Masterbuilt 710 WiFi Digital Electric Smoker and Cover Bundle

Totally regret purchasing. Every time the door is opened SYNC message comes on and smoker continuously beeps. After closing door, temperature continues to drop, have to unplug smoker and start everything up again. Instructions for rib recipe calls for spraying ribs every 30 minutes. Had to skip that, otherwise I'd have to start everything up again every 30 minutesfor 4 hours. Taking smoker back tomorrow. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE.

All the features I am searching for. I've never purchased A master built smoker or anything but just researching them and reading about them I'm destined to buy one sooner or later and I'll let you know just how it worked out

DO NOT BUY! Bricked after 2 uses. If I would have written this after the first 2 times I used it, it would be 5 stars. But now, if I could give this zero stars, I would. I went to start it to cook my 3rd set of ribs this summer. The temp showed 250 and would not budge. I had it under a cover to keep it safe, but now, it’s essentially scrap metal with WiFi capability. Just get a regular non-“smart” smoker.

It's fine, but the tech is unreliable. Smoker has been ok. Have had some good cooks with it, but it's fought me a lot as I try to use it more. App disconnects constantly (the antenna being on the bottom of the smoker probably doesn't help that). The temp sensor and the probes are junk and don't give accurate temp readings. I just use an internal thermometer, a good temp probe, and a timer instead of relying on the masterbuilt stuff. Also, don't waste your money on the cover "designed for it". It fits like you're using a cover for a different smoker anyway, might as well go buy one in the right size that works better.

Perfect entry tier smoker. Buy this before you drop a bunch of money on expensive equipment. You'll get comfortable with the smoking process quickly, and if you decide to upgrade you can still use the 710 for smaller meals/sides.

smoker good/ app terrible. The smoker itself seems to work ok but the app is hot garbage. Loses connection to the smoker if you look at it funny mid smoke. Trying to set temp is hit and miss. Temp probe worked for 4 hours then is no longer recognized

Average Smoker. Doesn't keep a consistent temperature, but da food still good!

Terrible construction. I bought a Masterbuilt electric smoker expecting decent quality, but the interior started rusting far sooner than it should have. Despite proper cleaning and storage, the inside is now so rusted that metal is flaking off and the unit feels unsafe to use. The racks and interior panels are heavily corroded, and it’s nearly impossible to clean without scraping off more rust. For a product designed to handle moisture and heat, this level of deterioration is unacceptable. A smoker shouldn’t become a safety concern this quickly. Not like my old masterbuilt. If you smoke at cooler temps this unit will disappoint. Operation manual basically states this. Will not produce smoke at lower operating temperatures just crank it up wide open for 8-10 minutes to make smoke. Translation: ruin you finished product. Smoking meat is a science and an art. Repeatability is mandatory. Randomly altering temps to create smoke is clown car level nonsense. Loved my old masterbuilt smoker with two independent heat elements one for smoke generation and one for temp. Very disappointed

It's a work horse! I received the smoker as a christmas gift about 4 year ago. I kept it on my deck covered with its cover. Rain, shine, snow; this recent winter storm let it covered with snow; and is working great. I've made Brisket, loins, Ribs, Salmon, Pork but, chicken and turkey. My only neg is the cover gets brittleand breaks, the grill trays are getting corroded, the back grease collection tray is rusted but lol is been 4 years... It's ready for the summer...

Ease of use and cleaning. My family got this for Christmas, and I have used it ever since. The wifi features are a bit tricky at first, but once you figure them out, they are very convenient. My personal favorite thing to make is ribs

Some of the best smoking ever. This version vertical smoker with wifi allows you to keep tabs on the cooking and smoking part. When you heat with Electricity the smoke generated goes all on the meat, so you get a stronger flavor and tender cooking, using a water bowl to keep it moist during it's smoking process.

