Masterbuilt 40 inch Electric Smoker Cover

Great cover. I have had this cover for several years, out in the snow, rain, and sun and has help up so well. very happy!

So so. My only complaint with the cover is it feels cheap could be thicker

Saved smoker from the weather. Great cover for my smoker. Helped keep the smoker looking new during weather changes.

Works well and has lasted pretty well. It has survived 5 years of daily AZ desert sunshine and is still kicking. I used some automotive uv protector spray on it the first two years, but I have neglected it the past 3 and it's still holding up, just starting to fade to gray where it gets the most sun exposure. Functionally sound even where discolored.

Excellent cover. Most outdoor smoker covers don’t last more than a year. The one that came with this smoker is very robust and has lasted exceptionally well. I’m very pleased.

Great investment. Purchased when I got my smoker 5 years ago. It sits out in all weather (I live in Ohio) only thing I would recommend is to not let snow/ice sit on it

Great cover. I enjoy having this cover. It keeps the dust & wasps off my smoker.

Covers well, wind rips it off. J have this on my analog smoker (30inch, not 40). The wind will often blow the cover off. I've purchased one of these in the past where the wind ripped it off and broke the velcro straps. Does keep rain off top and sides, but rain will splash up underneath.

Good cover. First 2 years work great, now it is broken in several places.

Great cover. This cover fits like a glove! Keeps all moisture and dust out.

Excellent Cover for the money. Bought this cover for my electric smoker about 5 years ago and it still looks great.

40" vertical smoker cover. Works and fits good. Quality is decent. Does a good job keeping the smoker dry when it rains.

Durable Protection That Fits Like a Glove. The Masterbuilt 40-Inch Electric Smoker Cover is a must-have if you want to keep your smoker in top condition. The fit is spot-on—snug enough to stay in place but not so tight that it’s a hassle to put on or remove. The heavy-duty material feels strong and weather-resistant, giving me confidence that my smoker is protected from rain, sun, and dust. I also appreciate the stitching and overall construction—it doesn’t feel flimsy like some generic covers I’ve tried. After leaving it outside through different weather conditions, it’s held up well without fading or tearing. Cleanup is as easy as hosing it off if needed. Overall: A simple but essential accessory. If you’ve invested in a 40-inch Masterbuilt smoker, this cover is the perfect way to extend its life and keep it looking and performing like new.

Fits great and keeps the weather out! I really like the fit of this cover and it does a great job protecting the smoker through the elements. The 4 star rating is because the cover doesn't last very long. UV rays from the sun break down what I am presuming is nylon and I have to purchase a new cover every year to be certain that rain and/or snow (yes I smoke in the winter) doesn't ruin the heating element and cause more problems.

Smoker cover. My smoker cover is reliable and durable in all season I live in.

Fits like a glove. Perfect fit to keep my slow smoker covered when not in use.

Works well. I bought this a few years ago for my 40 inch adventure series smoke. It fits perfectly and does what I need.

Great to protect from the weather. I bought the cover at the same time I bought my smoker. I love it

Better than the generic. At first i bought an generic one and I replaced it in less than a year. The quality and fit are worth the extra paid. Will be buying the Masterbuilt cover the next time I buy a smoker for sure.

Great cover. Wonderful cover ! Protects the grill & keeps the elements out. Perfect !!

Durable cover. The material feels durable and weather-resistant, which gives me peace of mind knowing my smoker is shielded from rain, dust, and the sun when it's not in use. It's easy to slip on and off, and it stays securely in place. Keeping my smoker clean and protected will definitely extend its life, and this cover does the job wonderfully. Highly recommend it to anyone with a compatible Masterbuilt smoker.

Great Addition. Adding the cover to our smoker was a great idea. It not only protects it from the elements when not in use but looks great as well.

Clean! This cover fits perfect and keeps my smoker ready for a good meal!

Masterbuilt Electric Smoker Cover. This cover fits well and is waterproof. It keeps my smoker clean and free of dust and dirt.

