Jackery Battery Pack 3600 Plus

Received the external battery pack. It was packed inside another box that was oversized. Opened the main package within. Removed the battery. The packaging seemed sufficient. When lifting the battery there was a slight rattle inside. Upon further exterior inspection I noticed that the label on the back was peeled back and stretched like someone tried to remove it. Photos available. Connected the battery to the other external battery as specified in the manual. Everything seems to be working. I’ll keep you posted.

I am very happy with all of your products, I just purchased a battery pack that compliments my 3600 home power system. It's working wonderfully at my off grid cabin in the Adirondack mts. It helps run the essential items that make life a bit easier in an off grid situation. I at the moment have 2 Jackery 300's, a 1000, and the 3600 home power system + 1 extra battery. I have a friend that might be interested in purchasing your products I'll send his name and contact details to you in the future. After a couple of short power failures, we decided to purchase an additional battery for our 3600plus. The 3600 plus powered our refrigerator, wifi, wireless cable box & TV without any problems. The power was out for about 3 hours and it used very little power. We didn’t even come close with using the main power or the extra battery but knowing it was there and fully charged kept us worry free. We may purchase an additional battery because last winter we had a blizzard and the power was out for 3 1/2 days. Sure wish we had the Jackery then, we had a gas generator that kept us warm and safe however we still had to go outside and refuel it very 6-8 hours. So the expansion battery gives you piece of mind. Good investment and will more than likely make another purchase before the winter.

Rather difficult to rate something you haven't needed to use, yet but the connecting cable is included and it charged right up using the main unit and without drawing from the main battery. It remained at 100% while the battery pack charged from 25% in about an hour-and-a-half using an A/C outlet. So far the quality and customer support has met or exceeded my expectations.

We love our Jackery backup power system! It's great having that extra battery on hand for added peace of mind. One suggestion would be to include wheels, as the battery is quite heavy and can be difficult to move. Another idea is to offer a dedicated rolling stand or cart that allows the battery to be securely stacked with the main unit, if one isn't already available. Overall, it's an excellent product backed by outstanding customer service.

So far everything works as expected. One negativeis the weight of the batteries and 3600 unit itself. It’s pretty heavy system to haul around. I like the peace and quiet though.

I bought one 3600 battery to add to the 3600 Plus power station. It is easy to hook up and charge. I wish the cable was longer so the battery could be hooked up and sitting on top of the power station.

The Jackery Battery Pack 3600 Plus seems to be a good product to rely on for added power when needed. Shipment comes in a well packed box. The 3600 Plus Pack comes on automatically, when the main unit is turned on. The negatives: 1. Comes with a short connecting cable, only allowing this add-on battery to be mounted to the right side of the main unit at ground level. Make longer connecting cable options ( say 2', 3', 4', etc.). 2. Can't the 3600 Plus main unit have a auxiliary cable plug-in on both sides of the unit? 2. The 3600 Battery Pack only has Two reversed connectors on the Left side (facing the main unit, only allowing a right main-left battery side hook up). Connectors should be doubled on both sides of the unit. What if you want the Battery Pack sitting on the left or top side of the main unit?

I bought the 3600+ and just added a second back up battery. I'm very pleased with the system, it fits my purpose perfectly and easy to operate!

Ran my forced air furnace in sub freezing temps and a small deep freezer for a full 15 hrs paired with the 3600 plus. Exactly what I bought it for. Very pleased.

Great way to expand the 3600 easy to set up and use only issue I wish the connection cable were longer so that the battery could be stacked on top of the 3600 instead side by side

Works as advertised but the software app. Needs to be updated to better integrate the battery pack.

The Jackery hardware is really great. The software is flakey. The main unit has forgotten how to connect to wifi a couple times. And the new battery was NOT just "plug it in". I had to turn it off, turn off main unit (harder than it sounds), disconnect the power, disconnect the solar power, plug it in an boot everything. I missed one of those steps and it wasn't recognizing the new battery or giving me any kind of error.

Love having the additional storage.

The 3600 Battery pack is nice, but I have a few comments. 1. Why did engineering remove the ability to solar charge the 3600 Battery Pack separately from the 3600 base unit? This is possible on the 2000 series units. This would make independent solar charging of each expansion battery possible. I call it parallel charging. This would be a great marketing idea for the next generation. 2. Why did you remove the ability to stack the 3600 expansion batteries on top of the 3600 base unit.? The 2000 series batteries allow this. The footprint (wider) of a side-by-side setup is larger verses having the units stacked on top of each other. Thank you, Mark Bates

I made my purchases on Black Friday and received tremendous value. For too long I've lived in fear of being hit by a terrible ice storm (have hit all 4 corners of the state, but not here in the middle) with NO backup. That fear is now gone and I take great comfort in that, knowing I can go days/even weeks without power thanks to this Jackery system.