I love it. This was my Christmas gift from my family. I could not believe because I have been eyeballing different models and makes for years. This i a pretty asy to use model. The wifi and Bluetooth make the issues mot complain about a thing of the past. Access to temp, probe, and adjusting temp. Is so wonderful. It also gives temp, and probe history during your cook and alerts when everything get to temp. Also the side fill tube makes adding wood chips without opening the door and losing temp. A big plus. Clean up is easy. All of my cooks have been successful and delicious. This is from an inexperienced person in the smoking world. Looking forward to smoking bacon from belly, and Canadian bacon from loin. The only thing I would recommend is that they consider adding casters to this smoker. I easily solved this be purchasing locking casters from Amazon. Easy and economical fix. Just give in and purchase this model. You will NOT regret it!

for the BEST smoked meats and veggies. I have used this smoker for years, my go to. I love I can check the internal temp. without opening the door. makes incredible Prime Rib, off the chart Mac and Cheese and even corn on the cob. even smoked ketchup is a big hit for burgers.

Perfect smoker. Talk about set it and forget it! This beauty lets you monitor so easily from a distance that it almost feels like cheating. Everything comes out delicious and nice and smokey!

Cooks well, but smaller than I’d like. Purchased this smoker in the summer of 25 to replace my first Masterbuilt Electric smoker. My first Masterbuilt was massive - so much space for many different foods to smoke simultaneously. I’ve smoked with charcoal for many years prior to my foray into electric smokers. I find the ease of a “set and forget” smoker helps tremendously. The 710, while small, cooks well , is reliable, and a great investment.

Not good in Texas. I’ve used this thing twice in Texas where it doesn’t get cold and I get an err1 code indicating a temperature probe problem. I don’t recommend if you live in Texas and need a reliable smoker. Their parts aren’t quality and won’t last.

Good smoker, terrible app. It smokes food but the wifi/app/sensors are problematic. Adding the device to the app is successful maybe 50% of the time. It typically will get to where it tries to configure the wifi then hangs up indefinitely. When it is finally connected, I've never been able to use the app to set the temperature. It says the door is open. The temperature/time graph is a nice feature until it completely resets randomly during a smoke so all the history is lost. If you leave the app in the background then come back an hour later, it will be frozen and will have to be restarted. And the cooking history will probably be lost. It's unfortunate that the experience of owning this smoker has been so negativity affected by the poorly developed app. It's a pretty decent smoker for the price and if it weren't so frustrating to use because of the wifi and app, I'd have probably given this a much higher rating.

Love my smoker but the app is basically useless! I love this smoker that my son bought for us as a Christmas gift. He has one also and really likes it as well, but we both have problems with the app, which basically doesn't work at all. The app should keep the smoker connected to your IPhone but won't stay connected via the Wi Fi, which is it supposed to. My IPhone 17 (brand new!) is not the problem--so if you think you're going to go to work and be able to adjust the temperature of the smoker or stop the cooking, you will NOT be able to do so. AND I have an extensive Eero nest system which connects to the outdoor cameras quite well but the smoker loses connectivity when I walk to the other side of the house! This is not supposed to happen. I believe the company needs to invest in a new app because this one sucks. Otherwise, I love to cook with the smoker. I've done chicken, ribs, country ribs, and my son does an outrageous prime rib on his Masterbuilt electric smoker, as well. But the app is a real problem. Don't know why the company doesn't just invest in a new one? I'm sure this is not the first time someone has said that the app has problems. BTW, since the app will not stay connected to the probe, to ensure that you don't overcook the meat, my Meater Thermometer probe worked so much better so I didn't need to keep running back outside to the smoker to check the temp. Just know, you'll need to buy one and it will ensure that you won't overcook but it still won't be contro

Great wile it lasted. I had mine 1 year controller went bad now it's just unusable box

Defective out of the box. During the initial seasoning process it took forever to get to temp. Per the manual, I reached out to Masterbuilt. They sent me a new module. It still took 2 hours to get to the set temp when I used it for the first time. I wanted 250 degrees, the only way to get that temp was to set it to 275. I returned it to Lowes. Too bad as I thought the design was spot on for the features.

