Non existent customer service. Still can’t contact anyone to help get my smoker running. Try reading the reviews for once. Please help me if you can I have registered it with you guys it’s a stand up model MB20250118 40” pellet smoker. Serial number is D1111834 It started over delivering pellets the auger would not shut off no matter how many times I reset it I decided to diagnose it myself. I figured it was the controller so I ordered a new one from you guys then the auger worked as it should but the blower fan wouldn’t come on at all. So I ordered one of those from your competitors because you don’t have them available while I was at it I ordered a new auger fan and meat probe temp sending unit. Individually I tested each feature and they work when powered up except the blower fan direct power works fine but not through the controller I am stuck please call me or text me or email please I don’t know what else to do. Thank you
