Love it! I bought this griddle about 3 years ago and I love it! It’s portable enough so I can fold it up to take on camping trips. Works great at home too. I love that I can cook everything at once especially breakfasts. Definitely recommend this griddle!

Doesn't Age Well! I LOVED this griddle when I bought it! It had all the functionality that we needed and cooked extremely well. It lasted less than 2 years before it became inoperable and we had to trash it. The left burner shot a flame out the front of the unit and melted the dials before we realized it was happening. We contacted Char Griller about the issue and were "grilled" about its usage and can we tear it apart for pictures etc. We were less than thrilled about having to tear apart our own grill for them to try to send parts that may have malfunctioned and so on. Moving on to Blackstone.....fingers crossed and all. LOL

Loving it. Got this as a Christmas gift and I fell in love with it. I cook pretty much every meal on it every day. Winter it's in garage.

Couldn't be happier. I bought this in April. I have used it every chance i can. It seasoned nicely, I am so happy with it. I am a small woman and the size, weight and maneuverability is perfect. Char griller recipes have been an added treat. From this point on Char Griller is my choice for my out door cooking needs .

Amazing Griddle!! I have had this griddle for a couple years now we had been hauling it back and forth to the campground. This past Christmas my hubby got me a second one to keep at home. We make so many different kinds of food on them. Even the covers are great. Would definitely purchase again.

Really liking the new griddle. I bought this a month ago and we have been really happy with how it works. So far no issues. Assembly was easy. My wife and I put it together with no problems. The extra hands were a big help. I read some reviews were people said they had an issue with the center shelf. We had no problem, it is a tight fit, don;t force it. Its a tight fit because the shelf pushes the legs apart to give it really good stability. The unit is well made. Season the heck out of it before use. We have cooked smash burgers, philly steak sandwiches and big breakfasts. I like the front grease trap. Perfect size for 2 people. I think better than some other more expensive brands.

Great For Travel. During dance comps for my daughter or game days. This is perfect for tailgating. Easy to fold and pack in the trunk of a car. Plenty of cooking space.

Hibachi. Bought this for my father for Father's Day last yr. Because he's always wanted one. He swears by it and hasn't stopped using it.

Works well, even heat. Looks darn good as well! I've been thinking about getting one for some time. My charcoal grill finally gave up the ghost. My son-in-law got one a year ago and is cooking some really good eats. If he can do maybe I can as well. Still learning but I'll get it dialed in by the time it warms up.

Perfect size! My husband has been looking at griddles for quite a while but many of them are so big and it's just the 2 of us. Came across this one at the store and he was sold on sight! Assembly was easy and it feels like a sturdy unit. Cooking area is ample and heated up evenly and quickly. Looking forward to using this for years to come.

Love it. We use our lineup of char griller grills religiously. Can literally cook entire meals outside without having all the mess of pots and pans in the house and enjoy the outdoors. This was our latest addition of char griller products to our arsenal. Heats evenly and the lid makes it nice for storing. From breakfast to smash burgers it's awesome. Could use a hinged lid though like the bigger models.

The lid is a saver. Without the lid and just a cover seemed like others still got wet and rusty. This griddle with the two burners cooks evenly and maintains temps.

Love the flat grill! I don't lose veggies through the grill. Steaks and hamburgers look great.

Jeff Griddle. My wife and I bought this griddle because we have had two Char Griller grills. And they have been incredible. We love the Char Griller products. My wife does most of the cooking on this griddle and she absolutely loves it. Would definitely by again when this one wears out. Also the same with the web site. Have never had any problems getting new parts for out grills. And assembly was easy with very detailed instructions. Thank you for continuing to make a great product.

My first flat top and I'm in love! I love it! Quick and clear to put together. Once I followed the seasoning instructions. I was able to cook on it. This thing gets hot fast and cooks evenly all around! I love being able to set two different temps. The two burner is perfect size for my apartment deck. I hardly see the need for my stove top anymore!

does not get hot enough ,,have full 30 pound tank,,flame is 4 inches below the grill top,,if it is a little breezy you cannot fry bacon or any thing else on it,,,very disappointed in this product,,waste of $280,,,if i could give it a negative rating i would

Much better than a Blackstone! I had been using a 28" Blackstone griddle for a couple of years and was not totally impressed with the function the features. I found the Char Griller on sale and decided to make the switch. First, the Char Griller is built like a tank and the assembly was easy. I love the front grease tray and the lower shelf. The griddle heats up quickly and evenly. It seasoned easily and holds its seasoning. Nothing sticks!

Char-grill. I have always loved chargrills. I have a grill now that is a gas and grill and you can also make it a smoker. This is my third chargriller and now I want a flatiron grill but can’t afford it am 79 and love to cook

Townhouse flat top iron. This 2-burner flat top iron, was what my daughter needed for her townhouse. Great size.