Perfect Christmas Rib Roast!!! I bought my 710 WIFI smoker this past summer. Been trying different things perfecting my brisket and pork butt recipes. At Christmas did my usual Rib Roast and it turned out awesome. Could cut it with a butter knife and the flavor was loved by all 15 people who attended dinner.

Wow, what a smoker! I normally smoke baby back ribs but I decided to smoke a prime rib. It was easy to do and we ended up with one magnificent prime rib.

Smoking made eazy. My new Masterbuilt smoker is a GREAT upgrade from my old Pit Boss. after firing it up and letting it season by letting it smoke and clear any oil. I smoked a hole turkey. It turned out to be the BEST ole I have ever smoked. And having all info right on my phone saved my a lot of time checking to see what it was doing. and it was SO easy to add more wood chips to it. I think I will be smoking more often than ever before. Thank you MASTERBUILT.

Great upgrade from my Wal Mart special. I got tired of constantly monitoring my old charcoal smoker and it never getting up to temp. I smoked my Thanksgiving Turkey and Christmas Ham and Prime Rib. No complaints.

Electric and I’m in Hog Heaven! My daughter gave me this wonderful Wi-Fi electric smoker for Christmas last year. Her late husband and I have always smoked Boston butts on a wood smoker, we considered electric smokers geekish,if that is a word, Lol. Anyway , smoking my first Boston butt, I am totally sold on the ease of operation and worry free experience. Thanks to my daughter and especially to you who develops better experiences for us non believers.

Great entry level smoker and space saver! I bought this smoker for my shop to feed my crew, and we are astonished on how esay it is to operate and how good the food turned out. Can't wait to make ribs and brisket

Love it. My wife got me this for Christmas. I smoked a pork roast. It was amazing. The app was awesome. Very easy set up from the start. Simple to use. My favorite part is the app and all the recipies. The only down is with it being electric it takes longer to heat up and its difficult to keep the temperature when its cold outside

Get’s the job done. I have had mine for a while. You can fit a decent amount of food in it. The temperature on the internal thermometer is accurate. Not great range on the wifi.

Works Good. I can never get the connection to work, so for me it was a useless feature.

Display is weak. I too have had this a for approximately 18 months but probably used 10 times. One morning I plugged it in and the display looked like the thing on predator’s sleeve. I unplugged it and plugged it in again but it doesn’t light up or do anything.

Junk controller bad connection, short life. Controller was impossible to connect to wifi or bluetooth, stopped working altogether in less than one season. now have a bricked smoker to take to the dump. never again for masterbuilt

Disappointed in the materials and construction. Bought this to replace my old Masterbuilt pro. It works. But not built nearly as well. Had to adjust the door before use. The materials are cheaper and thinner than the old one and also lacks wheels on the back two legs. Over all like I said it works but I feel like I traded in a F250 king ranch for an F150 XL.

710 Electric smoker. I bought this smoker 10 months ago and I just love it. The meat is juicy and tender. Just love this smoker.

DO NOT BUY. bought to replace another brand. I wanted to app feature and wifi. Well first off the controller failed, Masterbuild replaced it. New controller worked one time, then it did what everyone complains about, loosed conection (even if the door is never opened) Temperature control is +-20 deg F. NOT good control, Probes do not read correct, again about 10 deg off. Suggest not to purchase this product. I use mine with external remote probes. I got really tired of the loss of connection. Not making those 20 trips outside to reconnect, since I use remote probes. Oven seems to work fine, I just set it 10 deg high to maintain smoke due to the large temperature swing.

Good but cant figure out how to get a part. Overall I love the electric smoker. WIFI disconnects too easy so you have to go out there and hold down the bluetooth button to reconnect. After the 90 day warranty, at about 110 days, the digital display went out and I cannot find this part anywhere online and the masterbuild site is super hard to navigate and figure out how to talk with someone. I have heard great things about their customer service but cannot even find the part to order which should be covered under warranty imo.

mobile app is awful. i've had it for a year now its nice but the mobile app needs work. its a pain in the butt always having to pair to phone every couple of hours just a waste of time. just tried to upload image saying its disabled and have to open the door and hit the pair button again it is in need of a firmware update badly.

