Just arrived from Amazon today. Orderd it 6 days ago, amazingly fast delivery and and not damaged. Easy to assemble took me 20 minutes. Battery was fully charged in less than 6 hours. This bike is a beast, it's huge. Rolls out very smooth, the full suspension is awsome with the motor producing great torque and speed. It's hard to believe they can get me this quality of a bike for a little over a grand. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. I'll be doing more reviews as time goes on

I like the bike but I would expect it to be more responsive. To have more power since it is a 1000 watt motor. I expected it to have more speed as well. Is there a setting I can change

$2000 is a steal for this machine.. I've maxed out @ 40 miles a day with pedaling 90%. This machine is very rugged with minor mechanical upkeep. Roll brothers roll

Faster ride. Great bike but need to change settings for example from 36 inch tire to 24 inch tire to trick the bike into going faster. This is one way I’ve heard but if you would give me the proper settings on each mode, I could set that so that it will run higher speeds and still be safe on the bike, so what setting should they be on to maximize the speed? PS have 1000 w Bison model. Thanks Harry M

Bargain Basher. 5 days from order it arrived. Chicago to Connecticut perfectly intact. Impressive. Nimble it is NOT! Basic components and nuances but stable supple ride. I’ve already upgraded to a four piston hydraulic caliper and 3 mm thick rotors as those provided are less than robust. Logged 125 miles in 3 rides so far. Average 40 miles range on full throttle in all conditions. It just goes… Like a freight train Be at least 6 feet tall to comfortably ride. Only time will tell the durability but at this price point it’s already delivered

2 years over 2000 miles of the roughest mountain riding ,. Amazing , I have beat on this bike and it just comes back for more , over the Andalusian mountains or Spain 🇪🇸 (99% off road ) a real range of 35 miles , My one and only problem is that unable to find a dealer here in Europe, who can sell me my next bike

Kick azz Bike. This bike is a monster. It goes through most anything and has an awesome suspension to go with the power. The huge tires hum on the street and it's hard not to feel pretty cool when riding it. Love it

Great ride, fun. the bison has great acceleration, i did have to change the settings to make it go 26mph, i did not realize the brake system is hydraulic i started to have a leak in my front brake handle it must have loosened itself because i go over a lot of bumps, the recall was for the rear fork they said that it had cracks in the welds and i was told i could send it back for a refund or have a new fork sent to me for free and install it myself i chose to install it myselftalked with the email [****] back and forth they wanted to confirm that i was able to repair it myself and the shipping info they usually replyed same or next day, very good service. i still need to make fenders for when i ride in the rain the ones i have seen online like amazon look flimsy and cheaply made i need to make ones that can take bumps and not fall off or hit the tires

Bison!. I new this was the Bike for me at first site. This is a very good bike. It has great power and is well built. I took it to the beach twice over the holiday. If you on the fence about this bike. Don’t. Get it. You will love it. I’m hoping I can add some accessories to the bike. I’m looking for rear rack to carry items. 1500 miles and going strong. Bought bike 26" Fat tire bike when covid started. Best thing I ever did. I am 64 yr. Old and this was the ticket for our hilly area here in nepa. I have put 1500 miles on it and am happy to report not one single problem has occured so far

Bison the beast. Ecotric Bison is a beast of a bike super strong , fast , great suspension .Easy to build 20 min time , it's a very well built electric bike heavy , a little tall for my 5ft 8 frame but I'll make it work no complaints

