Masterbuilt 9007160171 – Smoking Rack (Piggy Back Rack)

wrong part. I purchased this item hoping it would fit because I could not find what I was really looking for. It did not, and when I tried to get help on how to return it, there was none. Your customer service is awful. I have never experienced the possibility of NEVER being able to speak to a human being before. Eventually we bent the rack to make it fit, but no, we are not thrilled with Masterbuilt.