Bad experience. I just returned mine at Lowe’s. No support help. Wouldn’t stay connected to WiFi. Had wrong smoker every time I tried to find information or help. Support never bothered to contact me back. So won’t buy another one.

Great beginner smoker! If smoking meat was this easy, I should have started years ago. I purchased this one as a "scratch and dent" at a local store and am enjoying it immensely. It was easy to assemble and to learn to use. I do need to get a little more ambitious with my seasonings, but this smoker produces a good amount of smoke for the small amount of wood chips used which is really nice. I have already done chicken legs and thighs and they were good. It's easy to use and clean up is pretty easy if you use foil to wrap the water pan and drip tray. I like it and look forward to years of delicious smoked meats!

Good smoker. I got this smoker for my daughter and she loves it and has cooked several great meals with this smoker. Very easy to use and WiFi is very good.

Phoenix/Yountville Chili. I own 2 Masterbuilt grills. A 1050 and an 800 Gravity Series. I absolutely love both of them. My 1050 came unassembled but I purchased my 800 series from a Home Depot. It was a floor model and there were missing parts. I emailed Masterbuilt and they promptly sent me the missing parts. Customer service was very good. Also, I’ve owned a cover for my 1050 for over 3 years. I live in Phoenix with the extreme summers. My grill stays outdoors and covered. My cover still looks brand new and I’ll be purchasing one for my 800 series. 5 stars for the products and if I could give customer service 10 stars I would.

Good smoker overall. I have used the smoker on 5 occasions so far. Does a good job of smoking and temps stay pretty true. Pretty happy with it. My only gripes are that the Bluetooth won't stay connected between uses. Generally have to go out early to try. Usually end up deleting the app from my iPhone then starting the setup all over. Major nuisance. The wi-fi stays connected so you get notices and can see the temp. However you have to have the Bluetooth connected to control it remotely. Also, this smoker really needs side handles to move it. Again, not the end of the world but still another nuisance. Once this thing is out of warranty I'll figure out a way to add them. Glad I bought it and have used it more than I thought I would.

BUYER BEWARE, failed after 5 uses. I bought this smoker on 4/28/2024. I used it 5 times and it fails to power on as of 07/10/2025 just shy of 15 months after purchase, and just beyond the 12 month warranty. Funny how that happens. Customer services refuses to do anything for me because I'm beyond warranty date. This is my second Masterbuilt smoker. My first had three control boxes on it. I was dumb enough to buy a new one and expect diffierent results. I won't make that mistake again.

Not worth the money. I bought this smoker 2 years ago. At first it was mediocre, but for the last 2 months, it won't smoke if the temp is below 210 degrees. Today, it wouldn't maintain the temperature. I set the temp at 170 and it went up to almost 185. In the past, it would go 2 or 3 degrees above and below the target temp, but now, it seems to do whatever it wants to do. Also, it has a very small wood chip hopper, so when it does smoke, chips have to be added about every 30 to 45 minutes to get a half decent smoke.

No smoke below 220F. Purchased last week. Doesn’t smoke at temps below 220F. It will cook but no smoke. Have to turn temp up for smoke then down…up…down….up….down etc…

Great upgrade from my Char Broil electric smoker. I wanted remote monitoring. This smoker delivers. Up to 4 meat probes, graphs showing the temp profile of each. Plenty of water tray capacity, easy to add wood. Easily cleaned after cool down with micro fiber cloths. I added a wifi cable extender from Amazon to help access my wifi. The antennae placement is surrounded by the metal legs. If low signal strength at your smoker, try this. App is solid.