Don't be a specifications NUT like me. What I found was that if you have a pump handy you can experiment with tire pressure for different conditions. I had error power loss and found that the 4 pin battery connection was breaking contact so I bought a pair of XT90 non spark wire connector then bypassed the factory connection and that solved the problem. I really like this bike so to me it was not a warrantee issue, I will keep this bike and make it my own. Being 79 pounds you may think it is difficult to handle, NO I am 5' 11" 200 lb. and I had no problem once I adjusted tire pressure. I have changed the front tire to a 4.5 Kenda Juggernaut Elite. still has good geometry NOTE I used a center punch to make 4 rows of dimples around handle bar to hold handle bar, because it kept slipping. Also the brake calipers were tight and not able to move with disc. So I removed the screws one at a time, apply liberal amount of red Loctite, snug it up then back off 1/4 turn and let sit 24 hours. The caliper can now follow the disc. The bike has built in limiter so its not crazy fast, but trust me when I say 25mph is a thrill. I found out how to adjust some parameters but kept it at factory for now. I made fenders out of 6 inch vent pipe which is thin but strong and a 6 inch drain 45 elbow. I can tell you from my 50 years experience cycling and being a degreed engineer. I enjoy working on my bikes and in my opinion this bike is worth every penny I paid. I'M SATISFIED have fun

Big Bike for a Big Boy. Totally what I wanted! I spent way to much time searching for the right bike. I am 6'3" 212 lbs and wanted a bike for a big man. On my list was 1,000 watt motor, 48 plus volts, downhill bike or full fork tube front end, Full suspension, had to have throttle and I wanted twist vs thumb. Fat tire for sure with at least 4". I also wanted Shimano or brand name drive, Panisonic battery and Bafang drive. I also wanted it all for under $2,500.00. The Bison met most of my criteria. There was no perfect match for me. Now that I have it does Panisonic mater? Does the name Bafang mater? Those are the only two things it did not match up on. To me it does not mater. The battery has held up well and the motor is quite and as strong as could be expected pulling a 300 pound load.. lol For those who are considering buying a Bison I can tell you that the bike is legit. It is a beast and look at the specs to make sure you are big enough to handle it. They have other choices like the Rocket that maybe better for someone a little smaller. I purchased the Leopard for my Fiance. The bike is easy to put together out of the box and was packaged well. The only thing I did do was have a local bike shop adjust the derailer. It was just off a bit and this can be from shipping. I have done short, long (35) mile and steep rough dirt. I few things I can tell you. It rides very nice on the street or bike path. Throttle control is awesome and once you learn to use the PAS (Power Assist) you will find it easy to determine gear and PAS combinations. It is not a motorcycle and it will not climb a mountain. I found out 2nd ride when I tried to climb a steep and nasty goat trail. However with all my leg power I made it about 90% of the way up and it has "walk assist" which I used to climb the last 10%. I will say it took two bars out of the battery and I would tell you to trust me rather than try that your self.. lol The most important thing I can tell you in this review is to answer this question. If I had it to do over again would I? The answer is absolutely YES! I have not found anything since that is close to this machine and I have no regrets. I am including some pictures and will tell you about my mods. I put on a motorcycle front fender, mountain bike rear fender, handle bar accessory extension, 7,000 lumen head/tail light, phone holder and horn with two awesome mirrors. That is all I needed to make it my own. I hope this review helps ease your mind and happy riding

Awesome bike ! Great suspension!. Bouncy is good. Solid bike. Powerful with better than expected suspension. This thing is big. Feels almost like the size of a small dirt bike. Its heavy but its not as heavy as previous smaller electric bikes I have owned. Great price. Easy to put together right out of the box and the dual forks just look cool. Icing on the cake. The large thick tires me feel like multiple flat tires are a thing of the past (Fingers crossed) Thx for designing a great bike guys

Fun bike to Ride. Good Points- I like the big tires. The frame is sturdy and solid. Power is good. It rides smoothly. It’s a nice looking bike. The colors is very nice. Bad points- it doesn’t display watts usage on led display. No cruise control. The wire are not protected under the frame. Could use a higher speed mph. Could use more power. The back wheel was wobbly when received it needed truing up. Bike is very high but was able to deal with it

Cool bike, but.... The bike was scratched in shipping with one of the front axle bolts protruding through the box. The battery won't lock on the bike because the locking hole appears to have been wallowed out at the factory when it didn't go on right. Asked for warranty support so we will see how that works out. The bike itself seems pretty solid but I question if it really has a 1000w hub motor. My wife bought a Velotric 750w bike at the same time. I rode them both to compare how much "better" mine would do and it felt like the 750w Velotric motor was slightly stronger up a hill on throttle only. There is zero branding on my hub motor so I have no idea who made it or what it actually is. I think this is a fun bike and probably worth what I paid for it if they have any kind of warranty response to back it up. It certainly looks cool and turns heads when you zip past someone. If you want really want a 1000w motor you might want to test ride a few before you drop the coin for an E-bike. From what I've seen on other reviews I'm lucky mine only had a few scratches during shipping, so expect a few dings if you order one online