1 week and it's absolutely great. Just the wife and myself so it's just right for us.

Pretty pleased. We are really enjoying this griddle! Surprisingly easy to use. Great control. So very very happy. My only concern - the grease/debris holder drawer thing is not put together well. The weld on the handle of ours is not complete and there is a small hole.

Love it. I purchased this from target for Mother's Day for myself. Myself and one other person put it together. It was a little difficult to get that metal shelf on but otherwise easy. Everything has worked wonderful with it. We use it a couple of times a week for the last few months. I absolutely wish it would've come with a cover and not having to purchase a cover separately and pay $20 shipping for it that's completely ridiculous. It's so easy for the top to rust a cover should not be an optional piece of equipment and only sold online. But the griddle itself is wonderful. I am giving up four stars for the lack of a cover but the actual griddle is a five star machine.

Love it!! I am making breakfast on it amongst other meals. The idea of no bacon grease or smell in the house is amazing, not to mention less mess and clean up in the kitchen! I've done chicken with stirfry and frozen eggrolls. Corn of the cob Brats. And I've only had it one week. I think I've sold two of my friends on purchasing their own.

I would buy this again. Got two burner griddle with lid for Father's Day. Got it early to try out. Have cooked burgers hotdogs simple stuff. Worked great. Then did bacon hash browns and fried eggs. Great breakfast. Did steak stir fry with veggies and rice. Food is great. Need to learn how to clean it better. It will be fun learning how to use it.

Best grill I've ever used. Absolutely the most versatile outdoor unit I've ever used. Wish I bought one years ago. 3 meals a day, 3 weekends in a row, and every one ends with me saying "I love this thing!"

Why did I wait so long to get one of these? I added the Flat-Iron 2-burner griddle to my out door kitchen this week. I have to say, I am impressed at how well everything turned out. I cooked the best Porterhouse steak I have ever had on it. I spent thousands on a built-in gas grill and, while there is definitely a place for a barbecue grill, this Flat-Iron griddle is far more superior to it. It is easy to keep seasoned and clean. I made pizzas, steaks, chicken and tons of grilled vegetables on it this Memorial Day. Love it.

Great summer fun. Love cooking on flat surface even heat and great taste

It works good. I have used the grill for cooking the typical items i.e., burgers , brats, steaks and chops etc. Compared to a grill you can cook large amounts with worrying about a big flare-up. It is a well built and well designed griddle. Two down sides are that it does not work well on windy days and wind or not, it splatters grease all over the surface you have it on. I fabricated shields for three sides of the griddle to help cut down on these issues. Plus I learned that food is much tastier off my gas grill.

We'll worth the price! Fast Easy assembly. Instructions could use some work though. Like the 180 degree control on heat control. Comes with metal cover, nice addition. Compact design but large cooking area.

Great first time griddle! Easy to set up. Watched video on how to season the griddle. Followed instructions griddle got nice and dark colored. First time made Fajitas turned out perfect no sticky and fast easy clean up. Love my New griddle!!!

Do not buy. Initially the griddle seemed great. It warped after about 5 uses. Now sits uneven in the base and wobbles with every touch. Warranty department told me thats how it was made! DO NOT BUY!!! Very unhappy with the purchase. My first Char-Griller product and for sure my last!

Worst grill I've ever had the misfortune of buying. The setup was miserable. The parts are poorly labeled and pictures are confusing. Then I get it all setup and ready to season and the ignition system doesn't work. So I light it with my lighter and discover heat billows out of the front vent and makes the griller hotter than you know what. After seasoning the top I go to grill some chicken breasts and discover the top won't even sit into the slots correctly which causes the juices to puddle up in the corner farthest the grease trap. Food was nothing near other flat tops I've had. This is an overall horrible buy and I hope none of you ever cheap out for this rip off like I did. Do not buy

Loving it so far. I have used this multiple times in the few days I've had it. Made breakfast, lunch and dinners so far. I like the folding legs for transport. The bottom shelf was hard to install as it seemed the legs were too close together. Ended up scratching it a little during install. It really rolls nice around my garage. Like the propane holder. Seems solid. I wish it had 2 folding shelves. Always need more area to put stuff. Of course having another shelf complicates having the handle on the other side. It's a sturdy handle and I like it.

Impressed. Each burner has a independent Igniter which is very nice compared to other brands and there is a wind deflector under the burners. Burgers, Veggies, Breakfast Sandwiches and Fajitas all cooked very well. Cleans easy.

Not complets. Threaded inserts missing. Reported this to the manufacturer. Also the chat helper is useless on a cell phone. Maybe you should try it. Have not tried the grill yet. So unknown on its cooking abilities.