So cool with the app! The 710 WiFi Electric Smoker is a powerhouse. Tons of great features and functionality for the price. The app is absolutely awesome. When I’m planning a cookout, I need to be able to bounce between the backyard and the kitchen as dishes are being prepared. The app gives me the ability to know what’s happening with the smoker without needing to have eyes on it. Awesome!

The best little smoker. Use with Masterbuilt's 710 App, used with or without the Temperature probe, smoke keeps temps with in 5 degrees plus or minus for the entire cooking time. Using the smoker chips tray from the outside is a plus, keeps the temps from falling like other brand smokers, once you open the door to add chips. Smoking a brisket can take you 12 to 16 hours, done right and slow, but the smoke chips tray will only hold about 6 hours. But for most other smoke cooking, the size is adequate. I've made some really great smoked foods with it, so far, looking forward to more before winter hits up here in the great lakes state. With the Wi-Fi app, you can keep constant monitoring of temps, or you can cook to a predetermined temp and then go to keep warm. The best part of this smoker is it's cooking heat is electric, so when you add the wood chips you get more, stronger smoke flavor, more than the pellet smokers that rely on the burning pellets to cook with!

Easiest smoker I have owned. I have had this smoker for about a year. And this is much simpler to use than the others I have had the last 15 years. Preparing to use the smoker is nice and evenly covered. Care of clean up is simple and easy to put away when not in use. But it you will not be disappointed!!!

Stay inside, monitor via smartphone. We are transplants from Texas to South Dakota. Our neighbors have never experienced Real Barbecue. When our Masterbuilt gets cranked-up and that unbelievable aroma wafts gently around the circle, we are inundated with visits from our neighbors sharing that gaze of hope for just a taste of heaven. So easy to provide, and share an unforgettable slice of that memory of the Texas Crosstimbers. "Come on in, have a sip or two, and wait for it."

Great Smoker with WiFi. Loving my new smoker. I’m a techie so I enjoy the convenience of using the app. I would have liked the ability to add more chips at a time but that’s minor. So far, everything has turned out good. Looking to add a Gravity Series grill next to it.

Smoker. I've had my smoker for 7 years and absolutely love it! Year round it's in constant use from fish, game, every red meat cut, white meat, Mac n cheese, potatoe and so very many more dishes... including smoked breads and cheeses. Family and friend's bring everything imaginable to smoke. Master built is 100% number 1 in our life and will always be! Many many person's have bought because of ours. Thank you Master Built we love our smoker and will always be Master Built family.

Great Little Smoker. This smoker is easy to use and lets you keep track of the temperature of your food on your phone, so you don't have to go outside to keep checking on it. I just got this smoker and so far, everything has come out tender and juicy. I would recommend that Masterbuilt move the control box to the top of the smoker like some of the older models, because the grease and juices spill on it when you take food out. Also, I added locking wheels to the bottom so that I can roll it where I need it.

Love the new features! I bought this new 710 Wifi smoker to replace my 11 year old Masterbuilt smoker. I passed the older smoker on to my son and now he is learning the art of smoking meat. My new smoker, the 710 Wifi smoker is awesome. Love the new features of using my smart phone to run the unit, track multiple meat probe temperatures, and adjust temps/times without even being at home. Already smoked a brisket and a prime rib roast and the both turned out super tender and delicious.

Everything I expected. Loved how easy it was to setup and operate, didn’t have to babysit it. We use ours at least once a week, very satisfied with the results.

You can't buy the needed temperature probes! This smoker, the 710 WiFi, has the ability to monitor four meat probes, it is the main reason I bought it. It comes with one probe, but guess what? You can't buy additional probes. Masterbuilt doesn't sell them and no other probe is compatible. Why in the world would you design and sell such a smoker, but not the parts to operate it?

710 WiFi Electric Smoker. I purchased this about a month ago. Very easy to set up and use. The wifi option is great so I can keep an eye on my temp and time while doing other things!

Best smoker on earth! My 710 Wi-Fi digital smoker is the best on the market! I researched it and found that all the YouTube videos are right. I have smoked briskets, turkey, salmon, oxtails, chicken and all have been outstanding! I love my Masterbuilt smokers!!

