This stainless steel pan tray is made from 304 Commercial Food-Grade Stainless Steel material. This 50 x 85 cm tray fits our 28 Tray digital model (28CUD). While this tray option can be used to dehydrate most products, it is specifically designed for liquid products that cannot be placed on our standard mesh trays such as bone broth and sea water. All our dehydrator trays are dishwasher safe for your convenience.