Draw string did not hold up to the weather. I have had this cover for a year (ordered with the smoker) and the cover works fine but the draw string did not hold up and is starting to degrade and break apart. However, the cover itself is still in great shape and i just put a bungy cord around the unit and everything stays protected from the elements.

Durable, Snug Fit – Keeps My Smoker Protected. The Masterbuilt 30-Inch Electric Smoker Cover is exactly what I needed to keep my smoker safe from the elements. It’s made from heavy-duty material that feels tough and weather-resistant — no issues with rain, wind or sun so far. The fit is snug without being too tight and it stays in place even on windy days. It also helps keep dust and debris off the smoker when I’m not using it. For the price, the quality is great and it really helps extend the life of the smoker. A must-have if you store yours outside or in the garage.

Does what it needs to. You can buy generic smoker covers off of Amazon, but if you have a Masterbuilt, then the cover should advertise your brand.

40”. Cover holds up well. Color starts to fade after a couple of years. I’ll probably replace it just for cosmetics.

Don’t put in washing machine. Works fine, just don’t wash it in a washing machine

Good indoor dust cover. I don't keep my unit outside, but do use the cover while storing in the garage, and it works great to keep the dust off. I only wish they had a cover that would also fit the slow smoker attachment while it's attached. This cover will not stretch over that. Also, I would guess that if used outside, this cover might blow off with strong wind. A cable tie or something built into the cover might help.

Smoker Cover. I purchased months ago, the cover is great and still looks good.

Fits Perfectly. I had searched for the correct size cover for quite some time. After reaching out to Masterbuilt Customer Service, I found this cover and placed the order. When it arrived, it fit perfectly which allowed me to finally move my smoker outside for storage.

Masterbuilt smoker cover. I am on my second Masterbuilt smoker cover. These covers are fantastic, the first one lasted me 3 years even though it was outside in the weather the entire time!

I love my MasterBuilt electric smoker!! This was given to me by someone who had never used it and wasn’t sure how to go about using it. I absolutely love it! I have smoked a lot of things in it and my husband and I think it all tastes great! We have said that when it eventually wears out, we’re definitely going to buy one to replace it!! We love it that much!

Nice cover. This cover is very durable and holds up to crappy Wisconsin weather. Keeps the smoker clean and dry so we are able to use it in all weather conditions. It sits on our deck 365 days a year and still works!

Great smoker. My son has one and loves it,it's a great smoker,I tried it and really like it to..

Smoker cover. This cover is great for my electric smoker. It fits perfectly but the sun will fade the cover.

Durable. I bought this about 2 years ago and it is still going strong. Protects the smoker from the elements in all types of weather while it is not in use. Especially keeping it dry during thunderstorms

Standard cover. Covers the dimensions well but can be bought for cheaper elsewhere at similar quality

Amazing coverage. I had an older smoker from masterbuilt and this cover stopped all weather from the outside even during 3 hurricanes. Great product

40 inch Electric Smoker Cover 40 inch E. I have an older Masterbuilt propane smoker, probably dates back to 2010-2012, and i needed a replacement cover for it. Thought the size of this cover would work, but it was too small. Found out from Masterbuilt that my smoker was now phased-out, and no accessories were available. That's OK, because this Masterbuilt propane smoker is a tank, and still works great. I've only had to replace the hose and regulator on the find I've had it. So it's a great piece of equipment. I take care of it and keep it covered when I'm not using it. I actually found a custom cover for it and it fits fine. Thanks Masterbuilt for making such a great smoker. When this one goes bad, I'll be ordering a new one from you, that's guaranteed!!

Nice cover and perfect fit. Not worth buying off brands that are cheaply made and dont fit well.

Masterbuilt Smoker Cover. The cover arrived as promised and has been in service about a month now. It is well-made and looks like it will last at least several years as expected. It is perfect size to cover my smoker and is easy to put on, secure, and take off. I also added a box of fire starters when I ordered the cover, and they are excellent too. I love my smoker, have made several great cooks since I got it. Masterbuilt is very good at getting you taken care of with any accessories you may want. I am going to order a couple extra meat temperature probes soon as I am expanding my smoking repertoire.