No Compromises! I've had mu Masterbuilt digital electric smoker for several years, putting away my offset as a result. I'm a smoking traditionalist and was leery about the quality of the food the Masterbuilt would produce. It was a Fathers' Day gift, so I was obligated to use it. My worries were unfounded. Not only did my Masterbuilt electric smoker cook extraordinarily well, in several ways it's better than my old (retired) offset. In addition to be more simple to work, heat control is automatic and digital monitoring is a fantastic upgrade. And the amount of smoke produced is incredible! That may have been the biggest (and best) surprise. Traditionalist I may be, NOTHING was compromised by switching from an offset smoker to the Masterbuilt!

Don’t buy this. Piece of junk. Used twice and now it won’t hold consistent temperature. Ruined a whole batch of meat. Made a warranty claim but it has been ongoing for months back and forth. They say it needs a temp probe. It arrives three weeks later and is wrong part. Send me another temp probe with no instructions on how to replace other one. All I want is my money back so I can buy Treagar. Waste of time and money. Junk.

Cannot connect. So far, it seems to function fine, but the connectivity and the app are beyond.Horrible

Gonna be fun. So far I’ve just gotten to season and connect the 710 smoker to WiFi. I can say I like how light it is for its size but it’s just a little awkward to move around. Maybe if it came with the wheels right off? It does heat up pretty quickly. Definitely interested to see how well it works.

Not again. Have had two of these neither has lasted more than 2 years the last one used twice less than a year old.Electronic failures parts cost half what smoker poor quality.

Terrible. I bought this a year ago and used it three times. I was going to smoke some salmon, plugged it in and no power, it doesn't turn on. It is the 3rd smoker that I've owed, and this is absolutely the worst smoker I've ever owed. Do not buy this smoker. It doesn't heat properly, the smoke stops smoking because the heating element shuts down when it reaches temperature, but then it's not hot enough to heat the wood chips for constant smoke. DON'T BUT THIS SMOKER!

I purchased the smoker two months ago. It was extremely difficult to connect the smoker to wifi and Bluetooth. Once connected the app worked great until I opened the door. Could never get it reconnected until I unplugged it and waited several minutes. After plugging back in it connected but by then my temp had dropped. I complained to service department and they sent out a new controller that did the same thing. If the smoker stays connected it’s a pleasure to use and works great.

Very bad product. Awful smoker. You can’t cook ribs in this thing without drying them out because nothing will ignite produce smoke if you want to do “low and slow” the way ribs are supposed to be. It’s just an outdoor oven. Fine if that’s all you want it for, but not for people who want real bbq. The WiFi connectivity is also poor.

Upgrade from my 13 year old electri smoker. I have had the 710 electric smoker for a few weeks now. It replaced my 13 year old original electric smoker from Masterbuilt. Same great quality but the added benefit of wifi, phone app and taller. I used mine over the weekend as a warmer for 4 smoked pork butts. Just so many uses for this little smoker.

Amateur turned pro. This is my second Masterbuilt. There are many brands ...however none make a weekend warrior look like a pro like my Experience with Masterbuilt. Thank you!

My first smoker! Bought this last year as my gateway to getting into smoking foods of all shapes and sizes. I can honestly say I’m so glad I did and I have learned so much using it. The build quality is exceptional, never had a single issue with this unit. Upgraded to the cold smoke attachment as well and what a pair!! Such an amazing tool to have in my arsenal, I liked it so much I got my buddy to buy one and he’s also loving it!!

Awesome Smoker. we bought this awesome smoker last year and made some awesome food for us and friends! Brisket, ribs, prime rib, turkey, burnt ends. YUM! it would not let me add photos, but they were awesome! Loved having control on my phone as well.

