Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus

You Light Up Our Lives. Having seen one in action we decided to try the Jackery generator for our home. It is easy to run and install. The customer service is patient and kind if we have questions. Having set that up we ordered the extra battery pack to go with it. the price was right. Customer service answered our questions. It was shipped and delivered within a few days. We are now set for a terrible New England winter should there be one. It is my husband's favorite piece of equipment in our home. He built a cabinet for it so it looks nice.

Jackery is the Answer... Now what was the Question?

Always Buy on Sale. Thank you for a good product. My only dissatisfaction is the older Jackery systems are not compatible with the newer smart technology

Good product. Well worth the money.

I didn't realize that I had the Jackery 2000 V2, and that it was not expandable with batteries. Once I realize this, I contacted customer service and they're charging me $49 to return it. I guess I can see it was my error, but I also don't understand electronics or what I was reading. I literally contacted them the same day it was delivered and explained the problem and they still denied it. Waiting on a return label as we speak, it's been 2 days. I hear Eco flow is better. With a 7 year warranty instead of a 3 year warranty with Jackery and poor customer service. If I hadn't already purchased the V2 and the window closed from Amazon two weeks ago. I would've returned that as well. I went with an Eco flow but now I'm stuck with it. Do your due diligence and research research research before spending 1000+ dollars on something with poor customer service and no returns.

Van living just got better!

Love this expandable Jackery unit. Perfect for the small appliances I need during power outages.

It's awesome! It's great! It performs exactly how I expected it to.

This brand has by been by far a great product for the needs i need it for to power my appliances as back power and works great ..however I wish there was also an adapter connection to connect and power my Jacker 1500

Would Buy More Jackery Components. Happy so far-just waiting for an outage to test the system

A great addition to my system.

This purchase completes my home package and needs. Well satisfied.

Great product, have not used it in an emergency as yet, but that might change next week, as we have a storm brewing, have tried out the complete system which- which is the explorer 2000 plus kit 10kwh. Work as advertised- good job Jackery Team

Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus

Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus

Great product. When mine arrive there was a huge gouge in the outer box, inner box was unharmed. Big thumbs up for Jackerys packaging. Battery Pack in great condition.

great product. I have a 1000Plus and 2000Plus. Work great. they hold 100% charge while in storage for a long time and always ready to go

Just works. Simple install. That’s it

Great price when I originally purchased it. It seems like a very well made piece of equipment. The first one I got did not work properly, and it wasn't charging rat, and I had to return it. They stood behind everything, but there's return. Policy is very time consuming. After submitting everything anytime I would respond my response would put the whole process at the bottom of the queue to start over again. With that situation, the whole process took three or four weeks. Part of that time frame was because the batteries have to go on ground. In not air, so that slows it down quite a bit in transport. Very satisfied now, even have 2 extra battery packs to tie onto it. Everything is good.Just don't expect a rapid response to a return & replacement.

Satisfied Customer. I've been satisfied so far.

Love the generator but can't get the solar panels to produce the full 400 watts. The generator with battery pack work flawlessly. I had problems getting any production out of the solar panels until I discovered the provided 90° adapter on the solar panel cables is actually a reduce so using that was preventing solar power from getting to the generator. That isn't readily apparent in the setup instructions. After solving that problem, haven't been able to get more than 150 watts from either of the "200 watt" solar panels (and yes they are aligned to the correct angle and azimuth on a totally clear day).

So far so good. Works well

Great Unit. After a couple of user induced problems, the awesome Jackery customer support team had me up and running with the unit charging perfectly off of the solar panels. This is a very well built unit and I expect many years of use out of it. Thank you Jackery for some great support and product….

amazing stuff buying more want kill Florida bill Duke energy :). no need comments love it

Amazing. It well made and works very well does the job I just wish this company would make there product ip68 .

for power outage. I love this

Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus

Loved having this backup system. Needed extension cords for the solar panels. Loved everything else.