Poor customer service. It took them almost a month to ship my cover. You cannot call and speak to a person, and email inquiries take a few weeks to get anyone to respond. If you have a choice, buy from another company.

Great Cover. I’ve had one for 5 years holds up to the elements well

Smoker. I bought this my charcoal smoker 02/05/2024 Because I figured it would be worth the hype I brought the turkey it was awesome material and all but purchasing this expensive charcoal smoker I just knew it would be worth the price it the material is toying at best I would expect more but got less it did the job but I don’t expect longevity because it’s thin and can blow away in a hard storm

Solid Cover. The cover was a great fit and very durable and I would recommend it.

Keep it Clean. Purchased when I bought the smoker and it does a great job keeping smoker clean between uses

Fantastic cover. Nicely made. Thick. Keeps it dry and ready to use

Fits perfectly. I didn’t have a cover for my last smoker. This one fits perfectly and keeps the weather off. Should’ve got it sooner!!

Nice Smoker. I’ve used my smoker 3 times so far and I have a lot learn. I’ve enjoyed it so far.

Great cover. Perfect fit! Works perfectly. Good design..........

N/a. Ordered this product never received it and customer shipping won’t answer me back.

Order never received. I bought this over a month ago and still have not recieved it.

Great service, though haven’t had time to open packages

DON’T BUY. This cover is of poor quality. It is the lightest most flimsy piece of material with absolutely no weight to it to support covering the smoker. The slightest wind simply lifts the “Cover” off the smoker. Very cheaply made to cover a great smoker. 100% Poor Quality. Don’t Buy

Thin Fabric but Fits Well. The material is very thin, so not sure how it will hold up to the cold winter. It fits the smoker well though, and is essential for protecting the fragile plastic electronic control panel from the weather.

Cheap, thin and I do not imagine this will last very long. I was genuinely surprised at the quality of the cover. I wanted a branded cover, knowing that they are typically the higher quality item to protect your investment. I do not trust this cover at all. It's so thing it seems like a heavy wind storm will rip it to shreds. What a disappointment.

Cheap Material. Cover is thin and is not durable. It is cheaply made.

Great fit, durability and value for the price. This cover fits perfectly. Good value. Was shipped quickly.

Very poor quality cover! This cover is so cheap. A plastic lawn and leaf bag would work just as well. I was going to send it back, but I didn’t want to go through the trouble Now I wish I did. $60.00 was what I paid and it’s not worth $2.00.

Great Fit! Protects the smoker from the rain. Fits the smoker like a glove.

Fits smoker snugly but not waterproof. Fits smoker snugly, but not slow cooker. Biggest complaint is I didn't see that is only weather resistant, not waterproof.

Perfect! Perfect and looks so neat. Weather plays havoc with covers so it was time to replace. So worth the price! Thanks!

Replacing Original Cover. I purchased this cover to replace the original cover that came with my smoker when purchased in 2017. This cover seems to be just as durable.

Smoke Flavor. Great smokey flavor throughout. Just used twice so will lean more as I use it.

Great Customer Service. After receiving the wrong cover, Masterbuilt made it right by sending me the correct sized cover, and they didn't even require me to send the original back. Great customer service. Thanks Masterbuilt!

Good cover for inside storage. Light weight, covers the smoker fine. Good for inside storage. Not sure it would hold up to outside storage

Meh! We bought this cover for our brand new 30” Digital Smoker. It covers it ok(wish it would also cover the auto smoke box attachment, but it doesn’t). If your smoker is on a uncovered back porch or deck, this cover is not waterproof. Light rain is ok, but real rain will soak through causing exposed screws to rust. That’s a shame with only having my smoker less than a month.

Heavy duty fits perfectly protects your investment

Smart smoker. Absolutely love this smoker. Super user friendly large enough to handle 4 racks of ribs at one cook. The smoke ring on a brisket is amazing and everyone commented on the ring it produces. You will not be disappointed at this price point and for this product.

Smoker cover. Holds up to the FL.sun really good, and fits my smoker nicely.

Great product. Easy to use and great results. This is my second one.