Best Smoker by far. I've smoked meats for about the past 7 years, I've had success and my hardest obstacle was consistency. With this WiFi smoker I have all the data at my finger tips! Smoking anything from jerky to roast beef is a snap. I'll never switch to another smoker

710 WiFi smoker electric. I purchased my 710 electric WiFi smoker a month and a half ago and I have used it twice has worked really well both times the meat has been juicy smoked flavor.

Saved my life! About 8 years ago, I got my first smoker when I was going through one of the tuffest periods in my life. I started smoking as a hobby/stress relief activity for my PTSD. The features on the smoker are so convenient, and anything I put in my smoker comes out beautifully. I now have a new passion, however my smoker finally cooked its last meat and I’m in need of a new one.

Perfect ribs. I loved how the grill kept your temperature within 5° of your setting used it almost every day. I was a full-time RV and put it in my trailer until I got in an accident and destroyed the grill planning on getting another one in the near future..

The smoker itself works great. The WiFi part of it is not worth the extra money. Doesn’t stay connected. The app freezes up. When it does connect, the app and the smoker digital display don’t correspond with same readings.

Not allowed replacement part, broken after 1 year. I bought this smoker, and in less than a year the control panel has failed. The unit was used 3 times, and stored indoors during the winter. When I contacted Masterbuilt customer support to purchase a replacement control panel, then mentioned that replacement modules are only available for units under warranty. Unfortunately, I don’t have my receipt, so am unable to purchase the replacement control panel, rendering the entire unit useless.

Digital WIFI smoker doesn’t work digitally. The grill seems good, but the app is terrible. If you open the door it disconnects and it won’t reconnect. The only way to to get the smoker to reconnect is to remove the smoker from the app and repair it. I also bought extra temp sensors and they don’t work either. Don’t waste your money trying buy the one that is supposed to work digitally.

Sucks. I used it 5 times. Now is doesn't work. I can't even find a new control panel replacement.

easy to use. it is so great to be able to go about other chores and projects and be able to see what is going on with the smoker on my phone ! So easy to use , and it sure does taste good when it is done ! This is the third Masterbuilt I have purchased , and by far the best choice yet !

Disappointed. Digital setting is way off from actual temperature inside the smoker. Used it twice now and same thing. Very disappointed that I spent good money on it.

better than Pellet. Have/Had a pellet smoker, it did a good job, but it never really had a smoke flavor like a wood burner, So I purchase 710-unit hands down this is legit, I can get the smoke flavors that I could not achieve with the pellet smoker, addition I got the cold smoker addon .. 100% worth it

So easy making the best around. I have had all kinds of Smokers. From the Home Shop made to expensive on-line purchased wood fired smokers. None have come close to the ease of this Masterbuilt 710 WI-FI. Love to sit inside and keep an eye on my favorite food. Better than Best, and sinks the rest.

Perfect heat control. I have two smokers both electric 40”. A full rack of baby back ribs fit perfectly-no need to half the racks like in a 30” smoker. The electric heating element maintains perfect temperature throughout the cooking time for the most tender finished ribs. So easy I just set the heat and 4-6 hour cooking time and walk away -so easy.

electric smoker. great smoker. only drawback is you need to plug it in. love the wifi connectivity.

Good Eatin. I have my second Masterbuilt smoker, both have allowed me to make many great meals for myself and my family. I love making smoked pork butt. We love the way it turns out and, it's so much cheaper than buying BBQ.

WiFi is the lazy smoker Mode! Load the water pan, fire up the power, fill the wood tray, and place the layers of meats you’ve chosen and sit back. In an hour check to add a few wood chips, or maybe flip the meat, but, dinner it on!

Digital Electric Smoker?! Lemme tell y'all 'bout this Masterbuilt 710 - she ain't my granddaddy's smoker, but that WiFi control is slicker than pork fat on a hot summer day! Four racks handles my weekend cookouts, and that side chip loader means I can keep addin' flavor without disturbin' my meat's beauty sleep. My smoker friends laugh when I show up, until they taste my bark. Not competition-worthy, but my brisket don't know it's electric!