Excellence. I am so pleased with Jackery. I continue to add my Jackery collection. I started with a Jackery 1000, which is enough to get me through a power outage, get me coffee and charge everything. Even keep computers running. I added a Jackery 2000 when it came out. And since then I have added two Battery Pack. With the excellent help of the tech support folks, I have wired those into the house to help me through the day or days long power outage that occurs during storms in my area. I appreciate having some comforts without having the hassle of a generator. I am a big fan. And very appreciative of the tech support team who is always ready to help.

Dependable. Just used recently during utility scheduled power outage.

Great Product! Great Small Business!! Great product and support. Love the generator!!

Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus

Hurricane Debby. I received my Jackery Explorer 2000 plus, and 3 Battery pack 2000 expansion batteries. When the Hurricane arrived and the power went out, I had power for my well, refrigerator, internet, tv, etc… with no generator noise!. Anyway, HIGHLY recommend!

Love the stacking ability. Works very well.

surprisingly honest company. I purchased the jackery explorer 2000 plus, five batteries, transfer switch, 16.4 ft solar panel extension cords and two 200 Watt solar panels.. everything works exactly as advertised. highly recommend this product.

Need more infrmation. When you charge 2000 plus and two battery back ups at same time you will heat your wring which will lead to a fire no warnings on this thank you

Excellent product works as advertised

Excellent Customer Service. My customer service representative, Sarah, was outstanding in helping me to add this Battery Pack 2000 Plus to my existing system by answering compatibility, shipping and pricing questions. When she didn’t know the answer, she called back on a timely basis with that answer. Out of 5 stars, I would give her a 6.

2000Plus Expansion Battery Pack. Arrived on time, perfect condition, 35% charge level, added to base station, connected to wifi router, android app sees the extra battery, now charging in back yard at high rate of watts. Good job, guys!

Dan in Sunny Florida. Every thing was find.I do believe you should be more forth coming on the accessories needed to connect more than 2 solal panels to the jackery and how the jackery will have to be placed outside with the panels unless expensive extension cables are purchaced.

Super product

Thank you for the fast delivery.

Open fire pit popcorn popper. Well made, long handle and it works well. Nothing beats freshly popped popcorn.

Jacked about my Jackery. We now have the 2000 plus with one extra battery pack and the new v2 1000 explorer. We're covered for home and play!

Great product and even better service! As usual, outstanding product quality and customer service. I first ordered the wrong unit and customer service facilitated that return with no problems. I then had a little technical issue with installation and within hours the tech emailed me instructions complete with pictures. Works like a charm! Thank you!

Powerful and super easy. Works great, reliable. Is very user friendly with other products. E accidentally ordered two, totally our fault, and the customer service we received from Jackery was outstanding. Great company to deal with.

Jackery battery pack 2000 plus Awesome!! This battery is so easy to connect and quick to charge. We actually have ordered 2 extras, and about to order another...or two.

battery addon. Works fine

Haven’t needed it yet but glad I have it! Solid and well made.

New Items. Give a extra pack for power and duble time that i have

Excellent addition and easy to connect with only one little quirk. The Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus is an amazing add on for a literal doubling of your capability with the base unit. The only little problem is that when it connects to the Explorer 2000 Plus unit the battery saver mode is disengaged and cannot be turned back on for some reason. This doesn't impair its function as is in full use mode, but it is a little frustrating to have such a useful longevity feature not work. I am hopeful this is resolved soon however as it appears to me to be a simple software challenge. If it is resolved this would be an easy 5 star review.

A great addition. This is absolutely a great addition for the 2000 Plus. I mainly have this for power outages, but will use this on the occasional camping trips. I will probably buy an additional pack to make my supply 6k.

Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus. Could not ask for a more reliable battery. The shipment was super fast and the unit charged very fast. Excellent quality. We are stacking up!

Great way to expand your storage. The 2000 Plus battery pack is an excellent way to expand your storage if you already have one of the Jackery Solar Generators in the ‘Plus’ line. No frills, easy to use connections and charging times were as reported. Built in handles make carrying simple.

Awesome product. Highly recommended

Good!
