Never received. Battery and charger ordered as second battery for round trip distance to work. Charger arrived but battery of which was mailed separately did not although tracking said it arrived a week later

OMGz I've been getting round and around with your company they sent me the wrong battery that fits my bike I sent it back along with every thing else they sent me saddle bag battery holder they claim they didn't receive the battery talk to your warehouse I would like the correct battery it's been paid for. I'm house bound with out my bike.

I bought a used Rocket with a dead battery. This battery fits it. Arrived quickly. Works great.

I bought this as a spare battery for my Sport Cool bike. It arrived in only a few days. I'm in New Jersey. At first I thought it was broken. I have to keep remembering there's a non-off switch on it. My old battery doesn't have an on/off switch. LOL I love it. It works great.

Battery replacement. I ordered this battery for an older bike (four years old) my bike was the original fat tire bike, but the vendor that builds the battery had stopped building my style battery. So, when I got this battery, it did not fit. I emailed Ecotric and the sent me a link to a new battery holder so that I could install this newer style battery on my older bike. (25$) still waiting on the holder but it has shipped. I will say my old battery still works well for 4 years old just went 14 miles on old battery. So, they really hold up well

Leopard battery. The spec’s said for the vortex and leopard, I have both and wondered why when I ordered it didn’t ask which type of battery would be needed. My vortex came with 10ah and the leopard came with 13ah. Open up box to find a 12ah, for the money I believe I should have received a 13ah

Had to purchase my second battery after purchasing my bike. The first failure resulted from the salt air rusting the battery terminals to the plate (new maintenance procedure after that $400) and then the latest was the neighbor dropped my ladder against the side of my garage which knocked the battery off while it was charging and fractured the pin inside the battery and the plug on the charger. They are now located in a safer, stable workbench. All purchases and interaction with Ecotric have been fantastic! Thank you for your customer support and quick shipping of replacement parts.

Perfect. I wish I didn't need one after 2 years. Everything I read said they last up to 5 years. 2 years at $400 is a little more than I bargained for. Can't believe they couldn't have been some kind of break for such a short period of time. I guess if anyone asks. I'll make sure they are aware of the additional cost that shouldn't be. Not after 2 years

Upgrades. The Rocket is A work horse of a bike. Took it to work all winter in WV .1,248 mile upgrade extra battery so I can now do a 50 mile round trip .also added cupholder , headlight, solar tire lights, phone holder , utility bag , watch , rear view mirror , onguard lock for rear an a gun lock for front tire , diamond plate front fender ( homemade) , rear rack (diamond plate) homemade upgrade . seat cover memory foam extra cushin . O ya , a DOT helmet . I splattered a bike helmet be careful. a few stickers and a licence plate. I bet I only peddled 25 miles since I bought it !

Extra range. Battery was charged prior to shipment and extra care was taken to ensure it arrive in New condition. Its been thru 4 cycles and works great. Will be buying 4 more in the future for long range riding

Extra battery, Investment in the future. My trips are usually under 10 miles, so I have not needed an extra battery, but I think of this as an investment in my bike. I assume I will be riding this bike for at least a decade, so I might as well have a replacement battery at the ready. I do love that the battery fits perfectly in the saddle-bag. It gives me piece of mind, in case I ever need to travel longer distances than usual

Not yet used.. I haven't used it yet. However I based my battery purchase on the my first ones from ecotric which has 6000 miles and still performing well

Arrived safely

Not great fit for 2019 fat snow beach bike. This battery connects up and runs and charges fine. My issue with it is that it's for different dimensions than the original battery so I had to do some slight modifications to move the mounting plate higher up the frame to make it fit

We are grateful for the discount. Do we have any warranty on this battery? There was no paperwork or operation instructions included. We are currently waiting on someone to reinstall it for us.

It does not appear to have the same range as the original battery.

Replacement Battery. All in all, the process was OK, but I would have preferred to have been able to talk to someone, instead of do everything by email. No matter how many times I asked for a call back to answer my questions, I couldn’t get that call

like the bike but need another battery. Why is Ecotec always out of battery I'm dead in the water for months without a battery.....come on!

Dead battery. I can't give it any stars nor can I rate it till your service department let's me know what I need to do. The battery arrived DEAD and will not take a charge

Bought 3 ecotric fat tire bikes and one of them will not take charge with only 75 miles on it. Customer service won't do anything for you but ask more questions to avoid helping you out. Spend your money somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend ecotric to anyone ever again.

Bad battery. Ordered a new battery. It wouldn’t hold a charge after a year. They say they’re warranty is good for 18 months but wouldn’t honor it. Would never buy from here again

Battery does not work.. Cannot speak to a human at company. Out $300 and bike is dead