Nice Cover not heavy duty. nice cover, sun beats it up pretty good... will need to be replaced every couple of years if smoker is let out in the sun for long periods

Return credit. A smaller one was sent first and I returned it. The second one fit perfectly. I’m still waiting to see a refund for the return. Thanks

BEST ELECTRIC SMOKER FOR THE MONEY. I use this smoker almost daily. I smoke beef pork fish vegetables you name it. It works wonderfully

Simple and Easy. Simple plastic. Should last for 2-3 yrs. First one lasted 2 years in a saltwater environment.

MJ. Quality through and through. I appreciate your service.

Dog ate it, more of a joke review. 5 stars because my dog ate it the day i got it so it must be good.

Replacement cover. Replaced the original that had blown away. Fit fine.

Solid cover for subpar goods. Works great for Illinois weather.

2nd Masterbuilt. This is my second Masterbuilt. Loved the first one so much I did not even look at other brands. Also, a company that is Crist centered was a bonus. The only thing I could complain about is the door had 2 dings in it right out of the box. Cabelas only had one and I needed it to smoke some port. I ordered the smoker box and that raised the bar for my smoking even higher.

Affordable, effective smoker cover. Custom fit cover that is simple but effective cover for my Master built smoker. Well worth the price.

Returned smoker cover I didn’t like. Not heavy duty enough for outdoor use. Hard to get on the smoker.

Product meh, It's Ok. Shipping time - Awful! The product is Ok, it is just a cover, not much to expect to it, it is overpriced for a cover but I wanted to keep the cover and smoker same brand. Now shipping, that's WHOLE other deal here and the reason for my bad review. I purchased on 01/14 and this was delivered on 02/15 more than 30 days later!!! That is insane nowadays with Amazon prime and other suppliers, the other super inconvenience is to track your package I had to download the SHOP app give my information to this app just to know where my cover was, this is crazy and the collaboration between Masterbuilt and shop needs to END, very strange and not user friendly.

Water RESISTANT, not waterproof... ... and in all fairness, this cover IS described as water resistant, but even so - don't expect it to keep out water, if you're truly trying to keep your smoker bone dry. Not sure what they mean by double-stitched, but I can clearly see daylight through the sew-holes when looking into the inside of the cover. I Plan to run a bead of hot glue along the seams to hopefully make it more water "resistant."

Smoking Made Easy. An electric smoker is a great tool for those that smoke occasionally. Easy to use because the heating elements are electric and extremely controlable. It is also easy to clean. SuperBrisketBowl this weekend.

Fits Perfectly. The cover I had for my former MB smoker was such a pain as it barely would slide on and was nothing but a hassle but this one is great. Fits well but has enough fabric to slide easily into place. Love it.

Product. Only issues is it doesn’t fit with the slow smoker attached.

Smoker Cover. Shipping was as expected, and made from a durable material. I would recommend.

Well worth it. Good quality cover, fits perfectly. Well worth the money.

Cover does its job. This cover fits well, is easy to take on and off, and protects our smoker from mild weather.

Cheapest cover I have ever bought for the most money I have ever spent on one! Very dissatisfied with this purchase. The box iit came in is more durable then the cover.

Replacement a must. Fits nicely on my electronic smoker and protects against bird droppings

Smoker review. Works well, easy to use. I would suggest using an external thermometer with probe to track the meat temperature.

Cover problem? It’s a good cover just the strings need some work, they have already torn and are no longer connected to each other, I would suggest a better cord.

Horrible experience with this smoker. The bottom railing came broken. The smoker digital timer runs off and resets when you try to use it. The fan doesn’t work. Just a bad purchase

Great replacement. The old cover had dried up in the sun. This replacement fits perfectly and seems to be sturdier than the original one. Delivery was prompt. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thanks.

Does not work. I bought this cover less than 1 year ago and it does not provide any protection from the rain. Every time it rains my smoker gets filled with rain water. I do not recommend this product.

Great features. In doing research I found this to cook everything. With four racks and having Bluetooth capability your phone will assist with making sure what your cooking will turn out perfect. Had to order cover due to Lowe’s didn’t carry it. Firs like a glove. Really enjoying this smoker.
