Upgrade to 3 burner Char-Griller flat iron grill. I received storm damage to my 2 burner Char-Griller flat iron grill which I had to replace. I made the decision to upgrade to a 3 burner and it has become my go-to for my outdoor cooking setup. Great for breakfast. Love my flat top. It was easy to put together. Prepping the cook top was easy. Cleanup is simple. The hood does a great job of keeping element off the top. On cooler days it does take a little longer to cook the food due to the distance between the burners and the bottom of the grill top. It is great if you want to do breakfast or hibachi. I have had mine over a year, and it has held up great so far. .

So versatile! Used this think a ton and absolutely love it! Easy set up, and even heating. My favorite feature is the front grease trap, makes clean up so easy. Easy to transport as well! Rather burgers, breakfast or hibachi it can do it all!

Great product! An absolute gem of a griddle!! I love the fact the grease trap is on the front left corner and that the tray is also hidden, unlike other griddle manufacturers! It was very easy to season and prepare for cooking. The fact that it also comes with a hood is a game changer! I will never go back to the Bummerstone, lol.

A memorable purchase. I love to cook and could not pass up on this griddle and boy oh boy I am happy and ecstatic that I bought one. This grill makes it a joy to cook omelet, grill chicken breast, and vegetables. What is most impressive is how well the food is cooked holding in the marinated juices while the flavor just carries. I love my grill for its easy use and ease of cleaning the cooking surface.

More than you need. Like most, I thought you were supposed to get the biggest griddle if you were getting one. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the three burner Flatiron not only fit the bill, but it offered more than ample space for cooking. Assembly was simple and straightforward aside from me trying to put parts in backwards. Cooking on the Flatiron was a smooth experience and made some great food. You can't go wrong with the Flatiron.

Great Griddle. I wanted to downsize from my last griddle which was a 4 burner Blackstone due to save some patio space and most of the time I am just cooking for my wife and me. So, I bought this 3-burner griddle which worked out perfectly for the space and the griddle size. The griddle came in earlier than the expected delivery date. When assembling the griddle, I think the build design is better than what my Blackstone. I seasoned the griddle to the tee and cooked a pound of bacon on her last night for BLT's. I think I have made the right choose with this griddle for future cooking.

Awesome griddle! I bought this back in 2023 and she has been a fabulous little griddle. I have cooked smash burgers, breakfasts, anything that I can. 100% recommended.

Fantastic build quality; endlessly versatile. Can't recommend this griddle enough! It's just the right size for our apartment balcony, and is of excellent build quality. Putting it together was super straightforward with the included instructions; total time from unboxing to first cook was about 45 mins. I've made Philly cheesesteak (multiple times), various fried rices, fajita style vegetables... this griddle is so fun to use that I'm just finding reasons to step outside and fire it up instead of cook in my actual kitchen. Cleanup is a breeze too. Lastly, I'd recommend picking up the various accessory packs and the cover; they have everything you need to get up and running.

Makes cooking and cleanup simple! I’ve had my griddle for almost 3 years and it’s still in very good shape. It’s fun to cook on and super easy to clean! It’s durable and can withstand the harsh winters in AK with no problems!

Never owned a gas grill in my life. I live in Hawaii where are the tradewinds are very strong. I bought a weber charcoal grill like I’ve had for most of my life.but my problem was The wind it was impossible To keep even temperature. So I went ahead and bought this griddle. It was one of the best decision I’ve ever made! This is not affected by the wind. My favorite recipe is definitely leg quarters under bricks and Little red potatoes that are covered with oil and garlic and spices. I bought is 12 x 12 grill weight and I mush them down and cook them and then flip them again! I love this Grill and use this three times a week.

Everything and More. I have used the 3 Burner Flat Iron almost everyday during the summer. It is easy to use, simple to clean up and provides perfect cooked meals. I cook anything from breakfast to stir fry, including tacos, burgers, pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc... I have not experienced a bad meal yet. The clean up is simple and quick, wipe it off, spray with some oil and it is ready for the next night. I have recommended this product to friends and 3 of them purchased the same flat iron, and they love it.

