed ex for pickup. The new scooter is great, but we didn’t get a return label to send back the broken one. After several phone calls and a couple of month, Israel came to the rescue! He was great, and sent my return label right away! I would recommend this company to anyone with mobility needs. Thanks Israel!

Great Scotter for Travel. We bought this scooter for a trip to Alaska because a family member has a bad knee and this was about the same cost as renting one for the trip. The scooter came promptly and was well packaged. Assembly was very easy and took only a few minutes with included tools. We charged the removable battery for the recommended time then gave the scooter a test drive. It was very stable and easy to drive. We took it too the airport and on the plane it was very easy thanks to United's great crews. We used it on a cruise ship and ports over somewhat rough paths and walkways. Scooter has good power and was able to get up inclines easily. If you or a family member is looking for a good mobility scooter this is a very good choice.

A new set of legs. I love the simplicity of disassembling the scooter. I can load and unload it by myself. I dont like the little wobble in the seat. Ive tried to tighten it as shown in video but not getting that security. I used it on a cruise ship and it was incredible handing going up and down the narrow slopes on and off the ship.

Great purchase. We bought this for my husband after he was diagnosed with cancer. We wanted to go to Hawaii but knew he couldnt walk for long periods. It worked great. He was able to take it apart and we put it in the trunk. He was able to lift each piece. The battery was fine for each day and was never a worry for running out.

Easy to assemble - Great addition to my life. So easy to break down and re-assemble. Fits right in the rear of my SVU. This scooter has opened up my life again. Malisa Mobility scooter. We were looking for a mobility scooter with a long range battery and a heavier weight capacity. The Malisa scooter met these requirements. So far we have been very pleased with the battery charge life. The only con I have is that Malisa does not offer backup mirrors attached to the handlebar.

Great Scooter! I LOVE THIS SCOOTER! It is made well and my husband quickly (less than 1 minute) is an expert in assembling it and disassembling it. It is very easy to handle steering and is also extremely fast if you so desire it. It fits very easily into our car and it is very light in weight. The battery holds a charge for a long time and doesn't need to be charged often.I can honestly say that it has given me back my freedom to virtually go anywhere now. This scooter is lightweight and easy to take apart and put together. I like how lightweight this scooter is and how easy it is to assemble and take apart. It fits in a small trunk and can carry 330 pounds. Most lightweight scooters only carry 250 pounds. The only thing I dislike is the seat wobbles, but maybe I am doing something wrong.

Scooter seat. For the price the seat is really unstable. They need to use a bigger bar. Now I will say it is comfortable and a big size. Just scared its gonna break.

Best scooter for me. The reason I bought this particular scooter was it's portability. My daughter lives on a lake with a long dock so I take the scooter apart (very simple) put it in my car and put it together and drive it on the 120 foot dock to the boat. I am 89 years old and can't walk that far. It's a game changer. Things that I can do now with my scooter: Get the mail, visit with my neighbors, clean the garage using a picker upper, water plants and shrubs and I pull my garbage cans behind my scooter down to the curb. My wife likes it as I get outside and do things that I didn't do before. I have no problem using it on grass or our fairly steep driveway. I would give it ten stars.

Very satisfied with the Z-4 Scooter. This item was purchased for my husband who is disabled and cannot walk very far. We had trouble getting a scooter at the big box stores because they were taken or charging. It is so much more convenient to have his own scooter. We purchased this Z-4 scooter with the super seat because it disassembled into parts and was easier for me to put in and take out of the car. Assembly/disassembly is very quick and easy. The largest piece is the part with the front wheels back to where the battery would be located. Our car is really too small to accommodate one of the carriers on the back so this scooter disassembled fits under the hatchback. My husband did try a tight, quick turn in the parking lot and fell over so just be careful doing that. In stores, it turns very easily and maneuvers well. The horn is loud and the seat is comfortable. We purchased the suggested cup holder and clamped it to the basket. The speed control is great because he can go slow in congested areas and faster in more open spaces. Purchasing this scooter gave me peace of mind because I was not worried about my husband falling in the store.

Light weight! This scooter is AWESOME! Breaks down and fits in the car. Heaviest piece is less than 30 pounds. Others fold up, but who can lift 60 to 90 lbs to get it into the car? Runs great and battery life is great. MALISA mobility is also a great company, they emailed me twice to make sure everything was running and met my expectations. Great people!