Clunky and noisy. This bike looks really cool but having issues. Makes a high pitch noise and when I'm not on a smooth surface, its really clunky and makes a lot of noise. Guess I was hoping for a more secure heavy duty bike with fat tires. Wish there were more resources to help fix some issues

Bike foesnt even go over 15mph. Ordered the ecotric bison i had the original fst tire standsrd model back in 2018 but this model is worse and had more power supposedely. My old one easily would hit 22mph this one barely hits 15mph and im not wven going against the elements or a hill. Very dissappintef after paying this much for a bike

Bad qc. This vine is great when it works but the qc is awful and the bike has a massive flaw on the design of the gears. If you try to use any gear lower than 4 the chain snaps on the tire and comes off. The moter is also prime to failure under load. When the bike works it works very well though be warned that this bike is likely to have problems right out of the box

Upon arrival. Did I buy a used/refurbished bike?. I won't mention how the UPS driver forged my signature and just dropped off my $2000 property unannounced. The front wheel spindle was broken trough the package. The frame has multiple scratches and gouging. A significant one on the center of the bottom frame that would be impossible during shipping. I'm not too happy I cut myself on the frame lifting it out of the box. Some electrical components are also mildly scuffed or damaged. The case of the battery seems to be tempered with as well as the seam is chewed up in some areas and prefect in others. They are also located in nicely tucked away areas that should not happen during shipping. I'm going to assemble it regardless once I stop bleeding. I'll update my review once I ride. I also found the wholesale warehousel ocated in USA shortly after purchasing. I wish I had found it sooner after seeing the condition of this "new" product. It still looks cool though

Ecotric is NOT the SAME Anymore !. This is my Third bike from Ecotric, I have promoted them for free even in the news!! They failed me horribly! Send me a bike with the Hex Bolt screws on the stem drilled in there for life. No body could remove the screws and they got stripped then I took to a professional and still couldn’t get them screws out with nothing! I reported this to ecotric from the very beginning and they ignored me for weeks. Then some one reached out from ecotric said I need to pay 125 dollars for a new stem but I’ll get it at a discount for 88 dollars and I never got anything. Then I complained to ecotric again about my new order not arriving and they said I got scammed by a Gmail imposter. I said how did they know I was resting out to you for a specific issue ? I never heard back again from ecotric and they said they can refund me $20 dollars !!o can’t make this up ! I am a police candidate and a marine corp veteran also member of service for EMS . Just moved out to Florida bought this bike and they left me on foot !! They are non responsive or cooperative or even reliable anymore I think ecotric sold out. These are not the same guys. They are no help no good. I need an attorney !!!

Don't do it.... The ebike was a birthday gift. It has 26 soft miles on it and then the controller quit. After much back and fourth between Ecotric and myself, I'm now waiting on a replacement controller

Don't buy this junk. I've had this thing for 4 months, and it's been dead for 3 months of that. Faulty battery, had to contact support, who tried to send me a cheap wire since they didn't want to replace the battery. Went back and forth with them for over a month before they finally agreed to have me send the battery back. Only instead of replacing it, they sent the same faulty battery back to me. So the bike not only still doesn't work, but when I first got the battery back I tried to charge it and it started to smell like smoke and burning electronics. So yeah, I'm not going to have a lithium fire burn my house down, no thanks. Tried calling their support after that, and they just refuse to help. So now I'm stuck disputing the purchase through Affirm in the hope that I can not lose the $1700 I spent on this junk bike. DO NOT BY THEIR GARBAGE

Bike arrived in good time. I put the bike together and the Shimano gears do not shift and the rear disc brake doesn’t work.