So far so good. Easy to put together, still breaking in, heat is not totally even more toward the back of grill. Wish the grease pit was in the back instead of front. But it works. Shipping was delayed 14 days due to backlog.

Defective part. I’m very disappointed with mines. After putting it together we realized one of the parts was broken. I have been sending emails to the company and still no response.

Came rusty, and delaminates. Bought my flat iron last year mid summer. It came a little rusty, which I read in other reviews. I cleaned it and seasoned it with flax seed oil as recommended. We used it about 8 times, made smash burgers, phillys, grilled a couple steaks and did one breakfast. We cleaned and seasoned it each time just like it said. Any time we barely scraped it the finish coat would peel off. Put it away for the winter and pulled it out this year to clean and season it again and the peeling on the grill surface. Was much worse than last year. I read reviews that say thats its no big deal. I know that is a protective layer or paint and it just gets worse every time i touch the thing. Not happy with this product at all. I have had a griddle for over 20 years i use insid and it has no signs of delaminating lile this flat iron. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. I have never been so disappointed in my life..

Excellent!!! The griddle is excellent!!! Great for morning breakfast or dinner!! Searing steaks is a breeze!! Easy to clean up with the drip pan inserts and also easy to while down. Seasoning this griddle is easy and the lid and cover that I bought for this as well helps keep any moisture off of it when not in use!! Would get if you are looking to upgrade your cooking experience!!

Good flat griddle. My in-laws purchased their flat griddle a couple of years ago and it does a good job especially for smash burgers, It is also easy to clean.

Great Addition to our Outdoor Cooking. I bought our griddle during Covid in early Summer. It made cooking at home much more enjoyable and tasty. It is a great compliment to our grill with the ability to wheel it around on our large back patio to find just the right spot for the experience.

Great griddle, little price. I got this unit rather than a BlackStone, as I wanted to starter that didn't cost an arm and a leg. This griddle is amazing. I swear it is the easier way to cook. Clean up is super easy and as long as you remember to clean up after cooking, it is so easy to use. I continue to use this as it is so easy and less mess for the kitchen.

Better than competitors! I chose the Char-Griller 3 burner griddle for my first griddling experience because it had more wind blocks and the burners and also has ignitors on each burner which, the competitors models do not have. Very happy with this purchase and have enjoyed countless hours making breakfast, lunch, and dinners on this griddle. Impressed with the quality and will be upgrading soon to the four burner model. Griddle of a lifetime. This griddle is the best! It was easy to assemble and we cooked on it immediately. The food sizzled and got our taste buds sizzling. We couldn't wait to eat/. Slow shipping for a low quality product. The whole thing feels flimsy. Doubt it will last more than a year without rusting. I would return if customer service wasn’t so unresponsive. Will not purchase from Chargriller again.

A must have for your back yard cooks. This flat iron is a easy assembly. Right out of the box and after assembly I seasoned the flat iron with canola oil. I only applied 4 coats until the flatiron turned black. My first cook was breakfast bacon eggs and sautéed onions. Everything I cooked was super quick and easy to manage. The flat iron with the hood top is probably one of my favorite features. Not to mentions the oil drip compartment with a catch tray makes for easy clean up we are a family 5 the 3 burner flat iron provides more than enough cooking space for our family.

Very Satisfied!! The griddle was working great, until the 4th usage. Then the regulator took a dump, and would not allow flame higher than low. Contacted customer support, they were johnny on the spot. Received new regulator, im back up and running. Im as much a fan of their customer support, as I am their Product. Would buy again if i had to.

yes. I have used the product for breakfast to dinner and the performance has been great. The griddle itself seasoned very nice and the temp control seems to be very good. The only nit pick I have is the tool hooks. They will not work with the spatulas in the starter kit. Your tool holders should work with your own branded tools at a minimum. I will probably add loops to the spatula handles or buy the magnet tool holders.