Scooter rides smoothly over rough terrain. Adjustable speed was wonderful. I just finished a vacation in the mountains of California. Terrain was a little rough, but my scooter trekked right through. I was worried about some of the sharp turns. Piece of cake. It was fast enough to keep up with the hikers in our group. I didnt have charge it but once in the 5 days I was there.

My mobility is back! I have lower back and leg pain. If I have to walk for even a short while, I'm usually in extreme pain and my mood becomes sympathetic to my pain and I'm miserable. Easy to transport/ update from previous review. Used scooter for the first time at a museum. It was a life saver! Would have never been able to have walked that much! It was easy to take apart and fit in the back of our minivan! Super fast to put together! The only cons would be the turn radius could be a bit better! I had to back up a few times which brings me to the other con, the back up beep!! Super annoying and just drew unwelcome attention!! Excellent! This is really a great little scooter. I looked at many and bought this one because it had four wheels (for sturdiness), good battery life, comes apart easily, and is nice looking. I can't say enough about it. It has an automatic brake for going down hills, goes over grass and uneven ground very well, has great pick-up and speed, and is really good going uphill. I have a fairly steep driveway and am VERY heavy, and yet it took me up the driveway with no problem. It also is easy to take apart and put in the car (my male friend does that) so that we can go places together. I'm very happy with it because I can now walk the dogs, go to the park, or even a public event.

We love our Comfy Go Mobility Scooter! We love our new scooter! It easily fits in the car and can quickly be assembled. I have Osteoarthritis and cannot walk long distances. I no longer have to stay at home and miss all the fun family events! Perfect for those soccer games, zoo trips etc. And I no longer feel like a burden, having to have someone push me around in a wheelchair. The price was nice as well. Wish we would have purchased it long ago!

Make sure when adjusting the steering, the plug for the steering doesn't come loose. This product is a great freedom to me. I had a stroke with weakness o my right side an d suffer from chronic fatigue. I went to the zoo, and usually don't last too long as far as energy and what we get to see. Taking my scooter was a total game changer. I had the best time with the biggest smile ever the entire day. And when it came time to leave I still had energy to spare. This is going to enable me to get around when my family goes on adventures. It's just the best thing ever.

Great Z-1 scooter. The seat is a little different the way it mounts. I read other reviews that the post had a wobble to it, that does seem normal. After a bit of time, I got used to it. The battery life is great. Get ready for more power than you might be used to. It has a lot of zip. Ive had the 3-wheel type in the past, 3 of them to be exact. I like the 4-wheels better. To my surprise, it has a really good turning radius, and fits through doorways and can even maneuver in and out of the bathroom with ease. The thing that took some getting used to is the back up beeper. I never had one before. I guess theresa Way to unplug the wires but Im going to leave it alone. Would recommend this to anybody looking for a good mobility scooter!

Scooter will fit in most common car trunks. Assembly and disassembly takes only 1-2 minutes. We have had the scooter for several months and have yet to find any issues with quality or durability. I will and have recommended this scooter to others with confidence that they will like the scooter.

Zippy little scooter. Love this scooter. The only thing I would change is the turn radius- wish it made sharper turns. Also, the sometimes its hard to tighten and loosen the steering column.

I am so happy I found this. I bought this as an investment for the house. My dad is 80 years old and has back and leg problems that keep him from getting around very well. As well as it seems like every time my parents go shopping that can't find an electric scooter for him to use. This is just the thing to have. My mom can easily get it in and out of the car and it doesn't weight to much for her to do so. I myself will need to use it as I get older. The doctor recently let me know that I will need to get both of my knees replaced. I am hopping to hold out for at least 5 to 10 years. Over this was the answer for all my problems.

Malisa Mobility Scooter is a good investment. Very easy to operate. Rides smooth, turning is easy and accurate. 4 wheels on the ground is a comfort when riding on uneven ground. It is very quiet, Maneuvers forward and backward efficiently. Easy to park. Steering column angle is adjustable. Bigger seat is most comfortable. Not big and bulky. Very trendy in appearance. Good product. Bought this for my elderly mom. She loves it it can go super fast and has great battery life. Only downside is that its extremely heavy even after breaking it down. The video is false advertising making it seem light. But overall easy to put back together and take apart just heavy.

