Bad Smoker in General. 6 months after I was given the smoker it died. Fought with Masterbuilt for over a year to get a new control panel. They finally replaced the control panel. My smoker is does not work. I bought this element thinking maybe it was shot. My smoker still does not work. Masterbuilt customer service is poor at best and the smoker I have is not worth it.

Not exact replacement, but made it work. Everything matched but the hole for the ground wire wasn't drilled in the new burner mount. Metal plate was tough to drill thru, but everything worked out and just smoked a delicious Boston butt.

Electric smoker heating element. Installation was not as hard as I thought it'd be. Received part sooner than expected. Total expense of $19 added years of use and pleasure to the smoker.

9907120011 - Element Kit - 800 Watt element kit. Purchased the above kit and everything went great, I wish the terminals were included with replacement heater, but local automotive store had the correct terminals. 3 rack of ribs and 1 brisket later, working well!!!!

Getting hot in here. Old heating element appears to have arched, the prongs, wires and hook ups were black charred and reduced to ash. I was halfway done with a pork butt when i noticed i was losing heat. Oven to the rescue. Replacement arrived promptly and was simple to install. I've made two briskets and a chicken since then with no heating problems. If the element archs again I will repost my review but I feel good about my repair job.

Masterbuilt. The element is working great. The process of replacing the element was a bit tedious. It would appear the designer never replaced the before. Consideration should be given to make it easier. The hardest part was contacting the company, no phone number, no email for support, other than cooking out a questionnaire, in which I requested information whether it was a faulty element or the control switch. I received no info from the company. So I bought the element and thought of it didn't repair the issue, the smoker would probably be junked and i would buy another brand. My suggestion, have a support email to simply answer questions. My rating is based upon my overall experience not just the smoking unit.

800 watt element. I've had my Masterbuilt 30" smoker for several years and have had to replace the element twice. Because they are so fairly priced, I ordered 2 elements this time so I'll have a spare on hand. Ordering was easy, the elements arrived quickly and work fine.

New heating element. Part was easy to install and worked great for 3 cook's...now not working again.. I believe my smoker my just need replaced..

Smoking. Once the product was available in stock i ordered it. I found the item with no problem. I installed with no problem. It works with no problems. All is good. no issues. Good price. I wish every company works smooth like this.

perfect. Exact replacement and cheaper than Amazon's non exact replacements.

Replacement process is not as easy as protrayed. I did not have the patience to deal with working within the confined internal space to get to the element and the inconvenient location and design of of the electrical connections. I gave the whole smoker and element to a young neighbor who likes challenges.

Fixed GFI tripping. My smoker kept tripping my GFI. This new element fixed it. A bit messy to do, but pretty easy with some basic tools. Saved me $250!

Easy Peasy to Install. The replacement heating element kit I purchased from Masterbuilt was very easy to install with the provided instructions. My unit is now working beautifully and I'm looking forward to many more smoked dinners to come!

Worst customer service ever. I bought two element replacement kits, I paid for two, packing slip said two sent, I received only one in a bubble pack envelope that would not fit two heat elements. I sent four emails explaining my problem and received one response explaining my smoker is out of warranty. My warranty has nothing to do with my problem,

It works again! My wife got me a Masterbuilt electric smoker a few years ago and we've used it many times. Then one day I went to smoke some ribs and it blew a circuit breaker. Tried several times in different outlets with the same result. Did some online research and it pointed to the heating element. Ordered one from Masterbuilt for about 20 bucks. It was the exact one and was easy to replace. Plugged it in and worked like new. Couldn't be happier!

Direct replacement, 10 min install. My smoker started tripping the breaker every time I started cooking. Took out the heating element and fount it nicked/damaged. Installing the new element was super easy and I was cooking again right after install.

It can't be this hard. Finding parts for the Model. 20072514 smoker was not easy to find on your website and when I found them, they are not available. I have been trying to get this part for my smoker since February- not happy

Perfect heating element replacement. My smoker went out, and since it was a few years old, I was going to toss it and buy a new one. Came across a forum that talked about replacing the heating element. Ordered a new element from Masterbuilt, took the old one out, put the new one in - easy repair. No need to replace the wires, the old ones work fine. Saved a lot by doing this. Works fine now, very happy!

Saved my butt. When my Masterbuilt smoker started losing heat, I thought it had smoked it’s last rib. Man, was I happy to find the right part to repair it on your easy to use web site. Part came with easy to follow instructions for replacement. Saved myself hundreds of dollars with a simple fix.

Complete Kit. Kit was complete and included the replacement wire assembly that was needed and would have been an extra chore to purchase and prep.

Best Value Replacement Parts. After searching all over the internet, I found the best price on a replacement heating element direct from Masterbuilt. Quick swap out and my 30 inch electric is ready for another 4 years of great smoked meats!

Element replacement. I have ordered replacement parts from Masterbuilt and thru other suppliers. Masterbuilt provides better and faster service and at better price than others. I no longer search online for parts, I just call Masterbuilt and get the correct part.

Replacement heating element. While this new element fixed my problem of the smoker tripping my circuit breaker and would not function, my smoker had been used very little before it failed, and the original part should have lasted much longer than it did. If this one fails, I will not tolerate dependability at this level and will go in another direction. The unit performs satisfactory when working, but dependability is questionable to me at this point.

Works Again!! The Install went off without a hitch, The instruction were off a little, but we figured it out. Smokers backup up and running, Thank Masterbuilt for the great smoker!!

Fixed popping breaker. My 30 inch was popping the gfi. Burner element no good. Bought one. Easy install and fixed the problem. Thanks.

Fit great. Installed within 30 min or less. Watched a you tube video and it all worked out perfect. Heats up nice and about 10 degrees off. However, the original parts temp was the same way. Now, back to smoking some meat !

As described. replaced item with no problems however, doesn't seem to heat up and work as well as the original.