Excellent griddle temp control. I purchased this griddle to replace my my first griddle which was manufactured my another company. The griddle was shipped to my house within two day of my purchase. Set up was very easy and only took 20 minutes. The griddle and frame are built very well with all parts fitting perfectly. After seasoning the surface and learning the temperature zones I'm now cooking meals with it. What a blast to have such infinite control. I can have one end of the griddle at 200 degrees while the other end is above 600. The position of the grease trap is excellent. I'm so impressed with this grill and appreciate it's features and build quality. Excellent buy that I highly recommend.

Portable, easy set up (5-8 min), love the front grease drain. I couldn't be happier with this griddle. Set up is super easy which is fantastic because it shouldn't take hours to put one together. I also love that the grease drain is in front and not the back. My family is loving the meals created on this. This is a no brainer to get one. Blown away by this griddle. I received this griddle as a product tester. I was already looking at buying a griddle so I readily agreed to give this one a thorough testing. I can honestly say that this thing is flat-out great. Assembly was actually very simple. I had a struggle getting the main body out of the box as I didn't realize just how big it was and I had the box sitting on a wheeled cart that would not sit still. After that everything went smooth. The bottom shelf is a tight fit and took me a few minutes to figure out how to get it into place but it went just the same. The instructions recommend having a helper but it is very doable on your own. Seasoning the griddle was very straightforward. I washed the griddle, rinsed it, dried it, and then fired it up. I used seven coats of canola oil in seasoning mine as several tutorials and other videos recommended five to seven layers. Once I had finished the process I shut the griddle down and let it cool, then applied a last layer to protect it. My first cook on the 3-burner gas griddle was chicken fajitas. I found the large cooking surface to be a joy to cook on. To cook the same amount of fajitas I would have had to use the oven and possibly two baking sheets. Using the Flat Iron I was able to do it all on a single cooking surface and it much less time... and since I was outside I didn't heat up the house doing it. Loving my new flat iron griddle. Im loving my new griddle and have been making everything from breakfast to dinner. This is the one piece that has been missing in my grilling arsenal and char griller did not disappoint. For the quality you get for the price it can't be beat. I also love the hinged cover. I have friends with other brands and you are always trying to find a place to put the cover.

Love It. I purchased the griddle online through Lowes. Got it home and put it together...it took about 35 minutes. Take your time. I seasoned the too with flax seed oil-it turned out great! I've cooked on it a few times-I love it! Be mindful of the heat-it gets hot. Get one, you won't regret it!

Love My Griddle. I ordered my griddle online through Lowes. It arrived a day earlier than scheduled-always good! When I picked it up, the box was in good shape...this isn't always the case when you order items online. All the parts needed for assembly were included-it took me around 35 minutes to put it together. Just take your time. Before I seasoned it, I took some 120 grit sand paper and smoothed out the griddle surface-including the sides and back. Then, I washed it with warm soapy water and rinsed with clean water and dried it with paper towels. Now I was ready to season the top. First, I turned the burners on high and let the top burn in for 15 minutes before I put any oil on it. Then I put a small amount of flax seed oil and spread it around with some paper towels and a pair of tongs. I put oil around the sides and back. Let your oil burn off and then repeat the process. I did it 6 more times! It turned out great...it's a dark, non-stick surface! Then I put some bacon on it and cooked that up-turned out great. The next morning, I cooked bacon, sausage and pancakes-my family loved it! I also made smash burgers for lunch-another hit. I cooked hibachi on the griddle tonight-I love this thing! There is a learning curve-you have to be mindful of the heat-this thing will get hot!

When it was done, I took my spatula and spread the grease around really well, tuned the burners off, scraped the top, wiped it with a paper towel, put a little olive oil on it and called it good! Can't wait to use this thing more-gonna do some smash burgers and hot dogs tomorrow.

Great Grill/Griddle at a Great Price! I bought this on clearance at Menards because of the price but mainly to try a solid surface griddle/grill. I like the idea of a solid cooking surface to do a wider variety of recipes. Cooking breakfast on the griddle as well as steak with veggie stir fry is what made me want to try the solid griddle surface. Looking forward to lots of new experimental dishes on the Char-Grille Griddle.