The quality of the product. I could'nt believe how sturdy and well built the scooter is. This product is everything the description said it is and more, I am very satisfied with my scooter. The only thing that I think needs improvment is the size of the basket. I went on line looking for a larger basket and I can't find a larger one. The company should have a supermarket size basket that comes as an extra. Overall, I recommend this scooter very highly.

Reliable scooter! Purchased this product for my husband as he has difficulty walking long distances due to spinal stenosis and peripheral neuropathy. We wanted him to be able to participate in family activities where walking was required. We used it for the first time this past weekend to attend the PA Farm Show with our daughter's family. It held a charge, was reliable, and was able to maneuver through the crowd, even in some areas where there were wood shavings down for the farm animals. The scooter made it possible for him to make memories with our one year old grandson. That is priceless!

I can now take my scooter with me and enjoy travel around the cities I visit. I was always concerned having to purchase a trailer for my auto in order to purchase an electric scooter to take on my trips around California. I'm tired of my guest going for walks while I had to sit in the car or worst, on a bench. With this scooter, it fits in the back of my RAV4, and although it takes a little effort to put in and take out, I have found ways to make it easier. I put the front wheels up first and then pick up the rear and move the 90 pound scooter into the trunk. Most all my guests can also perform this with little effort, but i am able to do it myself. It has expanded my world. Also, if your familiar with the Monterey Acquarium, the parking is on a hill. I was surprised to be able to conquer that hill several times with the scooter. It is quite powerful. I now take the scooter with me wherever I go. The assembly of the scooter took about 15 minutes, and of course several hours for the first battery charge. Gave me my freedom back. This is a great product. Its easy to assemble/disassemble for transport. Its a pretty zippy scooter so you have to get used to that and it doesnt turn on a dime but its easy to adjust to. Having it has given me my freedom back. I was severely limited in where I could go before. I would highly recommended this to anyone for this type of product.

A comfortable ride. Bought this for my 6 foot, 210 lb hubby. He has difficulty walking and can only walk short distances. This scooter allows him to participate in regular walking activities during family outings. He doesn't have to sit in the car and wait. This 72 yr old wife is able to lift the base unit out of the car and other parts and put it together in two minutes. We chose the deluxe seat. While hubby is a bit large, he doesn't have much of a butt. He has never complained of any seat discomfort during the rides. He chooses not to use the armrests so we took them off. But they are spacious and noncramping.. We purchased an extra battery, just in case. Never needed to use it. The first one has been dropped (about 30 inches) but it still works. Turning around can take a bit of maneuvering in tight spaces. You can always release the brakes and position it by hand yourself. Safety is an important feature for us. We've had no tipping incidents. Knowing that we can travel on airlines or ships with this scooter is a big plus. Last but definitely not least, price was right. We're very happy with this scooter.

Easy Peasy. This purchase was an early Christmas gift for my daughter. She has MS and has difficulty walking any distance. Great Scooter! I recently purchased the Z-1 Scooter and love it! It's very easy for this 66 year old female to take apart and lift into the car by myself. Assembles in minutes. I was surprised by the speed and power it has. Feels very stable. I have mobility issues, but now feel more independent using the scooter. I wanted it to be able to walk my dog longer distances. He now trots happily as I hold his leash and drive the scooter! Customer service is superb, especially working with Eric. You should not hesitate purchasing this scooter.

Great Scooter! It was very easy to assemble, and start using! It holds it charge for quite a long time! The 4 wheel drive makes it easy to go through rougher terrain, like my gravel driveway, and bumpy yard. I will definitely recommend this scooter to anyone looking!!

Very easy to put together. I do not write reviews, however this scooter is fantastic. Only have it for a week now, but I love it. I can get out see neighbors and walk with my wife and dog. I feel connected again.

Easy assembly. Battery life, easy maneuverability very satisfied with this scooter

Very wobbly. For now I am using it inside since I have a hard time getting around. The seat is very unstable. It wobbles. I was told that we must have put it together incorrectly. We did not. The arm rests are 10 inches above the seat and not adjustable. I was asked to send them video of the seat which I did. They said they couldnt open it. The person I talked to was very rude. I was told it was too late to return the scooter. Not sure how it got so many great reviews. The basket is nice. This is an update to what I wrote two days ago. The more it is ridden, the less the seat wobbles. Maybe it gets better with usage.
